Shopping at hobby lobby is a much better experience than the other options for crafts in this area. There are so many options available at pretty reasonable prices. I love that in July, they are already getting the Christmas stuff out for those of us who love to be really prepared. Today I visited to obtain material for making dream catchers. I was able to find most everything on my own but when I was looking for the feathers I had a problem finding them. There was not a single employee in the area for me to ask for assistance and did need to go all of the way back up front to find someone. When I seen a lady (didnt get her name but later found out she was a manager) she seemed very displeased to be bothered. I asked her where I could find the feathers which I had a screenshot of from your website. She didnt bother to look at my picture but instead at the other items in my hand and stated that if I would have looked behind me where I got some of the items in my hand from I would have seen them in the same aisle. She then turned from me and simply walked away. I proceeded to the back of the store again and looked everywhere around where I got my other items from. No luck. I walked around a bit more and found another employee. Again no name but very helpful and attentive to my needs. She immediately walked me over to where the feathers where and I found exactly what I was looking for. 4 aisles away in another area by the way. No where near the items in my hand. This one is hard to guage as clearly management did a great job hiring attentive and helpful employees but the manager herself was rude, discourteous and no care clearly for her customers needs. I give 3 stars as I still enjoy shopping here and love the prices, options and 99% of the employee customer service. The manager interaction to me was a huge disappointment and almost enough to make me leave. Im certainly glad I was patient enough to overlook it and carry on shopping as I found what I was looking for. But tsk tsk to management for sure!

I needed popsicle sticks for a special project. It was my first time to shop at a Hobby Lobby, and the store is massive and has everything. This store was well staffed and I was able to quickly find an employee to help me find the popsicle sticks.

Love the fabric department! Lots of great selection of home wall decor. Friendly staff took me right to the item I wanted.

Prices tend to be a little on the high side, however, they have an extremely varied selection of crafts from which to choose, along with holiday & home decor, picture framing and more.I can go crazy while shopping in there if Im not careful. Even my husband enjoys going in there! :-)Keep in mind, they are closed on Sundays and, of course, (major) holidays.

Love this chain. This store is large with good selection. It is always clean and tidy. There are usually lines for check out. Disappointed they got rid of their coupons

Service for dry mounting of a puzzle was immediate and pretty good. It had to be trimmed a second time to fit the frame but overall service was excellent.

I love Hobby Lobby, but seriously cant we just enjoy the season we are in without being pushed to think about the next season. It was annoying seeing all the fall decorations everywhere when we havent even got to the first day of summer. My guess is this is coming from corporate, but either way it is just ridiculous. I love fall, but right not I want to enjoy summer.

My gawd!!!!! Lord if you have never been here, dont do it! They trap you inside with trinkets and all of lifes finer things! I walked in and bought more items than I have ever needed in my life. My poor husband has had to work overtime now because the addiction is so strong. My kids even were screaming and yelling in the aisles with delight (their 2 and 6). They currently have the fall and Christmas decorations out now! The staff is crazy nice. They even use descriptive words when speaking with you so your mind is ready to delightfully hand them your wallet. And yes, I did the whole shopping selfie while I was enjoying my entire day at Hobby Lobby!

Hobby Lobby has a great selection of craft things and hobby related things. They have toys for kids. Furniture, picture frames, and a multitude of other things. Their prices are average, but the markers seemed priced a little high to me.They have fakes flowers, fabrics, yarns, and even space for classes.

Enjoyed looking and getting crafts with the grandkids. Clean store, friendly staff.

Great place to get almost any hobbie need only thing I dislike is the prices are a little high for some of their products they have. But they do have good seasonal deals that blow others out of the water so that kinda makes up for the higher prices.

I can always find a good deal here. When I can find what Im looking for. Felt like I was imposing or bothering an employee when I asked where I could find a particular item. Then after wandering around for 20 minutes looking for a different item I asked the same person and they didnt even stop walking past me while mumbling where it could be.

Fantastic selection, great prices. They are always having sales with deep discounts. They have a daily coupon of 40% off of one item. I generally avoid this store since in my experience the staff have not been very friendly, the lines are too long, and the cashiers cant do much without calling for a manager (not their fault, but most transactions need a managers code, and the manager seems to make themselves difficult to get ahold of).

If you are looking for a store full of cheap imported junk you will be in heaven. Support your local artists and craft people not this

Great place for hobby stuff

Of all the big box crafting stores, this is probably my favorite. They have great prices and deals. Their staff is friendly and usually informed and willing to help. Even the customer base is usually friendly and willing to help.

Hobby Lobby certainly has improved as a store. Last time I was here was almost 10 years ago and now it has since then become a true designers dream. They have things to spruce up any part of your home as well as the most craft and art supplies Id ever seen. Prices are a little high compared to other craft stores though. And they night I visited was very busy and the cash registers were breaking down as well.

Its a great place for home decor and any craft you could want.

The employees are not professional at all. I will never go in there again. The older lady with short hair that usually works at the register near the door was mean to me and I don’t understand why. She seems to hate her job or helping people. I also heard them talking about customers. So sad.

On TIC TOK I am @Redhawk_human also aka Greta my dog she very lovely with smart devices and a tv dog but she has fatty tissue cancer all over her body just discover what it is and it blows up and explodes she has all over and even if she be in a lot of pain. So I bout 2 blanket one me and her will switch when she put to sleep Tuesday. I was crying in the store looking and was hard getting it for me as I had to wander around for a bit. She changed my media life.

I can always find exactly what I need for any crafting project from kids school projects all the way to DYI home decorations.. Watch their ads because they run awesome sales and you just never know what youll catch. Only thing thats a bummer is theyre closed on Sundays but for a respectable reason so no star 🌟 demerit there.

This store is run in an extremely unprofessional manner. I came in one day and heard employees talking about a customer that came into the store who stole merchandise. They said that he peed all over things in the art supply aisle. Instead of throwing the merchandise with pee out the manager and team put it back out for sale. This was quite a few months ago but has continually concerned me since over hearing it. Especially now after what has happened with covid.Some employees are extremely rude and unfriendly, have heard rude gossip talk going on about customers and employees alike while shopping. I dont know who is setting the precedent for such behavior but its out of control. Toxic atmosphere while shopping. People do not seem to like to help you, feels like its really annoying for them to help. Will be driving an extra 40 minutes to shop at hobby lobby in Grandville from now on.My last visit was the last straw with this place, especially after covid. Heard employees complaining from a few aisles away about others in the workplace. I feel bad for the fact that people are having to work in this type of environment as well as putting themselves at risk. I will not shop in an unethical, hateful environment.Disappointing!

Its GREAT! So many PERFECT decorations for ANY occasion! They even help you frame your own pictures.& they do an amazing job! They have beautiful artificial flowers & SO SO MUCH MORE than I can say!
