Well I brought my car for Preventing maintenance, I saw the service Advisor more thanonce. I didnt realize they went home. My car y my house keys in their office. Luckily I called my son to pick me up. And bring me home. Very disappointing. First time this happened. I always come to this dealership and the customer service is great.

Now I know why this place has so many low ratings.I tried to set up a Friday appointment online for a recall & oil change on Wednesday, after I submitted all the information (and clearly stated I am coming in for a recall, with the details). I did not receive an email or a call from them, which turned out they don’t check the reservation system at all, I don’t know why.I went in on Friday, first of all, except one of the lady was wearing a mask, none of the others were wearing a mask, no safety precautions of COVID-19 I can see.And I told Erick, which apparently is the Assistant service manager, my vehicle has a recall has to be taken care of, and I also wanna get oil change. He immediately told me I have to call him on Monday to have him to order the parts for the recall, then I can come in after the parts arrived.So I was there in front of him, why he can’t order the parts on the spot? Instead I have to wait until Monday to call him to ask him to order the parts? He did not even bother to take down any information or to check what parts are needed to be ordered for the recall. The whole process is just not making any sense.Sorry, I don’t think I am going back to this location ever again, I would rather driver further to a location that cares about their customers. And I should have trusted the bad reviews of this location on google & yelp.
The sales person Mickael nice but the Manager he works sucks.
I buy a used car, I paid in cash, after 4 months I do not received the plates, I call many times and never answer, is too bad service.

Dont expect hospitality from Melinda or Erick they really lack customes service skills. Car was left messy with oil marks. Erick really seemed frustrated and overwhelmed.
Horrible tried to rip me off lmao 380 for a connector for the coil fixed the other one just a 2aste if you out of town go to a simple Ill be updating when I find a good mechanic so you out of staters can go to
