This place literally takes forever. I had a tire installation at 4:32, which should have taken half an hour maximum as what did they say. I didnt leave until 5:45.

I’ve been up here sense 2:30 they have had my car there was 1 car in front of mine it’s 4:05 and it’s still not ready!!

This place literally takes forever. I had a tire installation at 12, which should have taken an hour. I didnt leave until after 3. Not to mention there is barely anyone servicing the area. I had to walk around for hours trying to keep my toddler occupied. I had an appointment but clearly that didnt help.

Oil change. Like always, in and out.

I was a bit hesitant to order my tires online. Id never done that before, but by ordering your tires yourself you can save a lot of money and still get the tire you prefer. So I went to the Tuscaloosa Walmart first to attempt to get help ordering my tires. They were *not* interested in helping me at all, so I left and went to the Northport Walmart. Im so glad I did. The manager (female) was so busy, the phone was ringing like crazy, there was a line of customers, and shed just come inside from unloading a bunch of tires off a truck! Yet, when I told her I was hesitant to order my tires myself, she was super nice and took the time to help me and assure me that ordering was easy. I left without ordering to think some more about it, and came back the next day. I spoke with another young man and he helped me order from his system/register (vs my phone) but gave me the Walmart.com Roll-Back price that showed on my phone. We ordered them, the tires were at the store the next morning by 11am, they installed them, changed my oil, and in just over 2 hours I paid and drove off with my new tires. It was the easiest thing in the world. All the employees, including the mechanic, I came in contact with relating to my tire purchase and installation were courteous and helpful. I cannot think of any reason not to give them a 5 Star review. So I did. ☺

The mechanic refused to look at my tire because the tread was uneven. Its amazing how I took it to Firestone & they didnt seem to have a problem

I asked them to change the battery, they did it an it broke the radio.They were in charge 15 minutes of the car, the radio was working before: they say they have no responsibility for that event... They were not helpful or knowledgeable to find solution.

Good deals on tire if you buy online

The slowest service I have ever had at any auto care center. Was told an hour to get an oil change and after an hour they haven’t even brought my vehicle in. Should have read the other reviews.

Horrible oil change services! My husband has gone here a few times to get oil changed and has literally waited hours each time, enen when there were only 2 cars ahead of him. My husband has seen the employees literally sitting around while he is waiting. He just went yesterday and ended up having to leave without an oil change after waiting 2 hours. He asked at one point how many cars were in front of him and was told 2. An hour later guess what? There were STILL 2 cars in front of him 🤷 Its charity than anyone else around until you factor in how much your wasted time is worth. He called to speak to a store manager but he was unavailable. The employee told him the manager would call him last night but that never happened. Unless you enjoy spending hours at Walmart, at the very least 2, save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

Says they close at 7. Arrived at 6:30 for a simple tire plug. Was told they are not taking any other orders because they had to clean upCustomer service at Walmart is secondary to getting off work early

Slow workers but pretty good just slow

If I could give it a minus I would terrible service. Waited close to 3hr to change 1 tire. But the workers take there lunch like clock work.

Husband takes car up there for an oil change and tire rotation and balance. Been there over two hours and was there before two other cars but now he is behind those cars in terms of service?

Super slow sevice..Went there today and people were waiting 5 hours for a tire change.
