Owner friendly and very upfront and accurate. Completed work untimely manner, awesome. Team player with car insurance, even able to drop rental car off to pick up not car. They even repaired back head light by gluing, I had tap on it. My car repairs was in the front. Owner even allowed me to make payments on car repair deductible costs and let me have the repaired car up front. I very happy with their service. Thank you

Very professional and thorough work throughout. When my car was towed to Fedor Auto Body Works after an accident, I had everything filled out and was driving away in the rental car within 20 minutes. Parked my car for less than 10 minutes to run up and grab something in a lot with over 50 unassigned available spaces.don’t worry. I own a business in Norwalk too. I’ll be sure to tell everyone how much you guys are theives.you even have guys hiding in cars and bushes in lots just to stick a device in your windshield.anyone reading this. don’t pay it. run your defroster for 15 minutes and the suction cups will release. they usually keep drop boxes near the lots you may be parked at.i’ll make sure i do this next time i come across it and personally deliver it to their body shop.

After not being able to get adequate service from another shop - insurance company directed us to Fedor. They were responsive, professional, and thorough in evaluating and fixing my Audi.

Had an accident so I didnt need to deal with the costs personally. I have to say that the process was EXTREMELY easy. So, easy it actually through me off because I was expecting some kind of hassle related to insurance, money and the car rental. All I had to do was show up for drop off and pickup. Literally NOTHING ELSE and it was AMAZING. I wish more experiences in customer service could be like this because I think we would have a happier world.lol!

He won the job based on that phone call, and he took care of me every step of the way. Every promise he made, he followed through with. My insurance company recommended Fedor after two collisions caused by others damaged my Nissan. Fedor did great work and was a pleasure to work with. When some follow-up was necessary, there was no hassle, just a dedication to doing the job right and keeping the customer whole. Ill use Fedor again for any future body shop needs.As a follow-up, I will add that when I turned in my leased car after the completion of Fedors repairs, there was absolutely no damage or condition charge from Nissan --- the car passed inspection perfectly.

I have to say, Chris really helped me recently. I was involved in a pretty bad accident on the I-95, and my vehicle was towed to Fedor Auto Body. I have never ever been in the situation before, and Chris made the entire process simple and easy for me to understand. I eventually chose another direction, and Chris still called me to ensure I was okay, plus gave me further advice. Fedor Auto body is a great shop. They are very helpful with processes youve never been through. Like dealing with insurance things. They body work is done very well and doesnt take forever. I would absolutely tell anyone to go and see these guys!

I have three cars; a 1969 Checker, a 2009 Smart and a 2001 Honda. Fedor is my autobody shop of choice. Each individual is professional, fair, and an expert at assessing the needs of each vehicle. I have never had a bad experience and have always been treated fairly. All repairs have been beautifully done and Im happy that they are there.

This here is a printed copy of a complaint. To not only give the owner Allen Fedor a bad a review but to expose him for the individual that he is. Aside from towing legally parked cars to rank in more money. I’ve heard countless rumors that he has someone hitting cars intentionally so they can be brought to his shop to rank in on insurance money from innocent hard working people for his own gain. It clearly seems to me he’s a racist with what he wrote in the above comment “taco trailer” not every Hispanic is from Mexican descent as Mr.Fedor should know he has a variety of Hispanics working for him. He should probably be more concerned of who he employs. When all I was trying to do was be an entrepreneur to start my food establishment to whom my parents have serviced for more then 20 years at a grocery store in Woodward ave and fortunately enough my uncle now holds that title to serve this Latino community in south Norwalk to where I once grew up.

Had to get my tail light fixed to it being cracked, I contacted Fedor Auto Body. About two days the new light was here, brought it in and it was fixed within a few minutes. A lot done through them with my dads race car as well and we are never disappointed. I always recommend them to everyone :)

Chris gave me a fair price, picked up car from my driveway, dropped it off repaired and all detailed within just days. Looks so good I decided to keep the car after lease runs out this month. Many thanks!

I went to Fedor after getting my car repaired at another auto body shop (Traynor Auto Body). The original job was deemed unfit by the insurance company (chipped paint, parts not aligned properly, chipped replacement parts). Chris and the crew were extremely pleasant, were able to take the car in very quickly, and did an amazing job. Hopefully I wont have the need for an auto body shop in the future, but Fedor will get the job if I do. Thanks again!

Since the part was already ordered, my car was done the same day! I am so pleased with the customer service and how my car turned out! I will be returning for more service and I will recommending them to my friends and family!

I had my vehicle hit and brought it to Fedors. I can honestly say they went above and beyond. Dennis offered to set up my rental car. He also had the vehicle ready when he said it would be ready. They were honest and forthcoming in every possible way.I called a lot and probably made them crazy, however they never lost patience with me, and Dennis took each of my calls with the same kindness and professionalism each and every time! Kudos to all of the staff!I will continue to recommend Fedors to family and friends as I trust them to always do right by their customers.

Rude, tows illegally in the Norwalk Housing areas and trys to make money off of it.. ... Most horrible tow company ever, really needs to be relocated or closed.

Unprofessional staff. I feel bad for the next person that has to deal with them. They sure do make their money though, clearly thats all their business is about. What a shame to the town of Norwalk. This place is garbage. Unprofessional people who do things illegally. Said I was in a fire lane and they also said that there are signs up. There’s no signs at all and I live there lol. If they do stuff like this illegally then imagine what they would do to your car if you needed repairs? DO NOT go to these people at all. Scammers and low life’s. I wanted to thank the staff at Fedor Auto Body Works Inc., especially Denis Devaux. I was in a car accident last week, and was really very upset with the situation. Denis and the staff at the Norwalk shop were incredibly helpful and efficient. They worked with me to get my car repaired as soon as possible and truly helped to make the best out of an awful situation. Denis also helped to coordinate with the rental car company, and I was picked up and dropped off without a hitch. The final work was excellent, and I will definitely return here in the future if I need their services.

If you are thinking about going to this place for business, u should stay away !! this place has a bad rating for a reason. If your looking for a bad experience this place can give it to you. The worst excuse for a business it should be closed down.

I’m a long time resident of Norwalk and always lived around the corner from Fedor all my life. Never had to use their services until a week ago.Fedor Autobody handled my car and insurance claim with finesse. Russ was very professional, and so were the staff. Russ called me if there were going to be any changes as to repair or anything else that was going on with my car. I’d give 10 stars to this company if I could.Thank you Russ for your 10 star service and thank for Fedor Autobody staff for making my car look brand new again. Definitely don’t want to call you but if I have to you’d be on speedialHIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Management service is very rude !!! Very disappointed on how a manager can be so rude to a customer telling my boyfriend he didnt know what he was talking about & that she did not have time to listen to what he had to say and she will listen when he pays !! You have to be kidding me, this lady needs customer service training ASAP ! Very rude & not understanding. Took his car from his own home & he was out of state was not aware until he returned home to find his car not in the parking lot. UNBELIEVABLE!!

I have two experiences with this company .1 . I went in to get a quote for a repair and they were unpleasant. I felt like I was a bother for coming in.2. I once had to get my car towed and it took an unreasonable amount of time. On top of having to tolerate rudeness . Never again .

My legally parked car was nearly towed by these people. Before my car was hooked I pointed out my parking pass yet the smug driver hooked my car and essentially took it hostage until I paid $100 cash. I felt harrased and Intimidated and even though my car never moved an inch and I spoke to the manager he told me my guys need to eat too. I wouldnt trust a toy car with these people.

These people are crooks. Not only did they break our drive shaft on a new truck, but when we called them to tell them what happened, they were obnoxious. Told us if we needed to complain or whine to someone, we should call our mother.

Aweful. Caught them in the act of towing my two trucks illegally out the spots they were assigned. Showed them the stickers which Ive had for two years in the same spot which they claim they didnt see. If this is the auto body Fedor then why do the tow trucks have Fedor all over it. I have pictures. Please stop towing illegally, we have to eat too.

Worst place ever ! Tow truck drivers are rude and unprofessional as well as the management. Your car will likely be damaged from their horrible towing job. Please look elsewhere. I am highly surprised they are still in business.
