They do really good work and are very friendly and the main focus of there work is perfection. No matter what questions or concerns you may have they will come out to your house and work out all the issues so you are happy. We had them do our kitchen and family room and absolutely love it. We called them back again to redo our front porch and will continue to call them for all our future remodeling needs.

Loved working with the JLI team on a whole house renovation including a kitchen gut and 2 full baths gutted and remodeled. Great design input and execution, attention to detail, adhere to budget and timeline. So pleased I found this group. They worked on every room top to bottom and refinished all floors and painted from ceiling down. Extensive electrical and plumber renovation as well.

JLI Remodeling just completed our home remodel which included the kitchen, master bedroom, fireplace, flooring, millwork and painting. They were fantastic to work with! The timeframe they gave us before we started the project was spot on! The communication was outstanding, and their follow through was excellent! The work they did is absolutely stunning, and we couldnt be happier with the outcome. We highly recommend them, and we will definitely use them for future projects. Kitchen renos should always go this well. Lucy and her crew did a wonderful job. Lucy patiently dealt with all my questions and resolved any minor quibbles calmly and promptly. The crew is prompt, efficient, polite, hardworking and very competent. We are very happy with the cabinetry, flooring, lighting and countertops they chose for us. Highly recommend.

I only had a small two day job for JLI that included a new bath fan installation including a vent to the outside of our brick home, ceiling drywall, wall repairs, and custom wood wainscot installation. The crew was very professional, with excellent finish work, and very good at cleanup.I have worked with many Northshore contractors in the 69 years that I have lived here and I can only say that I wish I had discovered JLI before.

They redid my bathroom and it looks amazing. They did it so fast and clean. I definitely will do business with them again.
