The quality of the meat is pretty good but very pricey though. I usually buy the flat meat which its called the La Ranchera and the chicken hens. The tasajo is a different cut but it is the same class of the La Ranchera meat and the chicken is good as well. Thats my top four meats that I get from there. The reason I gave them 4 stars is because they dont take phone orders all the time when I called may be bad timing. Carne Asada is not cheap anymore but it is expensive now theses day.

I bough that short ribs last month ago, its was tender amd good, i was only able to eat 2 pieces because too much fat. It was really good and tender, i when again on august 7 to try there ranchera strip, i will say, it was really good as hell sooo dam tender amd good flavor and taste. Tomorrow is my BDay so i will go tomorrow and buy some meat again :) remcomment for people to come over and try the meat.

The meat is always fresh friendly service. Best spot to buy meat for grilling. The Ranchera and Costellitas are highly recommended. Get there early parking is not great located in small plaza. They only let a few people in at a time. Wait times are usually about 45 minutes from when you get there to when you get inside the store. It is pricy but you get what you pay for cant go wrong with the taste.

Drove 15 miles to try it and I have to be honest the selection of meat was not what the pictures show.... total let down just being honest way too much hype for it to be just a regular old little hole in the wall carniceria! nothin special. .. just my opinion ...not being a hater but my initial reaction was just eh.... on another note the customer service was excellent..
