Went in to buy a new tire and get it mounted back on the rim, old tire wouldnt stay mounted. Walk in ask if they could do it, yeah we can do it! We dont have anyone that can do it today though.............4 grown men standing behind the counter! hmmmm

.I purchased a piece of eguipment, used it the next day and it had major issues. Took it back to the store and was VERRY displeased w one employes’ attitude and swore I would never be back. One good employee did try to help. Then I received a surprise call from Russell, one of the Owners...he made everything right!! Sooo impressed that these Owmers pay such close attention to their customers..who does that these days? So impressed!!

Poor service as I seen

Ordered a Stihl part on Monday and specifically said that I need it before Friday. Late Thursday afternoon they dont know when it will arrive even though it was in stock in their warehouse. The desk person who took my order was about to sell me bulk fuel line to replace a molded line.
