I always find it annoying when I walk into anywhere and they’re complaining about customers and coworkers. I was left waiting at the register while they gossiped about their coworker how she doesn’t deserve a promotions and going off about all the things they hate about her. Then for my cashier to get up to me and give me a attitude as if I was the problem. Just glad they had what I wanted.

Worst experience of my life the young light skinned little girl with all the make up on black hair was very rude I am a male who was just looking for a electric face brush and all she kept saying was Walmart carries those ours our to expensive honestly I didnt ask her all that so I call ulta beauty and they were so much more helpful in assisting me thank you for nothing Sallys oh maybe thank you for introducing me to ulta

Awful service, i was in the store for 10 minutes and was never offered assistance. Ill continue buying my stuff from Amazon.

Elizabeth sales rep was amazing.

I had to give a 1star because the employee with bright red hair, glasses & tattoos is SUPER RUDE! The few times that she has been there when I go shopping, she has a very rude demeanor and gives you lots of attitude. Then the last time I was there I said, “excuse me” to ask her a question and not only did she say under her breath, “no,” before I even asked her, she also rolled her eyes right at me. I work retail and I know that is no way to treat customers, especially because I gave her no reason to be rude to me. Like always she gave me attitude and didn’t even help me out until the other girl helped.The other employees are really nice and the store is clean, but this was honestly very upsetting and not the first time that I have seen her do this to the other customers.

The girl that just attended me has such an unprofessional attitude and was so rude, someone needs to send her to some class on how to treat customers or teach her a lesson. Too bad I dont see her name on the receipt otherwise I would put her on blast.

The girl who was in the cash register very rood unprofessional attitude her name tiff to bad I don’t call the police for her but I went to the police and did police report and I am going to talk to the manager tomorrow she treat me like trash I pay for what I buy she give me Receipt and she hide my bag she don’t want give me what I pay for until she finish somebody else and when I ask her to give me my bag she give me hard time until she give it to me after she trow the bag and ask me to get the hell out of her first I don’t know y she did that, until I figer it out She herd me talking different launguage to my friend she don’t like our language I felt she discriminated to bad this girl she have problems with us but we never have problems with any body I been going to this place for 15 years first time I go with someone with me and she don’t speak English I start speaking with her language after she herd our language she went crazy and treat us like trash

The girls that work there are very helpful and friendly. We went for hair dye and a couple of other things.

Only place nearby that you dont have to order online to get professional hair color products.
