This store has always been my favourite! The latest Halloween bakery collection is amazing! We got the pumpkin cheesecake, Swiss roll and a pie and everything was perfect! The cinnamon flavour was just right! Do try !

This is like the mall of America but with food. MASSIVE! lots of fresh food and hot meals. Also is one of the only places near me to sell Slate chocolate milk which is absolutely delicious if you ask me! Over all I would highly recommend checking this place out next time you have some time. Plus they have those carts that look like race cars, which is icing on the cake in my humble opinion!

Great grocery store that carries both standard product brands and specialty foods. I’m personally a big fan of their vegetarian offerings, pre-prepared foods, and Bakery.They are also open late. I regularly go grocery shopping at 11pm, and although there are a bunch of stock carts out there might be 4 or 5 other customers in the entire store. Great for avoiding crowds.

What can I say about Wegmans? It’s a great grocery store, albeit on the premium and therefore more pricey side. Fresh areas of the store are always exactly that, fresh and ready to bring home and enjoy. The aisles are well stocked, the store is very clean, and the selection is great. Of the fresh and prepared foods I’ve had, the bakery offers a large selection of grocery store standards and more interesting options. Be advised though, some of the more interesting options come at a premium, such as their excellent brownies and macaroons that are sold by weight rather than at a standard price per piece. This was a bit irritating at first, but if you can stomach the cost they’re not bad! The made to order pizzas are also delicious. Ready in the time it takes to do a light shop, these pizzas are great to bring home after a long day. Overall, an excellent premium grocery store, with premium prices to match that must be considered if shopping on a budget.

I stopped by to pick up a few things on Fri 10/8 around noon and decided to get a few raw oysters . I was only buying three and picked out two varieties from the case. The fish guy came out and let me pick the ones I liked, After doing so he thought one might have sounded “hollow “ which he thought might mean it was bad so he isolated the bad sounding one and replaced it with a better one. I did really appreciate the extra effort. That said, it was not atypical for my experiences there. I do like shopping there.

Everything was expensive. The produce section was confusing and the raspberries were moldy. The bathroom was dirty. The pizza I got for dinner was burnt. Other customers were rude.I was willing to ignore all these things, until the self checkout. There was no line for self checkout and indeed no line for the registers at all. After I began scanning items, the woman who is evidently in charge of the self checkout loudly informed me that I had too many items and I wasnt allowed to use the self checkout. While I gaped in astonishment she continued to tell me she would let it slide this time but in the future it wouldnt be allowed.Forget this place, I wont be back. 0/10.

Wegmans is not your typical grocery store, they have an awesome bakery, hot coffee from the Buzz Cafe, fresh homemade foods from sushi, sandwiches, pizza and dinners to go, great selections at the deli, charcuterie platters to go, beautiful cuts of meat which the butcher is cutting right in front of you, floral section of beautiful and unusual flowers like red sunflowers, and gorgeous floral arrangements, a large wine and beer selection and much more. Besides all the groceries the thing that makes Wegmans a great store is the friendly and helpful staff they have. They are always willing to help and greet you like an old friend even if its your first visit. Well worth a trip to shop here!

It can be a lot to take in if you’re not familiar with what a Wegmans store encompasses. The employees are nothing but helpful and try as hard as they can to make sure the customer flow in lines is quick and efficient and try to have many lines open to ensure it all works for customers. Everyones helpful and nice to all of the customers. The atmosphere/vibes from employees is unbeatable! The prices can be a little pricier but in my opinion it’s worth it! Some of the better produce I’ve gotten and a great selection throughout the store. Everyone should go to a Wegmans at least once or twice in their life, especially this one!The bottle room times vary due to cleaning and if you’ve ventured out to other stores; their bottle rooms are gross and bottom priority. This store really does work to be clean and efficient. Worth the travel time for sure!(:

I love this store! It is reasonably priced and it basically has everything you might need organic to gluten-free and anything in between. There are ethnic foods as well to a liquor section in the store. Their pizza is great and sushi as well.

My first time going to this store and I loved it. Easily the biggest and most diverse dedicated gluten free section Ive ever seen! Also well organized and easy to navigate. Very excited to come back here.

While very popular in Central NY and here in Massachusetts, I still dont understand the appeal.Its just a crowded grocery store with lots of variety and prepared meals too.

I do love Wegmans. It has some food items you cant find locally. Red wind cracked peppercorn salami. Oh ya! Uh huh!! Their scan as you go app is awesome.

It was nice there today after not having been there for 15 months. Its clean well stocked. The personnel on knowledgeable and personable. I shop there because of the large selection of items they carry.

Great store. Plenty of parking and easy to find. Very clean restrooms. Fast check out. Excellent seafood department. The produce department has produce from local farms. The Asian section has Angelo Pietro Salad dressings.

I love the product selection at this place, and they have really good customer service as well. I will note that I avoid buying produce there after having a few bad experiences a couple of years ago, but I cannot speak to the current quality level of produce now. They may very well have improved. If nothing else, it should say something about the rest of my shopping experience there that I still gave the store five stars (Id probably give 4.5 stars if I could because of the produce, but they are closer to 5 stars than 4).

Update 08/29/20: I just wanted to say that Wegmans Northboro is doing a great job on the self service express lanes. They are by far the best express lanes Ive ever seen. You can actually scan a large item and put it right in your cart; without calling anyone to fix the register. They also have more express registers than anyone (twelve). Theyve put people like Gina there to run things. Another great move by them. Its obvious how much she cares about her job at Wegmans and the customers. Thanks for the great job WegmansI have been going to this store since the grand opening. Its one of the best Wegmans in the state. They have a huge cafeteria, so you can relax and catch your breath before or after you shop. Its very hard to give these guys anything but 5 stars when you compare them to the other grocers in the state; its no contest. The fruit is always top notch. I usually buy the huge bags of Apples, strawberries and bananas.Theres a huge wine and beer store. A lot of times theyll have samples so you can see whats good. Theres a nice coffee shop where you can grab a latte or whatever works for you; theyll most likely have it. Its always very clean too. What more could we want?Granted its my favorite place to shop, but I do have a couple of requests. I try and avoid Sunday afternoons or Saturdays because its usually packed with shoppers. You take your life in your hands trying to navigate the isles. What makes things worse is that they are always moving things around. I wish they would get a plan for where certain grocer items are and stick to it. Imagine hundreds of shoppers trying to navigate the Wegmans 500, and not knowing where to find things. I think if they have a map at the end of each isle it would be very helpful, because In the busy hours its hard to find a clerk to ask.The only other request I have is to lower their prices on products like Against the Grain, and to provide more parking. Again there is always a way to make the shoppers experience easier, but as far as a grocer, these guys are the best. Thanks Wegman family for coming to Massachusetts.

On our initial visits to Wegmans we thought it was an amazing place -- huge, great variety, good quality. And in general thats still true. Where it falls down for us (seriously!) is in a couple of important ways.First of all, they routinely DONT carry the typical brands of many of the products we like. From cheeses to yogurt to hot dogs to cold cuts (and more) we find ourselves wandering about aimlessly, not finding what we expect or want. OK, were a bit of brand snobs but, for example, they dont carry Hebrew National, Nathans nor Sabrette hot dogs. Seriously? Wegmans insists instead on offering in-house brands (Wegmans) for lots of things we buy regularly. Youre not going to find Boars Head here, Arnold bread, most of the Kraft cheeses and lots of other common items. Theyve replaced them all with their own brand. Are they good? Mostly yes, but again, not really what we want.Second, about that aimless wandering thing. If we are looking for any specific type of thing, packaged cheese for example, we notice that there are end-caps, display cases and wall units in multiple disparate and generally illogical locations, each carrying a few items. Perhaps for shoppers who like to wander and discover, its a fun experience. However for folks like us who just need to get the weekly shopping done, its truly exasperating.We may drop in here occasionally for a treat or two, but its off our list for regular supply runs.

A little more expensive than some chains. However, the quality and service is undeniably better than any of the local competition.

Ordered a half sheet photo cake for my sons 7th birthday party. It was designed by him for his birthday. But when we went to pick the cake it was a total disappointment. Neither the photo was enlarged to fit the cake, nor the color was as given(supposed to be a green image, but came as teal). The bakery employee tried to help cover up the empty space on the cake. But nothing could match the disappointment on my sons face on his big day.

Wegmans is a great grocery store and they have a great selection, but its prices are kind of high. ( by kind of high i mean super high)

I can find all the things I need for any meal that I feel like making. The best selection of meats, seafood and dairy products around. Nice selection of organics in all departments. Incredible beer and wine department.If you get hungry you can go over to the buffet and eat so you dont have cook when you get home.

Wegmans lives up to the hype. The staff are the most friendly and helpful people Ive ever encountered in a grocery store. Being vegetarian, I am consistently blown away at the variety of options (they have dedicated vegan/vegetarian aisles). The liquor store is huge and has a great selection as well, if youre into that sorta thing.

Wegmans is great but I hate their parking lots.

Who doesnt enjoy Wegmans from the front door to shopping each aisleSometimes I miss the name brand items being substituted by their own brand.I love the fresh vegetables selection...while finding some items that just are in my local market.The cheese shop is to die for... yes, you can get cream cheeses and hard to enjoy.Deli department is my next favorite many choices and great customer service.I want to say how much I appreciate great customer service.... when I got to the register the young lady asked how I was doing? Looking at my arm in a sling.... now I didnt have many items and she got a very friendly young man to come with me to my car to unload all of my Gatorade... its difficult for me to accept the fact that I might need help...and she gracefully got me help without taking away my sense of pride.

The redemption center is no longer available the same hours as the store, but open in discrete 2 hour windows. Only 2 machines working out of at least 6. Limited amount of redemptions, i.e. you can return as many as you like but they will only refund you $6 a day unless you use any balance for groceries. I am taking my business elsewhere.

Ive been coming here for years. Grocery products are much expensive here than other shops (about the same as whole foods without prime discounts). Inside the building, you cant use Wegmans app the cellular reception is really bad. Wegmans in Natick mall is much better but its much far away for me. :/

IF I COULD I’D GIVE IT 0 STARSI moved with my husband from the Washington area to Massachusetts not too long ago, and we started shopping a Wegsman because it was convenient for us it’s like five minutes away from the house. every time we go in to purchase anything that’s alcoholic they check our ID and scan it because we are not Massachusetts residents which is understandable. But it is very frustrating when they’re coming back to you and telling you that your ID is not valid and then you can’t purchase alcoholic beverages, multiple times I have been told this, every time I am out with my husband they need to check both of our IDs which is ridiculous. I have never been great as bad as I was at this place, horrible customer service, rude people. Definitely not coming back.

Such a great store. Busy. Dont go on a Saturday if youre worried about crowding, but employees and customers are good about wearing masks and social distancing. Cant beat the quality and selection. Prices on wine are super low.

Once again a great shopping experience. The cheese shop is fantastic. My granddaughter loves the assortment of cheeses. Everytime we go she picks a cheese she hasnt tried. Our cashier, Connor, is very personable and professional. It is a pleasure shopping there.

Wegmas is the best store in the area, some things are a little bit more expensive than in other grocery stores, but the convenience of buying everything in one place is just great, spirits, beer, food, high quality level, is just worth the value.

Wegmans is great. Coming from areas in the Midwest, West Coast, and down South, there was no Wegmans. I wish there was. This is a large scale grocery store and of the highest quality. This Wegmans in particular is well run with great options and great service.

I never buy vegetables here. For some reason they dont seem to last to the date on package. Love the flower shop and if you cant find something in other grocery stores try Wegmans, they are likely to have it. Very helpful people. Really like this store, they provide hand sanitizer and other needs at the entrance to protect one from covid. By the way, clean bathrooms are the rule.

Wegmans is the best market in the United States. This market has superb customer service and amazing selection on all varieties of products. Everything is fresh and theres hundreds of items to choose from. Just love this market. Its always spotless clean and a pleasure to shop there.

Great selection of food. The only issue I had was there was insane amounts of people on 12/30/20 during a pandemic with new restrictions they had no one watching the doors and definitely ignored the restriction policy. Other then that I love the place. Its a,playground for fat people

What a beautiful place it is. I traveled 146 miles from Albany, New York to Wegmans for a frozen food product. My area Walk Mart used to carry Tyson Spicy Chicken Patties until they decided in their infinitely wisdom not to carry it any longer. I asked three local WalMart managers to order at in for me and they refused. I said that I would purchase an entire case, and still the answer was not. I called the customer service line at Tyson, and I got the special treatment run a round from him. He mentioned Wegmans but was not sure if they carried the product. You would think with his nifty computer and his floating fingers he would be able to tell me yes or no, but I wasted nearly 10 minutes with him when I could have watched the last part of the Mecum Auto auction on TV. After hanging up I called the nearest Wegmans which happened to be in Massachusetts. The lady I spoke with was a doll. She checked and said they carried the product, and was willing to put away as many bags as I wanted. The very next day I loaded up the cookers and took a trip . It took nearly 3 hours going and they same for my return. Nearly 300 miles later, I was glad and satisfied as to not beg for something I shouldnt have had to in the first place. Dont get me wrong I still go to WalMart, but never will I never plead for something I have to pay for an the long run.$9.00 to gas up to go to Mass$7.00 to gas up after getting thereDont know how much in tolls because I use EZ passAlmost $28.00 dollars for 5 bags of Tyson Spicy Chicken Patties.3 hours going, and 3 hours back.Yeah, It was worth it. Thanks Wegmans, Ill be back.

I wish their prepared meals were more reasonable.I know they have quality items .They were $8 previously and you got to choose the 2 sides .Now they have 1 veggie and one carb and I try to stay a bit on KETO options.Also wishes they had a Keto section in freezer and one isle for easy shopping.Gluten free is not a KETO friendly option.
