Ironically and sadly not taking extra COVID precautions (anymore?).Note: at the time of review, the stage of Michigan is considered “high transmission.” Per Michigan.gov, “CDC would recommend all individuals, regardless of vaccination status, should mask indoors.”No employees indoors were wearing masks, which is their choice and right. However, that hardly classify as “extra covid precautions” as advertised by the shop.

I went into Health Hutt on Henry St today and was spoken to by an incredibly rude employee when I attempted to ask her a question. I was visibly upset and asked to speak to a manager. The same female employee told me a manager would not be in the store for another 2 days but another employee stated the assistant manager was working in the back. When I spoke to the assistant manager, after waiting for 10 minutes for him to appear, he was defensive and did not resolve the situation at all.I returned the items that I bought from this store as a result of my experience today. I have been shopping at Health Hutt for over 7 years and like to support local businesses. But after this treatment today by their staff I will never return to this store again. So disappointing.

I just called and got disconnected. I worked at Health Hutt 30 yrs ago when there was 1 location.In addition I worked at Harvest Health in GR for 15 yrs opening 2 stores.I would be mortified if a customer was disconnected AND I absolutely know my question was bothersome.

From Florida to Michigan this was the best health conscious grocery I have ever been too. Small store but still somehow had all my vegan favorites plus so much more. Keep it up Health Hut and i will always come back. Im super impressed!

Ive always had good luck finding what I need at the Health Hutt. The staff are always very helpful and dont try and force a bunch of things down your throat like some health stores. They have a great assortment of meal replacement bars if you need a snack on the go and their smoothies are AWESOME! I just had the Superhero smoothie for lunch today and it filled me up and gave me a well needed energy boost. The best part is that is no added sugar, so no crash later, which is a huge plus for me. I refer people to the Health Hutt all the time and Im probably in there once a week. Only one time did I purchase a product that was expired and they issued a prompt refund, no questions asked.

We went here for the first time today. We looked around, it is an organic grocery store, nothing too special...but the deli, we order the vegan wraps and some soup 10/10 best food Ive ever ate.

I love this store. I go there for one thing and leave with three. The staff is very helpful and informative. They all know basic information about nutrition and holistic healing. They have a wider variety than the one in north Muskegon and make/sell delicious food!

Wonderful find in Muskegon. Healthy home made food and great selection of vitamins, drinks, yogurt. Many products carry the green seal of Organic Certification. That certification means something very specific and Im pleased to know I can find that kind of produce and grocery items at Health Hut. Very clean and friendly place!

5 stars all the way! Hands down the healthiest/most organic food in Muskegon. Never disappointed by the food here! There’s not many options in Muskegon if you’re trying to shop healthy and keep a healthy lifestyle and his store definitely helps with that! There’s even a smoothie shack that also makes healthy wraps and sandwiches. The place looks more updated every other time I’m there

Health Hut, please brush up on your telephone customer service. I placed a call to your store Sunday a.m. to see if you carried the product for which I was searching. The young lady who answered was pleasant enough at hello, however, she flipped on the super judgy and annoyed switch when I asked about the product. I had hoped to gain information about brands you carry so I could do my research prior to coming in for purchase. This young lady both earned a poor review for you, and lost a customer. Please teach your employees the benefit of good phone etiquette and helpfulness to people who will later come into the store because of a positive experience on the phone. Today the sale went to someone else.

This is my favorite place in the entire world. I was just informed today that due to fire code violation that Thia Tueday is no longer an option. I am extremely disappointed. I think it will hurt them to not have it, I tell so many people to go there and get their thai food. Please install the hood and bring it back!

Love the health hutt! The deli options are some of my favorites for a great healthy lunch. The staff is wonderful as well. Never disappointed when I pop in for some goodies.

Food: 2 stars. Weve had Thai food all over the country, also in Thailand. This was nothing to write home about.Customer service: we go to the health hutt on Henry St, for the first time. We park the car and strike up the air conditioning for Bella (our dog) while we go inside. A staff member confronts us, is that your car? Your dog is dying. Its a 90 degree day. Shes OK, we have the air running, thats why the windows are up. While we wait for our food, she proceeds to inform other staff members and some OTHER CUSTOMERS that we are killing our dog. They are all pointing at us, pointing at our car and the mean mugging was strong. Mind you, this errand stop was between buying her treats and taking her to dog beach. Again, we approached by another staff member, are you sure youre dog is ok? Customers are complaining. Although we explained she was in air conditioning, she seemed unsatisfied. We paid, we left (while staff members continued to point at us) and will never return. I understand addressing animal abuse, but harassing customers because air conditioning is apparently insufficient for the dog is unacceptable. Im a great dog mom. I take her on runs, I play with her every day. We feed her well and love her unconditionally. Well never be back.

I love getting my spices here as one can get whatever amount you like and they are fresh! The staff is very helpful!

Though it is a little cramped, theres a wonderfull selection of health products available. More than any other health store Ive ever been to.

I love this little place :) The staff is very helpful if you need direction and they have a great deli if you need to grab a bite on the go. I have a hard time shopping without nabbing a special something from the smoothie bar.

Great selection of everything imaginable, prices are awesome, and the staff is VERY knowledgeable and helpful!

Very disappointed in the Muskegon Henry st. Store they have been out of quest bars for 6 weeks and that is my primary reason I shop this store is for quest bars. I have complained and even asked at the Grand Haven store why Muskegon never orders them? Grand Haven told me they can be ordered weekly so I went to Muskegon. Muskegon told me to come back Monday or Tuesday....I went back today (Tuesday) the shelf is still empty and Im afraid they now have lost me as a customer. I will give someone else my money....like GNC.

Just paid $8 for a smoothie with 2 bananas, 3 dates, 1 tsp maca pwdr and a scoop of cacao powder. What a rip off! What do you put in the small one, one banana and 1 date?

Very small and cramped. Prices are good and also selection of products.
