We were having car problems and needed a battery replacement and the manager Eric V was so helpful and took it upon his self to install our battery. He was such a blessing.

All the workers are rude and act like they own the place or should i say they act like workers when the boss isnt around

This store has costumers who are just paying in line with people who are ordering parts together and the people who are paying have to wait to pay for the costumers that have to order making the line too far and the waiting longer please improve your tactics so that the costumers that have to just pay can do that and go stead of waiting for the costumers that are order parts thank you

Today, 02/18/18, around 2:45pm-3:00pm, our car was having troubles so we took it to this shop. A kind employee named Walter happily assisted us for over 2 hours until it was fixed !! He went out of his way to help us. We greatly appreciate this and were tremendously satisfied with his service.

3 people working up front and in store. Asked if I needed help twice. Quick and efficient with a good attitude.

The guy who works here his name is John he knows what he’s doing he is very very intelligent and knows a lot about cars. He is not a mechanic so don’t assume him to be but if you ask basic questions he knows what he’s talking about and that’s a rarity in today’s world thank you very much for all of your help today Jon

The guys help you with everything! My son went in there with his scooter and the older man replaced a screw it was missing and did it for free. The best service anywhere. They are always willing to help.

Seriously, who doesnt carry those metal pans that catch oil/misc dripping from older cars/trucks. They didnt even bother to offer to order them for me. I was somewhat disappointed in the customer service I received.

Worst experience ever!!!! Csr #16 literally walked away from me before i was done asking for my parts. All because my father who gas a commercial account in LA doesnt understand why we need a pin code i repeatedly told him no ones ever asked for it before . #16 rolled his eyes at me and was like well then its not a commercial account ... excuse me my dads been using autozone commercial account over 15 years we are not lying just dont know this process

Call first to see if they have what you need they scan your car for free and if you buy a battery from them with lifetime warranty they charge for free and replace if its no good for free

Pros: They have really good stock.Cons: That customer service at the front needs help. Plan to spend extra time waiting. the first thing that comes to mind is, where Are they?

Its a pretty good auto part, most employes help you as you need to, the only minior thing is that sometimes there is to many people and no that much people working, but over all good place

Upset that an item I bought less than two months ago stopped working. I still had the original packaging, but dont have the receipt. But I used my AutoZone account when I purchased it. They said they will not look up the transaction, and that I have to have the receipt.

Alright autozone. Usually have most parts in stock. When making special orders, they sometimes forget to call to let you know your parts are ready.
