Ive gone to Rallye Tire for the past 5 years and it remains the only place Ill take my car. They are extremely knowledgeable and honest, and the prices are very fair for top quality service. Ive done my brakes, battery, exhaust, and tires, and I always received the best quote from them without any additional headaches.
Went to take My car in for brake and other adjustments, after 6 months the noise came back, took it again, was told something popped out of place after 6 months the noise is back again. The owner is rude and I wouldnt go back there even if the services were free!
Got into an accident on a Friday that unfortunately resulted in having to total my car. When the police called a tow truck, my car was towed here. Got charged $131 for storage fees just for having my car there over the weekend (when theyre closed) until the salvage yard that paid me $175 for the car picked it up for free the following Monday morning, despite the sign that reads $25/day for storage when you walk in. When I went to pick up the leftover money from the salvage yard, that $131 inexplicably got rounded up to $140.Please avoid this shop if you want honest service done on your car, they will take advantage of you.
Ben is really friendly and professional, he took care of my car issues at a reasonable cost. Very happy with his services. Also speaks fluent French!
Theres a guy I think his name is Alan, All mechanics should be as honest as this guy is. I got a real fair price from him with no bull. Why he doesnt work at a dealership I dont know. These kids that run around in places like mavis and firestone etc acting like they are hot shot mechanics could learn a thing or two from Alan. Old school Mechanic with high tech knowledge.
Horrible experience with Rallye Tire, I dont have the name of the guy who talk to me but very un-professional and terrible attitude, stay away.
Great job. Price was better than my local place. Owner Ben was friendly and helped me out a lot.
What a great group and great service! The crew here took my car in quickly for my first ever visit and they handled my problem within hours. They had been recommended by two different local friends. Also, the price was great and the service was quick, easy and right-on. If youre seeking an honest repair in the Norwalk area, I can recommend Rallye!
Needed to have rear wheel bearing replaced. I decided to do both sides. Professional, quick and a very fair price.
Came to our rescue, charged us a very fair price. Very nice people
If your car got towed by them, they asked $150 cash to take it back and no receipt. You need to pay more in order to get a receipt.
Good place to get your car fixed
Horrible experience. The people working there are disgusting and sexist, and also they have little to no respect for your property. Avoid at all cost (literally, because they are severely overpriced).
Great honest guys.
Great work fixing these mechanical issues !
Worst experience ever. I would not recommend using their services.
Go above and beyond
