**FRAUD ALERT**I was paying $72 for my plan for about 10 months and yesterday 4/29/2019 my husband and I received a text message stating that the account details had been changed and accessed WITHOUT me or my husbands authorization.My phone was disconnected today 4/30/2019 so I went into the store to find out why. I was told that I would need to pay $60 for services to be restored and that my account was transferred to A NEW ACCOUNT number, WITHOUT my authorization!!They provided me the number to customer service, which I called and I changed the PIN because I knew something fishy was going on. I provided customer service with my previous account number, which I was paying my monthly $72 and they stated that THAT account has been CANCELLED. So it looks like we never made our payments. Overall, for the month of April, we ended up paying $72 which was due 4/15/2019 PLUS an additional $60 all because my account was accessed and changed at the end of the month, WITHOUT OUR AUTHORIZATION!!I did not nor did my husband call to change our plan or payment amount. I have all of the receipts, confirmation numbers and authorization codes that were provided when I made payments of $72 monthly before today.The account numbers are also different. WE DID NOT START A NEW PLAN AGREEMENT AND IF SOMEONE DID THAT WITHOUT OUR CONSENT, that is a violation of the METRO BY T MOBILE PRIVACY POLICY.My new balance is $102. I then noticed that the supervisor TOM FULLEN came from the back room because he overheard the conversation I was having with the other young lady and stated that “WE (my husband and I) HAD THE $72 BALANCE LONG ENOUGH”.Why was our account accessed WITHOUT OUR AUTHORIZATION?Isn’t there a PIN number for every account for security purposes?When you call customer service, they stated that OUR PRIVACY IS OUR #1 PRIORITY! When TOM accessed our account, OUR PRIVACY WAS NOT THE #1 PRIORITY!!I’ve contacted customer service twice and filed HIGH PRIORITY complaints to corporate, filing a police report and I WILL be speaking with someone at corporate because our account was accessed without us knowing.

I went to this one after a horrible experience in Mckeesport that cost way too much and didnt know until I had to pay or lose my cell phone number, making me unable to switch companies. The sign says free phone with 50$ plan, and the girl said that I had to have 60$ plan. They had 5 free phones and one in stock, which I didnt know until after my phone number was already porting.Anyway, at this one, Vanessa listened to our story and tried everything to help us. We were there for over an hour. While she couldnt fix the mistake if the last store, she tried everything she could, including calling management that didnt answer and customer service. She was able to get an extra activation fee I never should have paid taken off but we needed to go back when her boss was there to get the line added that I needed. After all the problems, my boyfriend decided to go with a different company.I now pay 60 bucks when I had 2 lines with cricket for 80. I had been so looking forward to a new phone, that should have cost the same as cricket, but lack of communication put me in a position where I lost my choices. Itll never happen again.

With the newer employee with the red hair and glasses my experience was very horrible . My experience was horrible because I purchased a thirty dollars charger . The port did not fit my phone. I went to return the charger. She gave me a 15 dollar charger and lied to my face saying it was equelivent to the thirty dollars charger . I know you this because of the website . I looked it up . Ill never return to this store in North Versailles.

This horrible place.. I showed up here looking to grab a new phone hearing they had a selection for me to choose from, because I wanted to switch over from my previous cell-phone carrier. This woman, Casey which is a manager here, is an extremely rude, lazy, and shrewd woman. She was of no help whatsoever, her customer service is worse than that of a worker at McDonalds, and she completely gave me the runaround about a phone I wanted to trade in for the switch over deal. This woman had me waiting at the counter while shes chatting it up with her friend on the phone, acts like its such a huge deal to get off her phone and do her job, then simply put lies to me just to get me out the door so she can continue to do nothing but get paid to talk on her phone. I have never, EVER had such rude results in asking a representative to help me. You could find livelier service at a graveyard. I will make sure I tell everyone I know to NEVER visit this location for customer service. Casey The Manager= Horrible worker
