I called asking about a video game that I needed to purchase for young person. The store said that it was an older game, and wouldnt be available as new, but they have a used version for 19.99. Since I was in Targets parking lot; I figured it wouldnt hurt to look in there. Dude found me the game, brand new. And it cost 19.99! Takeways: Dont believe a mfkin thing they tell you and do your own research!

Was in and out extremely fast. People were helpful but not pushy. Place was clean and put together well. Easily found what I wanted and was able to use the full value of my gift card I got over 2 years ago. Added extra disk replacement protection for less the 4 dollars.

I had a great experience with this particular GameStop. I believe the cashiers name was Jonathan? Im not positive. Either way he was fantastic, I didnt even ask him to hold the game but he did. And he was just great when I got there. This GameStop in particular has extremely helpful employees to really want to make sure that youre pleased when you leave. You guys are doing a great job, thank you.

Top-notch service.I was having difficulty finding a shirt at that location. The worker, on finishing ringing up the last customer in line, came over to me and asked if I needed help. They were very patient as they looked for all shirts they had matching my vague description and gave me options based on what they had there vs what was available at nearby locations. When I requested the one at this location they found it for me and held it while I finished shopping.The single worker there was immensely helpful and showed great initiative in helping me between customers. I will visit this location again if I ever need another pop culture-related shirt.

The employee who helped my son and me was so nice, and she and I both play Sims 4. The employees are knowledgeable, polite, and welcoming.

Let me start this off by saying thank you to Shane ! He was absolutely amazing today & went above & beyond to help us. We were in search of Minecraft for the nintendo switch for our 4 year old - unfortunately the only thing available was a downloadable game & not a hard copy. While he would be excited, we knew he wouldnt fully grasp the excitement of getting the game with a code on a recipt(there were no game download cards for it either). Shane searched through his cover art & trade cases but there were no minecraft ones. He then used an xbox DLC card, covered all the xbox markings & put it in the slip of an empty case so my child could have a hard copy when we took it home to surprise him. While he helped customers on the phone and still answered questions from other guests he took time & energy to perfect this for us & we couldnt be happier. My son was estatic. One of the best customer service experiences ive had in a while. Shane is that dude !

Have had really terrible experiences with the Monroeville GameStop so when it was time to trade the X-Box 1 in I decided to go to This GameStop and I was totally shocked by how Brandon and Jonathan treated me! They are both so awesome and had excellent customer service skills. I think that they should be promoted to train the people over in Monroeville and other stores on customer service. They took their time with me and had stellar attitudes! They worked with me to get me the best possible deal and I truly appreciate it! This will be my “go to” GameStop! Highly recommend this location.

This store has a nice layout, it is much larger than most stores of the same name in the area. The staff is knowledgeable in the areas of games and technology, and are willing to look for a product not displayed. They offer a member benefits program which has better discounts and deals per tier. This is a great chain for buying new and used games and accessories, and depending upon tier of membership their trade-in value can be average.

Its a GameStop, just like all the others. Used game prices are too high and theyre always trying to push something on you. They arent gonna last much longer unless they change their strategy completely.

I went and returned a used game cause I didnt like it. Did it with no questions asked and no hastle. Picked up another game and as always great service and the employees are nice.

Nice visit to this GameStop but they need more variety of used games not much to choose one when it came to the Xbox games

This game stop is a hidden gem. Alot of people do not know its even there, AND the prestige in its name is because they are mostly focused on collectibles rather than video games (they do have a good selection of video games too, new and used, but they probably have more toys, actions figs, funkos, and accessories). I was told it was a trial concept by gamestop and now theres only a few left in the country. If you cant find that one thing left in your collectible set youll probably find it here. Helpful and friendly staff too!

They are usually organized. I had an incident where they misscanned a game; but we just stopped back and they made it all right!

Found a pre-owned game at Gamestop for $9.99 on a Saturday, decided two days later to go back and get it. The game was REPRICED to $19.99! Found out that games are repriced weekly.

Got a ps3 console refurbished for less than new in December 2015. Bought a used controller Monday July 10,2016. Everything is working well.

It was cool and maybe Ill work there in the future.

Very very bad ☹️☹️ experience they claim they were so busy that they forgot my sons game it wasnt in the case also the clerk argue with me about a game my son had left on the counter until we finished looking at other games and said someone else purchase the game meanwhile the other clerk had put it away and said here it is after we argue for about 10 minutes shameful
