I was very interested in reviewing the merchandise on this website. Sadly, the host server used for the website is very slow, very very slow. So, it was impossible to upload the search I was interested in. (At least I didnt want to wait several minutes for a small search to load. I imagine many others have moved on from the site, too, when they might have been customers.) I strongly recommend the proprietor move this beautiful website to a faster server that is worthy of his lovely merchandise. I wound up leaving the site as I could not load any searches.

My Persian carpet needed mending as the fringe was falling apart. Mike was a great help and took care of it. The work was very well done and in a very reasonable amount of time. Good prices. Highly recommend them.

My family had a lovely old rug our grandparents had purchased in about 1910. Unfortunately when our father died over five years ago and his house was sold none of us had a room large enough for it. Moreover, it was in terrible shape. Others might have taken it to the landfill, but we were fond of it and loathe to toss it. One day I wandered into the Apadana showroom and told Mike Alidadi the rugs story, fully expecting to be turned away. But Mike was wonderfully supportive and understood our desire to have it cut into as many smaller rugs as possible, symmetry be damned. The result? I now have three handsome rugs plus two footstools topped with rug remnants and our family history with the beautiful old thing continues.

Apadana by far has the largest section of fine antique and decorative rugs Ive ever seen anywhere in the country, excellent customer service as well.
