I highly recommend Salesman Dan LaRusso at Devan Acura. I spoke to Dan over the phone and purchased a new 2021 Acura RDX without any stress or aggravation. I was referred to Dan and Devan Acura by family members, all of who had fantastic experiences with their purchase. I was a bit reluctant to make a purchase without going into the dealership, but since I live in Iowa, I had no other choice. The phone experience was excellent, but the delivery to me in Iowa was even better. Top notch service by experienced car professionals. Dan was awesome and did not miss a single detail. I wish I would have done this sooner, because my new RDX is amazing!!! Thank you Dan for the great experience!!! I never thought I would ever say that about a car dealership!!!

I purchased an Acura MDX from Dan LaRusso in 2004 and the experience was fantastic. I since retired and moved to Florida and began shopping for a new MDX. The dealerships in Florida lacked professionalism, product knowledge, and I became extremely frustrated with incompetence. I called Devan Acura and found that Dan was still working there after all these years, and that is a rarity in the car business. I told Dan what I wanted to do, and we had a deal put together over the phone within minutes. You have to like that dealership and salesman in order to drive 1200 Miles each way. I’m a customer for life now!!! They don’t play stupid games, and the deliver what is promised. Dan did a great job and knows his product, which too, is so rare today. Thank you Dan and Jeff at Devan Acura for top notch performance!!!

Dan LaRusso is the man you want to buy your next car from. Dan is incredibly honest and exceeds every expectation he sets. He got us a better deal then the other dealerships for our ILX. He said it could take 3 days to get the car transferred to Devon Acura yet had the car within 1 day.He was incredibly responsive and detail oriented throughout the entire process. We literally couldnt ask for or imagine a better experience. Even post purchase Dan has always been there.If your considering an Acura you need to call Devon Acura and ask for Dan LaRusso!

I recently had a bad experience at an Acura dealership in Norwalk Connecticut. My oil pan was leaking on my Acura TL so I took it in to get the oil pan changed at the same time Acura recommended to do the timing belt and water pump so I got the job done. After the job was completed my engine started knocking Acura recommended to do a valve adjustment. After the job was completed the engine was still knocking so they misdiagnosed my car and I still had to pay for the job. After 500 to 800 miles after oil pan and timing belt was changed my engine oil was completely dark sliver with metal shavings in my oil. Acura came to me and stated my rod bearing in the engine were bad and they would need to be replaced. Acura knew before job was performed there were no metal shaving in my oil. My car has never had any knocking noise or metal shaving before the service was performed. I’ve always done the oil changes on time my oil has always came out clean. I have all the service records to prove that there was never any metal shaving in the oil. Acura denies rod bearing weren’t touched when oil pan was changed. I’ve spent a lot of money here to find out after all that work was completed my engine was done and I was told I needed to rebuild or replace engine. Acura knows I was not happy I told them my engine has never knocked before. I’m trying my best to resolve this problem. All Acura can do for me is give me a free oil change my next visit. I will not take my car here again my car was destroyed here. Also when I tried to speck to the service manger Donato he did not want to help me I asked to speck to a general manger about my situation Donato hanged up on my face!

So I brought my vehicle there for service couple weeks ago . I found out that they had to keep my car there while the work was being completed. The night of me leaving my car there I received an notification on my phone that my car has been started.. The weird thing was it was started at 2 am .. so I am like why is my vehicle being started at this time. Meaning it was taken off Acura Property(pictures below) Then I get another alert about my battery.. my battery is in critical state please see a mechanic. So not I am like What is the world is going in with my car.. I waited to hear from them about when to pick up my car. I received the call that my car is ready to be picked up and my daughters and I is waiting in the loaner, I get out to head into the dealership and the mechanic guy waves me down and tell me to let Donato know that my car is not starting.. I’m like what so now everything is coming back to me about the notifications I was receiving about my car while it was at the dealership.. How my car has started at trip at 2am How my device was unplugged. How my battery is in a critical state. As you can see below my battery never had an issue. Donato words was make sure you go straight home, so the car don’t stop on you.. In my head I’m like who wants to be driving about being worried .. I never had this problem before he said he didn’t know.. I am a mother of two girls I work very hard and I understand I am a female walking into a dealership asking them to help me with my repairs and they do this.. Who had my car ? Why was it taken off the property? What did you guys do to my battery? They was not expecting me to have a Device in my car that kept me alerted. I have not really drove my car due to my being afraid that it might stall on me.. I am still paying off this car you think I need extra issues..

Im always baffled by salespeople (dependent upon commissions) to accommodate customer requests. Test drove an impressive ILX, but then requested test driving TDX model, which salesman Dan expressed reluctance in having to move two other vehicles. As a cash customer with checkbook in hand, I am opting to shop another Acura dealership hopefully more amenable to fulfill. Consultative sales training would be an asset here.

I have nothing but high praise for this Dealership. Purchased my first Acura from here in 1991 & have been coming back ever since. I have nothing but the highest praise for the Service Department. I appreciate the superb attention that I & my car(s) get when brought here. They really care about their customers. I have worked very closely with Donato, Earl & Ralph in service & yes, I am on a first name basis. They all work to ensure that only the necessary services are performed & the pricing is very fair & competitive. Each time I have brought my car in for service, I am always greeted professionally & courteously. They work very hard to accommodate needs & scheduling. Once everything is completed, I usually check out with Paula at Customer service who is extremely nice. A lot of things other car dealerships are practicing, Devan Acura has been doing for years. I am very grateful for the attention & service provided to me over the years from Sales (Dan) Service (Donato, Earl & Ralph) & Svc Coordinator (Paula). To the others who I see in passing in the waiting area, thank you for always providing a friendly greeting. I will continue to use this Dealership; I only wish I could give them more than 5 stars.

I bought my Acura MDX from Devan Acura in 2010. I have been taking my car there for servicing ever since. I have always had an excellent experience with them. Making a service appointment is very quick using their on-line booking system. When I go there I am greeted by a courteous representative who takes notes of any issues I am having. I have never felt pressured into carrying out work that wasnt necessary. There are never any surprises with the charges. I usually wait in their clean and well stocked waiting area or peruse the new cars on their floor, while the car is being serviced. The car is always returned to me promptly, washed and cleaned. I hope to remain a customer of Devan Acura for many years to come. It has been the most enjoyable ownership experience of all the cars I have owned. I highly recommend this dealership for purchasing and servicing your Acura.

Buying a car at Devan Acura was truly a great experience. After 5 hours of going to dealerships and listening to sales people that only gave us bogus numbers, we had such a headache. We walked into Devan Acura at the end of the day and the staff were genuine, knowledgeable, friendly and pulled no punches. He is knowledgeable, well spoken and took care of my car’s issue very promptly, and on short notice. This is the first time I can actually say I am pleased with Acura. I purchased a used 2012 Acura RDX in October of 2019. I arrived to the dealership ready and eager to finally buy my first dealership car. I talked to someone inside about my price range and then he brought me out to take a look at a car someone has just traded in. It seemed like someone nice for my price range, so I caved and decided it would be a good idea. We went back in and started to fill out all the paperwork. They told me they wanted to patch up some rips in my seat from the previous owner and change out the fluid and oil. A few days later I was back to pick up my new car. After about a week I started to hear strange noises when I changed gears. About a month into having the car I went back to the dealership expressing my concerns and they told me it was just the sound of the turbo I was hearing. Ive never owned a car with turbo so I figured they knew best. I still continued to hear noises which precceeded to get worse and worse. Yet again I brought the car back into be seen. To my surprise they still couldnt duplicate the noise I was hearing. So again I left. Now I start to notice a strange noise with my locks. Around this time my maintenance light came (due to needing oil change.) Again I brought the car back. This time the were able to hear the noise coming from the lock system but nothing else. After another visit and oil change they finally realized my swaybar needed to be replaced. I felt as if I should not have to pay for this since I mentioned multiple times I felt like there was something wrong. So they honored my word and took care of the cost which I appreciate. Now Im back again for yet another oil change. I was greeted by DONATO (hopefully Im spelling your name right.) He asked me how everything was going since he knew a bit about my situation from being there so many times. So I expressed the frustration I was having. I understand that I bought a used car but all the issues I was having I didnt expect to deal with from buying from a dealership. This time I mention how the patch work on my seat was coming apart and the trim on my back seat had been falling off. (which I never realized because I dont usually ever have passengers in the back). I expressed all my concerns and he actually listened. He went step by step in detail going over all my concerns and even going out to the car to look for himself. He actually seemed to car about my feelings and overall safety. Thank you for your time and patience and for actually making me feel like I was taken care of! Wish I delt with him every time I had an issue. ITS PEOPLE LIKE DONATO THAT DESERVE A RAISE. THANK YOU!!

I am always greeted with a friendly welcome when I arrive at Devan Acura. The service people go out of their way to make sure I am well taken care of. They explain in detail what needs to be done or what has been done and what is the next step in the service process in terms of when I need to come back. Ill have to start of by saying that I love walking in through the door and seeing Patrice Fortt. I started going to Devan Acura in Norwalk because I wanted to get a remote started on my car. Patrice has given me the BEST!!! customer service. She is very professional, always smiling, nice vibe, willing to help. I then stated bringing my other car and will continue to go to Devan Acura. This is my second Acura from Devan Acura. Both the sales and service departments are excellent. There are other dealers but when it was time to buy my new car I chose to return to Devan because I knew that I was going to get a fair price on the car. After the purchase, the service department would look after me and my car. Fumi sold me both of my cars and I would recommend him if you want to buy an Acura. Cristian in the service department is always extremely helpful.

98% of car dealerships and their service centers are terrible; dishonest and rude, especially in Manhattan. Devan Acura is part of the 2%! Service in particular is kind, responsible, and responsive taking the time to explain the issues with you car, especially over the phone. I had trouble one day while I was parked in a lot and couldnt start my TL. The service call taker (sorry I forget his name) calmly walked me through, and I was on my way. Thank you!!

Excellent Service Center!!I brought my car to Devan Acuras service center on the recommendation of a friend who will only go there. Even though its a little out of my way, I decided to bring my car in to be looked at. I recently had a minor accident a few months ago when I slid on an icy patch on a hill and my car hit a curb hard enough to dent the steel wheel. Once I received my car back (3 weeks and $3500 later!) the steering still felt off to me. When I inquired to the auto shop that fixed it, they told me it had been aligned and drove fine and nothing was wrong with it. I brought it to Devan Acura, and John Alterio, the service manager there, diagnosed my car based on the information I gave him before they even looked at the car. He was completely accurate and it appears the passenger side control arm was never replaced after my mishap with the curb and my alignment was off on that side according to the computer reading. I was very impressed with how much knowledge and expertise he had, and the entire service department were all very professional and thorough in helping get my car fixed. I only wish I had gone to them originally, and not to the place that said they had fixed something, only to find out that they had not at all! Trustworthy service centers should not be as hard to find as they can be - this is definitely a place you can trust! I am now a customer for life :)

I have been driving and leasing Acura since 1999. I however never had to go through the lease maturity process at the end of my lease since I always leased another one. For the first time I ended my lease without leasing a new one because I just wasn’t going to be in the market for a few months due to my son going to college and me using his car for a while. Norwalk Acura tried to make the process very painful. I stayed on the ball with every step: inspection, mileage check, filling out the paperwork, paying all the dues on time, I dropped off the car one day earlier than the lease maturity date and got all the paperwork for the drop-off and ending the lease. 2 months later I saw that my credit score has dropped significantly compared to the score I have had for many years. After digging in, I learned that Norwalk Acura never submitted my paperwork so Acura financial continued to charge me monthly leas fee plus late fee plus finance fee without mailing or emailing about it. I have been on the phone daily with Acura and rectified things and they said it will take about a week to fix my credit score even though I paid off the balance and I did nothing wrong and it was all Acura’s fault.So now I have officially stopped being an Acura customer and have switched to BMW and love my new 430. I suggest you all do the same. BMW of North Haven is amazing with their white glove service. Something that Acura used to be.

Brought car in at 9am for oil change, was told at this particular mileage coolant fluid was recommended to change, I agreed. Get a call about 12 that my radiator was cracked and was leaking. I was told I need a new radiator that would cost about 1,000 and some change. I declined for that price... WAYYy to expensive. Told them just to finish my oil change I’d get the work done elsewhere for cheaper. At 2 pm I get a call that my car was done....5hrs for an oil change? Top that off with a cracked leaking radiator that was not cracked or leaking when it was dropped off..... but ironically now it’s leaking fluid in my driveway and has the burning smell now.... makes me wonder.....

I have been here twice for service. Very expensive and definitely always looking to up sell to the point of trying to rip me off. Example. I had a cracked passenger mirror housing. They want to charge me almost $500 parts for replacing the entire mirror assembly plus $120 for installation. I showed the that the same assembly is available online from an authorized Acura parts dealer for $298. I asked for a discount knowing that all dealers have at least 20% latitude. No dice and in fact they were extremely rude. The guy at the parts counter was extraordinarily arrogant and dismissive. When I told them Never mind, Ill fix it myself, the Service Advisor sweetly told me she hoped I dont screw it up. Further investigation reveal that I can just change the housing for $110 and it is a 15 min. fix. They claimed the mechanics inside the mirror could be damaged but of course it is fine and the SA was winging it. I am now looking for another place for service. It seems this is the culture of this dealership. I would stay away.

First off I bought my car from here, never again! Dropped my car off for a regular oil change like I’ve done before. Go to pick up my car and I notice that there’s a dent in the car. Not the biggest but it’s pretty noticeable. Service manager Jon started off kind with me saying this should take 30 mins to go back into the tape. Later he started to get defensive once I started asking things like who drove my car, how could you not see my car when I dropped it off and why did you wash it without asking me when it was already clean(cover up 1) Person who drive my car conveniently left @4:30 (cover up 2) and was the only tech to do so. Now I go to my salesman to see who’s the boss because now this is becoming very aggravating and he, jokingly but I took very serious, says “my car gets bumped all the time.” How am I suppose to take that. Talked to GM Amy Teerlick who’s customer service got worse towards the end of the day. So I’ve waited for almost 2 hours and they come to me with a bogus shot of my car with a shadow on it and says” it looks like it was there already.” After that I said I need everyone’s info. She wouldn’t even tell me the name of the person who moved my car. Now I ask her, I’m suppose to pay for this knowing it wasn’t there? and her reply to me was “ that’s why we have insurance, you can’t file a claim with the grocery store if your car got hit by a cart.” My brother and friends were on the phone hearing all of the terrible service they give to loyal customers. Ended up filing an incident report with the police and even the cop says that you can’t tell from that picture that a dent was there. This place just became shady trying to cover their tracks and very unprofessional and won’t get any business from my family or myself again. Go elsewhere

I needed to replace the oil pan of a 2003 3.2TL because the housing for the drain plug was stripped. So, I pre-paid for the pan over the phone and within two days was in having the car serviced.The treatment we received was very friendly and prompt upon entering the dealership. The job was completed in the required time, plus the vehicle was vacuumed out by one of the employees.The waiting area is very, very comfortable with wireless internet available and two additional computers for customer use were provided. Also, fresh hot coffee was available in addition to a variety of herbal teas to choose from. The experience was memorable and I wont hesitate to return here for all my service needs in the future!!!

Purchased second row cover online back in Feb, 2014. I recently removed the cover for cleaning, thats when I discovered the genuine acura seat cover dyed the leather. Once you buy a car from them and they have your money, they could care less about their customer service. I bought a brand new car, which was never inspected properly. I know this because once I got on the highway the tires felt as if they were going to fly off. They replaced all my tires the next day. With less than 3000 miles on my car, a bubble appeared in my rear tire. Knowning I had not hit anything I asked for it to be replaced, they refused to contact the manufacturer (after the issues with my first set of tires, I am convinced I had gotten another faulty one) and forced me to pay for a new tire. I even put a call into General Manager, Amy, who instead of calling me back herself, made a service rep do her dirty work...so unprofessional. THEN, I made an appointment for an oil change, because I was leaving my car and coming back for it I was told they would need it for 4 hours, to get the waiting customers out of the dealership as they were the priority. They didnt care that I too had an appointment and needed my car back. DO NOT BUY FROM DEVAN ACURA.

Great experience with devan acura service department! Our mdx broke down near the start of long trip home from nyc. We were able to limp in to Devan, where we met Denato in their service department. He was able to get us in, unscheduled, got us into a loaner car while they worked on our mdx, and recommended some activities for our family to do while being grounded in norwalk. (better than the concierge desk in nyc!) Their service dept was very kind and settling, as we were a bit stressed. New spark plugs (130k miles on originals!?), replaced 1 coil pack and we were back on our way. Can not thank them enough for their speed and kindness! And damm, them new acuras drive nice!.....

I had the worst experience at Devan Acura that Ive ever had in my life regarding purchasing a car. Dan LaRusso is the nastiest most unprofessional sales rep I have ever met. My mother had a very poor experience with Devan a few years back ironically trying to purchase a TL and went to Curry instead. However, because Im from Norwalk so after calling around to multiple dealerships and comparing prices I decided to go to Devan first because they are my home dealership. I was looking for a black 2012 TL and there were very few left as the 2013s were already out. Dan did not have any on the floor (which I knew before I came in) but still went in and allowed him to search for me. After spending about an hour there, he told me he would call me on Monday if he found one (which seemed very bleak after he already called multiple dealerships). I drove away and immediately went to Westchester who offered me a great deal and had the car on the floor (which I knew from the beginning). I called Dan before the weekend was out, thanked him for his time but let him know that I went w/ Westchester b/c they had the car and I didnt want them to sell it. I was bombarded with nasty, rude emails that couldve come from no one else but a child. I was told not to bring my car to Devan for service and spoken down to in the most disrespectful manner. I spent half a day going back and forth in email with Dan and was surprised that he was so angry about losing one deal! It occurred to me that sales must not be that great with a terrible attitude like that, so to lose one deal must be a big deal. I would NEVER recommend this dealership to ANYONE...stay FAR FAR away! I recommend Westchester a million times over Devan, I cant even believe they are still open. I shouldve listened to my mother and avoided Devan like the plague. Please take your business elsewhere.

If there was a no star rating that’s what I would rate the service manager was rude and degrading because I was a women tried to make me feel like I was stupid and did t know what I was talking about but frankly I knew more then he did I’m glad I don’t own an Acura because I most certainly wouldn’t go there
