DO NOT get your emissions done on your car here. Although it was very fast process, I was told I needed a new battery even though I drove to the place perfectly fine and I haven’t had any issues. My car is only three years old. The guy said he had to jump start my car twice while working on it even though he started it perfectly fine to drive it into the shop to work on it. So I failed the test even though I have a new car. I tested the battery at my mechanic and he said the battery is good to use. Total scam DO NOT get emissions done here.

Went there for emission testing. I came there, paid, and then parked my car according to their instruction. Then a white lady (I am asian) came after me, then she paid and parked (after I did, obviously). While I was waiting in the car, I saw the technician walked toward her car, so I got out of my car and politely told him that I came first, and he argued that she must have came first and just parked after me. I told him that I came first and I paid first. He then said Im doing hers first and almost hit me while driving her car into the the garage.

Called yesterday to see about an appointment for my emissions testing, they said no appointment. I said I come in today, is that ok, they said yes. Arrived and was told “he’s not here”Not sure ego “he” is but there was another cat parked for emissions testing and they took his car in?Very disappointed.Note: ladies working the gas station counter wore masks and correctly.Guy working in the auto shop wore his just over his nose- a violation of the CT Emissions and current covid regulations.

The only place to go for emissions testing. All staff are super friendly, careful with the car, never waited for more than 10 minutes (usually no wait). The difference here is they seem to welcome the emissions business, where other places look at it as a nuisance. Makes for a very pleasant experience!

I booked a appointment through this website but when I showed up I was told that they do not accept appointments. I showed her my email confirming my appointment and asked if I was at the correct place. She said yes it is the right place but there are no appointments. I asked how long the wait would be then and she said about a two hours. I was able to get in at another facility within 10 minutes as a walkin. I understand if a place doesnt allow appointments for this type of visit but then dont have options for me to schedule around a appointment I thought I had for my vehicle.
