Not that I intended to be a repeat customer so quickly...but accidents will happen with a teen driver! As with the first repair, it is like this second one never happened! Great service and highly recommended!

I am from Florida and have taken an internship is Massachusetts. I had received a call from my mother saying that my grandmother was very sick and that they were going to have hospice come to watch over her. I started driving back home (about 21 hours) and ended up in a little crash on Norwalk, CT. Part of my bumper was out of place and there was a metal piece dragging against my tire. I took my car to this shop and they spent the time making sure the car was safe enough to drive the remaining 18 hours or so I had to go. They did not charge me a dime because they knew my situation and I could not be more grateful for these caring people. If it were not for them helping rig my car up, I would not have made it back to Florida in time to see my grandmother.

Top-notch quality, fair pricing, personal customer service. Over home theyre for years. Most recently, there have a candid assessment of a small scratch not practical to repair right without doing the whole door panel. The gentleman rubbed it most off the visible damage and instructed house to protect what was left with a drop off clear nail polish.

I have used them on three separate occasions. Two very minor and the third a tree fell on my car. They got more than I even expected from my insurance company. My policy allowed for aftermarket to be used, they found a way to only use brand on my car. They were willing to come in on a holiday weekend to get my car back to me before my rental ran out. I will never go to anyone else. Thanks Don for the recommendation.

I was involved in a accident and I couldnt think of a better place to call than Parkway. I called in after hours and one of the owners Jeff called me back and was willing to let me drop of the vehicle. He gave me all the necessary information for next steps and how to proceed. My car is in the shop and I know theyll do a good job! highly recommend this place. its family run and probably the best ones out there doing it the longest.
