If there is less than one star I will give them. I sold my car to them to the guy name “Geo” he is Italian as he told me that. I sold him the car without my title and we agreed to a certain price half before and half after he receives the title. Which he did receive the title. He never gave me the whole amount. It’s been over a year, just because I’m outside the US he isn’t answering my calls or messages. I’m going to sue them especially Geo. Don’t ever get near them those thieves.*** This is a reply for you, I sold him the car when he was working at this place I’m pretty sure. I gave him the car at the beginning of May.

Gave them one star only because zero stars was not available....was trying to buy a 08 f150 lariat 4x4 from this place...explained to the salesman my credit status and situation...only had $ 2000 to put down....he assured my that should be enough ...filled out the paperwork, and after waiting a couple hours decided to leave and just have the salesman call me because they were working on the deal ...came back a couple days later and after a couple hours waiting the salesman says heres the deal....we need a co signer...so I got my daughter to sign on the loan...well then a hour or so later he comes out and says his manager wanted to talk to me....his manager says to me that the deal the salesman had been working on was for the wrong truck....i said really? So in other words they pulled the old bait and switch on me....its where the salesman gets you interested in one vehicle but then either changes the vehicle, the down payment or the interest rate...in this case he was changing both the vehicle and the down payment....i told them id rather walk then buy one from them...i got up and proceeded to walk to my car, the salesman follows me and assured me he would continue to work on the deal and he would call me...never heard from him....i went 2 miles down the road to another dealer, he told me within 5 minutes I was approved and within an hour or so I drove off with a vehicle

I had the wonderful experience of purchasing a Jeep 2 years ago from this dealership. Fast forward I spoke with the staff over the phone, they were great listeners and were able to deliver what I asked for in choosing a car. Most importantly it was the right price point. If I could give a negative I would. Our salesman was great, it was the rest. First we bought two vehicles and the truck was sold to us with a lien on it and than 34 days after the purchase the second vehicle had a rod thrown through the engine. They offered to help get us into another vehicle or fix the one but on one has called us to get this fixed. We have tried to call and get this straightened out but no one calls us back and now I am out a lot of money and still only have one vehicle. I will never buy from them again and I also drove 2 hours to get these vehicles. I should have looked better. So thanks for nothing. I would advise people to look somewhere else before going here.

Went to look at two trucks, both were diesels but the salesman had no idea what had been done to the trucks nor could he provide me any info on it. Waited a day and went back thinking about buying. Come to find out both were in the process of being sold, where one buyer was driving almost two hours for. But the nice saleaman they have told me to rush up and I could buy either one right out from someone else. I denied having more respect for others. Went to a dealership in Birmingham, found a better diesel at a better price with documentation and incredible customer service.

The customer service was very helpful. They made the car buying process about as easy as it can get. If you are looking to invest in a car, might as well invest in good people too.

Easily the worst car experience I have ever experienced. Took hours to get a straight answer on what pricing was, and after requesting financing, the price magically increased 5k on what was a 7k car. It also took 9 days to get my deposit back, and that was only after threatening legal action, to which the manager laughed off in front of a room full of customers. Places like these make their business by assuming you the customer have no idea how cars or money work. You would literally be better off taking an Uber everywhere you go, would be cheaper than a 400 dollar payment on a car worth 7k.

My father in law bought two vehicles cash on the spot one was in decent shape only had to replace a upper radiator hose the other vehicle in the other hand was a complete train wreck it is an 02 escalade and as such I could understand some mechanical wear but how in the world could you sell a car missing a driveshaft!!!!! Yes it was missing a driveshaft on the front wheel drive portion of the all time all wheel drive and on top of that the window sticker said it was two wheel drive I dont know if this was done through ignorance or malice but either is a unacceptable way to conduct business and the bbb will be notified

THANK GOT FOR NORTHWOOD AUTO SALES just right down the street!!!! Worst experience I have ever had in my life. Talked to a sales man and told him we were driving from Holly Springs, MS which was nearly a 3 hour drive and inquired about 2 vehicles. Pictures on the internet looked like the vehicle was perfect condition just a few minor parking lot dings but other than that great .. We proceed to drive nearly 3 hours to only find the 2 biggest heaps of junk I have laid eyes on. Could not believe that a honest person knowing someone was driving 3 hours to purchase 2 vehicles on the spot would not disclose the true condition of them ... I verbally expressed to them how shotty their dealership was and they were ... THANK GOD FOR NORTHWOOD AUTO SALES
