I’ve been searching for my dad for a SUV and Dixie motors appeared with the price and color he’s been looking for. He drove 3 hours to see this SUV and was not disappointed. Not only did he see one SUV, he saw 2 that interest him. He test drove both vehicles, both ran exceptionally well and super clean. The associate, Ms. Devida, was very polite and assist him with any questions he had. I would definitely recommend Dixie Motors. They have a huge variety to browse through. I live in Florida and I bought a car from this location of Dixie Motors last month. At the time of purchase, they did not provide us with the Title and said it was unavailable. We were told by Fernando that he will send the Title by 1 day shipping from Fedex in the next few days, which he didn’t he sent it by regular mail and it took a week to get here. When we received the Title, it was missing the reassignment portion of it, and the state of Florida refused to register the vehicle because of this missing portion. After we contacted Dixie Motors, we were then told that they cannot just send the reassignment they have to attach it to the title and so we had to send it back to them. We specifically asked for them to do it through 1 day shipping by Fedex, which they promised they would. We paid for 1 day shipping and it got to Dixie Motors the next morning, and they attached an EMAIL from Carfax NOT the reassignment and Fernando shipped it AGAIN by regular mail instead of paying for 1 day shipping from Fedex. Its been 5 DAYS and I haven’t received it yet, its been a month since I got the car and I am not able to register it. To get anyone on the phone is difficult, and the team do not understand what they’re doing. And they’re too cheap to pay for shipping for something they should’ve sent to us in the first place. This is the worst service I’ve ever experienced in my entire life. They wasted so much of my time and buying a car has never been more difficult. Scammers.

I went by, was able to test drive a 2012 jeep within minutes of pulling up. The jeep was in excellent condition, with a very fair price. Everything from there was super smooth and easy. Left after a short time with a great used vehicle.

When things are to easy you know why! I purchased a car a week ago and it already needs work after telling the owner Ali he tell me we sell cars and thats it. So his inspector lied like he inspected the car and obviously he couldnt have or he would have known there was bad rotors on this car! Ali also was very rude about the situation all together! DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE! THEY ARE OVER PRICED JUNK!
