Firelands collision was able to repair my car and get it back to me in a timely manner. They were able to answer all of my questions and kept me informed along the way.

I was in a pretty scary accident last week. Weather conditions were terrible, I hit an icy patch, lost control and was headed for a telephone pole. Luckily I managed to correct the course and missed the pole, however wasnt able to avoid damage to the front of my Jeep Grand Cherokee. Mind you this vehicle was brand new only 6 months old! I was devastated and bit nervous for the repairs because I havent had to manage this stuff in a long time. What a blessing Firelands Collision and body shop were. Im so very impressed that I will be back! From the customer service to the repair and every detail along the way! They worked well with myself and my insurance company whom they werent contracted with. They have my business going forward. I was so pleased when I picked up my baby from the shop today! Thank you a million times over. I highly recommend this shop and the business!!

I had a minor mark on the truck when I purchased from Firelands. Salesman said we dont deliver brand new vehicles with issues, however minor, and we will make it right. Instead of just a little touch up, their body shop took the time to get my Ram looking showroom worthy. Made the door look like nothing ever happened and returned the truck completely detailed inside and out. Branden and the detailer (didnt get name) were awesome and worked very hard to keep me happy. Been to several body shops over my years and can really recommend Firelands.

These guys were professional, punctual, kept me informed throughout the process. Returned the car looking immaculate. Typically I have to call a hundred times other places for updates, these guys updated me before I even asked. 10/10

My truck was fixed right the first time and done before the promised date. My truck was taken there by another body shop cause they couldn’t get it done in proper time frame. Firelands body shop got started on it right away and even with delay on parts they still got it done 5 days early and it looks good as new!!!!

First want to apologize to Joe for how late this review is since everything happened back in June... But anyways quick synapse of the back story is the last week in June was extremely stressful for my wife and I.. My wifes car received extensive damage to the front bumper and the radiator was completely destroyed. I decided to tow the car to this body shop because Ive heard about the work theyve been doing and the quality of their customer service. I definitely wasnt disappointed, Joe was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. Side note, highly recommend opting in to their text notifications.. because even though I was extremely busy with work, Joe kept me up to date where they were at with my wifes car during the entire process from the moment I dropped it off until the moment I picked it back up. Modern top of the line shop, fast professional high quality work, and 11/10 customer service. Needless to say, but highly recommend for any auto body work.
