I was able to pick up the car easily as well. I arrived on his day off, and even so, a very polite woman assisted me in picking up my vehicle and all my paperwork was prepared for me, ready to go! This was our second visit to Lia of Northampton and the experience was as pleasant and successful as the first. Our salesman Dave’s patient, professional demeanor was more than appreciated as he took us through the process from test drive to final sale. We are very happy with our newly acquired Jeep Renegade. I highly recommend a trip to this tried-and-true establishment when looking to purchase an automobile.
Bought my car here two years ago and that was a relatively smooth process. Good price. More recently, I needed help with transportation around town while getting some repairs done and they were accommodating and friendly. I’ve been happy over the past two years with their responsiveness and friendliness.

They made a mistake, misdiagnosing or not looking hard enough at my car, and I wasted much of the day waiting to get it back. However, after I made my valid complaint to the right person, they did issue me a refund instead of arguing with me about it. Be careful with using their service department, be sure you are getting clear communication from them.
Came here for a recall to see if my car was covered under the warranty (warranty said all work would be free in bold). They said they would look at it and get back to me. After waiting, they said it wasnt covered and charged me over one hundred dollars just for looking at it to tell me that it wasnt covered if they were to work on it -- they didnt even do anything. Never would I have gone there had I not received the recall notice but figured I would at least check to see if it was covered. They also never informed me there would be a fee had it not fallen under the warranty.
The staff here has a high turn over, as a result, no one gets trained and they have no idea what they are doing. They botch registrations and sales. Do yourself a favor and if you see a car on this lot that you want, have it transferred to another dealership to purchase. Youll get better service.
For a handful of years, Ive been bringing my car(s) to be serviced at Lia Honda. First it was my Subaru Outback and now, my Honda CRV, which I purchased from Lia Honda because of the amazing service Ive received from Desiree Frank. She is by far the most honest and reliables service advisor I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Hands down, she knows her stuff and I wouldnt bring my car anywhere else.
I called about taking out the back seat in my Honda CRV and was told it would be very difficult, might not go back together, required special tools and would take about 3 hours, at $135/hr. After spending some time looking at it, I was able to do it myself in less than 15 minutes. So, is this a scam, or are these folks not too bright? I will definitely NOT be bringing my car there to be serviced.

Everything was fine before we went in for an oil change, inspection, and cabin air filter, but we left with a busted squirrel cage on our blower fan. They told us it was due to acorns and that they would charge us 500+ to get the entire blower assembly replaced (which, again, was fine before we got there). I replaced the fan and cage for 30 dollars in less than an hour.Shady place, do yourself a favor and go anywhere other than the Lia.

Today.... not good. Went yesterday and browsed lot, no one came out to help. . Came back today, found car Id like. No one came out, so I called. No one from sales picked up. Operator said they were busy, and when I told her we were outside, she said we could come inside and someone would help me. That got me frustrated. .. they are too busy to come outside but not too busy for me to come IN? I left.

Michael Wyzik made sure that I had good, solid information both before and after receiving service. He made sure that I got the service that was recommended at this time, explained why I didnt need service yet, despite my cars indicator, and did not push me to request anything that was unneeded at this time. That really matters to me -- that I can trust what the service advisor was telling me, and that I was not in a situation where a dealership was trying to take advantage of me. Not only is he competent, Michael Wyzik is just plain a nice person.
I have always been weary of bringing my vehicle to a dealership for service. Desiree in the service department is always helpful, accommodating and honest. I now trust bringing my vehicle in to Honda in Northampton whenever I may need to.
Sales: 3*. I bought my car here. It was fine. It took a lot longer than it should have (I had to come back 3 times even though I went in knowing exactly which car I wanted and knowing they had it in stock). Id probably be willing to come here again to buy a car, but Im certainly not loyal and would shop around.Service: 2*. I had a recall issued for my car. I scheduled the appointment to get the recall performed. When I arrived they told me they didnt have the part and made me reschedule. (Why did they make the first appointment without the part?)They said the dealership in the town over had one, so they could get it here the next day. (Why didnt they do that the first time I scheduled an appointment?)So, I went back a few days later. The online system told me the recall would take a couple of hours, so I scheduled the shuttle service. When I arrived the service rep asked if I was going to wait. I said I had scheduled the shuttle service. She told me they cancelled the shuttle service. (Then why allow me to schedule it online? I could have arranged something myself if I had known they didnt have shuttle service.)What made me feel most disrespected was that they offered a loaner car to the person in front of me, but they didnt offer me one.(They have a captive audience (recall) so they dont care about my service quality?)Needless to say, Ill do all future maintenance/service elsewhere.

As tough as it was to make the decision to go from my Mercedes GLS 450 to the 2021 Honda Pilot Black Edition, Ana Gremli was extremely helpful in assisting me with making the choice. I was trying to be more economical now that their are kids in the house. Ana pointed out all of the features of the vehicle as if she built it herself! She was well-informed of the many options the vehicle has to offer and didn’t skip a beat. Even after owning this vehicle for about 2 months now, I’m still figuring out some of the features because there are so many.Ana is knowledgeable, professional, patient, friendly, and provided excellent customer service. We recently purchased a new civic at Lia Honda in Northampton and had a great experience. Dave was communicative about availability, pricing and trade-in Value before we visited the dealership, and Ana was very helpful on-site from setting up our test drive to working out our financing and finalizing the deal. We were even able to drive the car off the lot that day. We were able to get a much lower price than any other dealership would offer with a straightforward staff helping us. Every other deal avoided our questions about our-the-door price and trade in value. I would recommend checking out Lia Honda in Northampton if you’re interested in a new Honda.
Had my car since July and its now October... Theres still something wrong with it and Ive been there atleast 8 times since July. (Starting a week after I got it) You can never talk to the person you need, its always their voicemail and you never get a call back. There is one lady @ the front desk who answers the phone, who is terrible! She must hate her job and she sure lacks customer service skills. They think I will just go away and I will not. I am not paying $26,000 for a broken car. I will not take that loss. And I will not play their run around games anymore. I will not be sent to another voicemail or be told that no one can do anything. I will be letting my attorney handle this from here on out.
I Leased Honda Accord, it was totally unpleasant experience. Alex and Juan needs customer relation lessons. Unprofessional business attitude. The only reason still ended up leasing was the car I liked. Would not recommend dealing with these 2 gentlemen.

I had issues with my newly ( pre-loved) bought car and the dealership that I had bought it from couldnt hear the noise or feel what I was feeling with my car. Michael Wyzik, was professional, respectful and was very helpful. He helped me sort out problems with my car and it saved me a lot of headache with the dealership (where I had bought the car). I am happy with the work that was done on my car and I will definitely be going back if my car needs work or for an oil change ( PS : for women who need a good place and dont know much about cars, I would definitely recommend Lia service center, noho).
Recently I had to have the condenser in my vintage (2007) Honda Fit replaced. The Lia technician who advised me throughout the process, Desiree Frank, was excellent: informative, understanding, creative about options, and above all, accurate about costs (no surprises) and time estimates. Well done!

Normally I dread going to the dealership to get my car fixed, but Lia Honda made it so easy! I actually have a Honda dealership that is much closer to my house but Id rather drive the hour and come here because I know my car is in the best hands. I want to mention Amy Saletnik because she really went above and beyond for me. She kept me updated on every aspect of my repair, and even called me to have me bring my car back in to be repaired sooner, and set aside the parts for me. It was the best service experience and I know everything was done at an exceptional level and with the utmost care for my car and me. This is the best place to take your car!

My family used to love having our cars serviced at this Honda dealership but ever since they hired new staff everything went downhill! If I heard her name right, Mable has been disgustingly rude and always seems to have an attitude while doing her job. Talking inappropriately about her personal life in front everybody. How are you gonna work with the public and be hateful at the same time??? I would advise people to go somewhere else as long as she is here. Apart from that, everybody else is friendly and I wish we didn’t have to find another place to get our cars serviced at. Shameful

Did some research and at first, pulled up wrong Lia, which had pretty bad reviews. Once I found Lia of Northampton, I found the reviews spectacular enough to make an appt. Reviews turned out to be accurate.We went there with the intention of leasing, although a limitation on mileage made this a hard if not wrong choice for us. The short version is that Melissa in sales turned out to be absolutely amazing at her job. Strangely enough, when we pulled in, we gravitated towards an Altima, we had rented one and Jackie liked it. Lo and behold, that was the car we ended up with. Props to the Finance dept for their great work as well, we ended up with a fully loaded, one owner, clean car fax, clean title, 2015 car with decent payments. Great job. Would have been 5 stars but we left without an inspection sticker. We expect this issue to be corrected. The inspection was a little pushed, as we did everything in one day, but we will update this post with what I am sure will be good news.All in all, I recomend Lia of Northampton, great people, great day, great car.
Thanks, as always, to service manager Desiree Frank for making my recent trip to Lia Honda so pleasant (and of course to the technicians, too, behind the scenes. Desiree is such a warm, welcoming face to greet me every time, and she is a true pro! She never fails to remind me of a service that was recommended on my last visit (and I dont always look at the old paperwork before I make a routine service appointment). And she is more than accommodating when it comes to arranging a loaner car, offering a shuttle, or, if Im waiting for the service, to tracking me down when my car is ready if I go out for a walk. I have been a faithful Lia Honda customer since 2012, have loved all the vehicles Ive owned, but I would recommend the dealership based on my experience with Desiree alone.
I recently scheduled a tuneup and service for a recall with Lia Honda. I generally deal with Desiree Frank in service since she provides excellent advice and attention to detail. As usual, she made sure to schedule my visit promptly and at a convenient time. When I brought my car in, she kept me informed of the progress of the service and made sure that all was taken care of promptly and efficiently. Desiree and the service department provide the kind of quality service at reasonable cost that keeps me coming back to Lia Honda.

After having a really bad experience at Curry Honda, I was hesitant to go to Lia Honda. However, to my surprise the customer service was wonderful, the work was done on time, and the repairs were taken care of cost-effectively. I would definitely go back to get my car serviced at this dealership. I normally dont like dealership; this one I highly recommend. They are worth every penny that you spend with them.
I recently went through the process of leasing a new Honda at Lia of Northampton. I would have to say that it was the most pleasant experience that I have ever had at any dealership. Ray Becker was my salesman and he proved to be knowledgeable and also made the experience relatively painless. We were able to arrive at a deal that was satisfactory to all parties with very little haggling and stress. Ray also did a thorough job of reviewing all of the features when the time came to take delivery on the new vehicle. I would recommend him and Lia of Northampton to anyone planning on getting a new Honda.
Really really really upset and disappointed that the 2007 honda odyssey van I have. Although I didnt purchase from these ppl. The freaking van door fell off while I was closing it and holding my 2 year old son! The door almost fell on top of us if not for a tiny metal device holding the bottom part! I called the dealership and of course they deny any responsibility or dont admit to any kind of manufacturer defect. Super disappointing
I had a 3.5 hour trip to this dealership to go see a used vehicle from Staten Island and 2.5 hrs into my trip jason the salesman decided to call me and tell me the car is “sold”and he promised to hold the car for me and entered in his computer to hold the car for a customer and I expressed to him that I was leaving work early and I have 3.5 hours to drive and he told me don’t worry then the used car manager tells me it’s first come first serve which I wasn’t told and if I was I wouldn’t of went and wasted my time and to leave work with no pay. I wouldn’t even rate them a 1 star there a dishonest dealership and should tell the customer the correct information how there policy works not just bulls**t me to make the sale.

Very knowledgable staff that was willing to work with me on getting my car fixed. Went in for an oil change and some minor shacking and come to find out needed new tires and a front end alignment. They were able to work with me on the price and found a discount to use as well.
I was ready to start shopping for cars and I stopped in at Lia Honda Northampton. I was asked to sit and tell an older salesman what I wanted. I explained that I LOVE my Civic and wanted to figure out what I want next. He went through the computer looking for cars that matched my budget (although he didnt hear when I said x-amount of *more*). He had few cars with manual transmission but said he could look on the computer to see what their other stores had. This was taking long and it was raining out. I had mentioned the Honda Fit that Id like to see how it drives but I wasnt up for an actual road test.HIS idea: drive the Fit around the parking lot; Ill go get it. Im waiting and waiting. Im thinking about leaving. Finally a different guy shows up and shakes my hand and takes my contact information and while friendly he basically ushers me OUT THE DOOR!I get it that they want to sell TODAY but that kind of treatment made sure that a person actually ready to get a new car will not go back to Lia Honda. I had the money and could have spent more if I liked the car. Im really surprised I was treated this way.
I recently had my power steering belt give out on a Sunday. Knowing the service department was closed, I ventured to Northampton Lia Honda’s website to see if I could schedule an appointment online. Sure enough, I could easily schedule online, although my issue wasnt an available appointment type option I could select so that was a little confusing.My first human interaction (via phone) was with Amy Saletnik who confirmed my appointment, and provided me options for an earlier appointment should an opening come up before my scheduled one. I ended up going with my scheduled appointment, and had my car towed to the dealership while I stayed at home (to maximize social distancing/safety). When I called to confirm if my car had arrived in tact, Amy assuaged my concerns by confirming they had already put my car in the queue for service, and validated what the apparent problem was (power steering belt). Amy did ask if I was interested in additional services (e.g. 100K mile service check) but when I declined, she wasnt pushy and told me shed call with any unforeseen issues and their related costs/impact, should they arise. My next call from Amy was that my car was ready and when I showed up to the service department to pay and pick up my vehicle, Amy was very welcoming and graciously thanked me for my business.As I drove away, I remembered that my radio needed to be reset with a code which I had no idea/recollection what it was. I turned the car around, returned to the service department and before I could finish my request, Amy knew I needed a reset code. Within a few minutes, she found the code for my vehicle, entered it, and I was good to go.Like Many, Im always a little leery working directly with dealerships for service for fear of getting aggressively upsold and thrown in with the mass of many other customers. However, Amy provided me great service that was quite the contrary, and Im much more open to returning to Lia for other service needs.

Michael was very attentive and kept me updated with the findings, suggested recommendations without being pushy. He definitely made my first experience at Lia’s very pleasant.
I had a terrible experience when I purchased my 2015 CRV from them 2 years ago, but gave them the benefit of the doubt. Now, 2 years later I have questions about my warranty coverage, and past work done on my vehicle (THAT I BOUGHT FROM THEM) no body wants to return my calls. I no longer live in the area, have left emails, chats, voicemails (with the receptionist and and STILL no response. Their receptionist wont even pause for you to ask a question prior to putting you back on hold - only to have the hold go straight to VM. I will never purchase a vehicle from them again, or refer any family members or friends. I finally got a call from them a week after Ive tried to get ahold of them. Got the information I needed and was told that they cannot email the info I was looking for as it is all internal. I gave my address and will wait another week to get something in the mail....
Fantastic experience buying my first car! It was a pleasure to work with Ray, who was extremely helpful throughout the entire process and helped me get the financing I needed. It can be particularly stressful to go to car dealerships as a woman, but everyone I interacted with was respectful and professional, and I would recommend this dealership to anyone else looking for a Honda. Even my dad was impressed- he said it was the smoothest car purchase he had ever seen.

My recent experience with the service department was very good. Service Advisor Desiree Frank was quite helpful in working through a situation that required my car to be left for a few days. She scheduled the service time such that a loaner car was available. As a result, I was never without transportation, even over a weekend.
Lia Honda was great today i have been having issues with the dealer i purchased the car at and was told it would be at least a couple weeks to get in. Today i went to lia and Desiree was great got me in even though i didnt have an appointment and made me feel welcome and said i was always welcome there, i was treated so great even though i didnt purchase the car there. Erich was awesome took care of my car did all the services it needed and was super quick i was out in less then a hour my car was given back to me completely sanitized i cant express how happy i am with the service Desiree and Erich gave me i will definitely be back
Worst dealer I have ever been. Long wait times, rude and unfriendly staff. Literally, the older guy in their staff rudely said me to go and buy another car from another brand when we were negotiating on a price. I felt like I was forced to leave! I’ll never step into this shop! Ever! I recommend choose another Honda dealer who has more professional staff.

Every time I have been to the service department at Lia Honda I have received nothing short of stellar service. Services have always been done in timely fashion at industry standard rates. Shelly Magner Helped me during my most recent visit and she was friendly, professional, and very helpful. She remembered me from previous visits and helped me with a smile. It has been a while since I have purchased a new Honda but if and when I am in the market I will be heading to Lia Honda to purchase based on the service I have received in their service department.
After purchasing a used Toyota Highlander I expected the vehicle to be detailed GOOD before receiving, it was not. Fast forward to Summer temps and my front drivers side bumper popped off exposing super glue that was holding it on, after speaking with Amy in service they declined to do anything. I have just spent a couple hundred dollars to get it fixed as it was a safety issue. I do believe they either failed to inspect the vehicles they sell or they simply do not care.

I bought my first brand new car here a few months ago and it was a very great process I didn’t feel stressed or pressured and got everything I wanted. Melissa Thomas was my dealer and she was great. Then the other day I got my first oil change and again everything was so smooth. It took much less time than expected and Amy Saletnik one of the head service department employees was amazing. This is also the first service department I’ve gone to that gives you a full sheet describing parts of your car they check and how those parts are. I will definitely keep coming here for all my service needs.

Desiree Frank at the service desk does a great job! I like that she took the initiative to text me about my car repair when she learned I was at an event and not able to talk on the phone. She knows her stuff and makes it clear she hears my concerns about my car even when its something I can only describe in a vague way, such as its making a weird noise.
Roger Cote made purchasing a car an enjoyable experience. I would highly recommend him. He explained all the operating systems so I could understand them, many of them were new to me.
Can’t say enough good things about Shelly Magner. She went above and beyond to make sure all my needs we’re met for my car and even offered to pick me up if my ride failed. My car is better than new and I feel confident it was done with the best knowledgeable staff around. Lia is definitely the only place I’ll being my car for service and be sure to ask for Shelly every time! She really made me feel like we’ve been friends for years and made sure i understood what my car needed to keep it running healthy. I never felt pressured just incredibly informed.
Sales department was wonderful when I bought my car the beginning of this year. They were awesome and professional. But I dont feel the same about the service department.The car I bought wasnt detailed and failed inspection before I even got it. And every time (3 times) i came by for re-inspect I was told to come back in a few hours (each time was an hour- hour and a half from closing time). I got in inspected somewhere else and had to pay again. Now I have an ac issue I wish for them to check out and when I scheduled it I was told tuesday. Not a date but just tuesday. Turns out she meant the following Tuesday. I took a day off for this which now makes it very inconvenient for me, but i get mistakes happen. Hopefully things are better from here on out.
I took our Civic in for a 90,000 mile tune up. Because of the age of the car, we ended up having a few more things done as per their suggestion. Since it was going to take awhile, Desiree Frank was very helpful in getting a loaner car for me so I didnt have to sit at the service department all day. She was also very good at explaining the extra work recommended, as well as making sure we got the coupon discount. She made the process as pleasant as could be expected!
Desiree is the best! She makes you feel like you are her only customer with her amazing attention to detail and personal touch. Treats you like you were family and she will always get you the best deal. Wonderful!
