I wanted to get a new computer but hadnt shopped for one in over a decade. I didnt want to waste money, and also didnt want to get stuck with something too small for what I need. I have a lots of docs to manage and have to be able to teach kids. They helped me out in a practical and helpful way. No bs sales pitches, just honest help.

I COMPLETELY shattered my brand new Galaxys screen! Later on the speaker on top didnt work. The people at Crashmasters fixed both problems in a good time (especially considering the high volume of work they had to do at the time, and that they had to order the part!), and they did a GREAT job! They also have great pricing, and FANTASTIC customer service! Came in because my phone wasnt charging. They did a quick fix but unfortunately it didnt last long, so I asked is it worth repairing or getting a new phone. They offered their expertise opinion that the phone was still good and worth keeping and put the money into repairing the phone. The phone is several years old, so I decided to keep it and have them fix the problems. The only downside right now is still waiting for my phone. I understand certain parts are not easily available, but was told it would be fixed within a day and it has been 3 days. It would have been nice on day 1 if they didnt have the part and would have taken longer to let me know which is fine. Otherwise, I found them very friendly, willing to help to solve the problem. Ive used them before and will continue to go there with any of my phone and computer issues.

Went because my laptop was not turning on because it got dropped and the power button was broken and bent the side of the computer. Would have cost me 200-300 to fix but the guys here hooked me up and played around with it to try and straighten it out and ended up fixing it for free. 10/10 will come back again.

I broke the glass lenses of my back camera on my iPhone and immediately hopped in the car and went to CrashMasters. Less than an hour later I was home with a fixed phone. Not even a week later I dropped my phone again and shattered the camera glass again (listen, just buy a quality case, okay?), but this time I also damaged my camera. I called them up, scared of what this was going to cost me, but to my surprise the cost was absolutely reasonable. They didn’t have the part in stock and said it would be a few days, which was perfect because it gave me time to buy that quality case I was talking about. Again, the repair only took thirty minutes tops. Super pleased with CrashMasters and will recommend them at every opportunity I can.

NEVER LEAVE YOUR ELECTRONICS HERE!!!This place is part owned by a kid named James.After taking 38 days to fix my PS4 Plus, no one told me it was done.After calling the Apple Ave location where it was dropped off, I was told it was at a different location and theyd have it done and delivered to where I dropped it off for repair.Their policy states that anything left for 30 days or longer they get to keep.They took over 30 days to fix it, they took over 2 months to tell me it was fixed and another month to get it to the location I dropped it off at.Citing their policy of 30 days, they kept it and sold it despite the fact that it wasnt fixed within 30 days nor was I told it was fixed and it was not at the location had dropped it off at.Rather than make things right, I was told by James that it was my fault for not picking it up on time.That wouldve been impossible considering the repair took longer, and communication was non existent.I wouldnt have bothered with this review, but the smug attitude I encountered was highly unprofessional and cared nothing about the fact that they sold my stuff before I was told that I could pick it up.Most service based businesses will attempt to make things right when they screw up.This was made out to be my fault, apparently James either didnt want a happy customer.Selling my PS4 Plus before I was told it was done is just taking advantage of a made up policy that allows for confiscation of your electronics BEFORE your even called and told to pick it up.NEVER drop your electronics off here, lest youre making a donation.

Poor customer service. Was told 1 week for outside repair. Now that its been a week they claim that they told me 7 to 10 days. Now later, theyre saying 7 to 10 days PLUS shipping times. Its been a week and it hasnt even arrived at repair facility. Now that I inquired about it, theyre going to just send it back un-repaired.

I called crashmasters to have the laptop dropped off from the warehouse and also have the old ram upgraded They even updated it and removed whatever bloatware it starts with. Fast forward a few months to now I broke my galaxy s10 screen pretty good at work. Just annihilated the screen with a huge cast..😭 crashmasters ordered my part and when I dropped my phone off they had it fixed by the time I got food, drove toward the lake ate n back. I was blown away and my phone works like new all the way through.

Though I know the owner responds to every negative review, I believe my experience cannot be explained away with misunderstandings or is any fault of my own.Firstly, when they say they are going to call, they do not call. It became a running joke of our house after a few days. Finally after having my laptop for days without a diagnoses or any communication, they swore they would call Wednesday night before they closed. Needless to say, we didn’t hear from them until the next morning after the owner say my first negative review. Also, they took my laptop apart right away so I couldn’t even take my computer back.So, flash forward to four days since I dropped the laptop off. They finally decided it’s the battery after spending four days messing with the mother board. The owner told us it was definitely the battery and definitely not the board (remember this for later). I took the bad review down because they swore they’d make it right.Finally, after a week and a half I get my laptop back with a “new” battery. I do the charge up and let die thing you’re supposed to do with batteries. When I finally open my computer not a single program will turn on. So we bring the laptop back and this was also their fault. They fixed it that day.So I can finally use my computer three weeks after I originally dropped it off. That’s until the battery refuses to take a charge. I call today to tell them the battery won’t take any charge. Now, I know enough about computers to know you need some power in the battery to turn the computer on. The battery just doesn’t accept the juice it needs to turn on. Now they tell me it’s a mother board issue. I asked how it could be the motherboard when they had just told me it was not the mother board. I think the most frustrating thing about working with this company is that they have an answer for everything but do not accept fault. Just admit that MacBooks aren’t your strong suit. They have plenty of great reviews for fixing phones and video game counsels.When I saw the way the owner responded to negative reviews on here, I knew better than to work with them. My husband and I were going to take my laptop to Affordable iStore after the first time they broke my laptop. But the owner is a good talker so we trusted him. I really honestly wished I had followed my gut. He swore he would make it right.Today we asked for a full refund but were told he’d rather just replace the battery. Honestly though, how many times should I let them break my laptop? We’ll probably never see a full refund and I have to pay more now to have the Affordable iStore fix my computer. That cost is in addition to the $700 replacement laptop I had to buy to get me through these three weeks. It has cost me now close to $1000 all because I trusted the wrong people. Bring your broken phone screens and PCs here, but don’t even let them touch your Macs.My husband and I will never trust CrashMasters again. We feel mislead, lied to, and honestly we feel stolen from. We feel entirely cheated.I should tell you right now though that we were waiting for his calls. Our voicemails were not full. We never missed a call. We tried our best to be patient. But we would go days without hearing anything from them. Like many people, the pandemic has caused me to work from home. My laptop is my life line. I told them that at the beginning. It doesn’t seem they were concerned about that. Maybe they thought they could fix my Mac. I will never know. All I know is nearly $1000 later and my MacBook is worst off than before. I tried replacing my faulty Xbox one x retimer chip since most places won’t do board level work. I messed it up bad. James was awesome, fixed my stuff within a couple of hours and I’m back to gaming. I burnt the board bad and even lost a capacitor he replaced with a donor board they have. Great prices, couldn’t recommend more. Wish I went here before I tried it myself.

I took my Pixel 3 phone in to get the back glass replaced. They ordered my replacement parts on the spot, received them the following day, and had my phone fixed completely the next day!!! I recently had an external hard drive crash, which led me to believe I had lost ALL of my photos from the past 15 years in some cases.. all of my kids photos, my dog that passed away in October and many family trips and holiday events. I was referred to James by a few photographer friends who have used his services and had nothing but great things to say about James & his work. I put my trust into James to recover these images, and after a LONG 4 day process James was able to recover almost EVERY single image that I thought was gone forever. I did lose a few image folders but nothing that I was worried about anyhow, the most important images were all recovered and I can not begin to say THANK YOU enough. Then would not respond or answer any call or text. After a week of no responces I went elsewhere.I would happily have taken a Sorry, family emergency or a I cant take any extra computers right now, sorry! or even a I forgot.I would not trust a guy who ghosts a potential customer.
