Great Store!!! Even better customer service!!Rico was extremely helpful and patient. Our family got the newest phones and saved a ton of cash $$$$.
We switched our phones from sprint to T-Mobile but needed to switch them back to sprint because we couldn’t get service with T-Mobile in the dunes where we live. We went to the grand Haven store 4 times to ask for help to do this switch but kept getting the run around too long to go into details but most frustrating. We spoke to persons on the phone to help switch us back for 45 minutes until we got disconnected 🥴. I went to T-Mobile on Harvey street and within 20 minutes I was back on sprint. Very efficient, helpful, and professional. I wish that we would have gone there first, it would have saved us a lot of frustration and my day of schedule could have been kept. I have never had such an awful experience with any cell phone provider in my life. We switched to sprint and never had enough service to even load web pages, calls constantly dropped, and refurbished phones did not work properly. We ended up returning the phones within the 30 days that sprint guarantees you will not be charged for trying their service and told we had a 0 balance. Well, yesterday my account was charged $81 for what they said was auto pay and I have no account with sprint. Then today they charged my account $766 and when I call they cant seem to figure out why. I am fuming mad and may have to go to small claims court just to get this sorted out. Do not switch to sprint unless you want your money literally stolen from your checking account after giving them your card info.

This is the best Sprint store around this area. They are helpful, and dont rush you. They dont get annoyed when your kids are with you either. 10 stars if possible!

JOEY is the worst rep. He was VERY rude and kept making annoying gestures at me like i was bothering him, he kept rolling his eyes at me and gasping everytime i would clarify something. Ive never felt so disrespected. I was in and out within 5 minutes because he said Sprint does things to peoples bills that he isnt able to explain. I called him out asking why are you being so rude and then he apologized which still doesnt change the way he acted. I really hope he gets coached on how to deal with customers better.
COLE WILL LIE TO YOU, TELLING YOU THAT THERE ARE CERTAIN REQUIRED ADD ONS, WHEN IN FACT IT IS JUST A PLOY TO UPSELL YOU SERVICE YOU DO NOT NEED!!!!!! I would be very leery of anything they tell you you HAVE to have!!!My daughter and I were in your store yesterday upgrading her iPhone. We were helped by the store manager, Cole. In the process of finalizing the upgrade, he informed us that it was a requirement by Apple that we add 60 days of Apple Care service to her phone, even though we did not ask for this add on. He told us to call him on the 61st day to cancel, that it was no big deal. Also, when it was taking awhile to transfer her info to her new phone, he asked if we had any shopping to do and if we could come back later to pick her phone up. He asked that when we return to pick up the phone, we not come back in the store, but rather wait in the parking lot for someone to deliver the phone to us because Sprint only recognizes people coming in the store (not distinguishing whether they are returning that same day to pick up their phone, or coming in to shop) and expects them to sell something when people walk in. He stated that they get docked commission if they dont sell something to the people that walk through the door. When we picked up the phone, we did as he asked, and waited in the parking lot, even though I thought this to be very odd and unprofessional. At this time, no one went over the new functions of her phone, or asked if she had any questions about it.....unacceptable. This is extremely poor customer service, and Im extremely saddened to find out that Cole is the STORE MANAGER and would suggest such nonsense!!!After thinking about what he had said about being expected to sell people something when they come through the door, I began wondering about the Apple Care insurance and whether it was, in fact, a requirement that we had to purchase it or just his chance to upsell us something. I chatted with an agent online and discovered that it is an option, not a requirement. HE LIED TO US TO GET AN UPSELL!!!! Be very aware of what they tell you you have to have, and any add ons they say are required. In fact, I would stay away from this particular store all together!!! A complaint has been filed with Sprint and a letter sent to the BBB!!!
This store used to be my favorite. They really took a dive lately. I am calling to see if my phone has been delivered yet, because it was supposed to be delivered 3 weeks ago, and they have been extremely rude to me on the phone. I know they probably get 100 phone calls a day from people waiting on iPhone 7s, but each customer should be treated with respect and dignity regardless of if they are the 1st or the 99th person to call. Come on sprint. Get it together.
This place used to be great. Not so much now. Brought my phone in and the gentleman was to intrested in downloading autopay and Samsung pay apps on my phone that I Didnt Ok! And was not asked about. Also was treated as if I was an inconvenience to have walked through the door. I got my last 3 phones there as well as purchasing my childrens phones there. I will not be returning!
Upgraded iPhones recently. Jared was great to work with and although the process is not quite over, he has been pleasant to work with, patient and has gone above and beyond to make it right because this process should have been easy however because of storage issues on standard iPhone 7 32 gb, new phones needed to be ordered with more storage. Problems on the Sprint side and not the store side prolonged the process for about 4 weeks because of eligibility and the fact that we used our upgrade cert on the wrong phones. Thank you for not giving up, Jared!

Long story short, I found a smart phone that had a Sprint contract attached to it and went out of my way to try to return it to the owner. I came into the store, told them I found this phone and that it belongs to a Sprint customer. The response I received was incredibly rude. In the end they did nothing to find who the phone belonged to and I was told that I had to take it to the corporate store.
