Great job by Walters crew refinishing our wood floors. Before they did the job, the floors really looked terrible. They did a wonderful job, took their time, and when it was done it was absolutely beautiful!

Every one of the folks here are courteous and professional. Its not as polished as the big box stores, yet you get warm and honest service at the VERY BEST prices. Walter has been my go-to person for years. A+ rating.

The gentleman who helped us did a great job. He didnt have the exact table we where looking for but was able to show us a set that was very similar and had another piece of furniture in stock to show us the exact color of the finish. He ordered our set and it arrived and was delivered in less than a week. The delivery guys came on a Saturday and were very nice and set things up very quickly. Love my new table and chairs!

I am sorry for those who had bad experiences. Mine is very positive with Walter. Two years ago, I came to Norwalk, CT from west coast and needed to buy some furniture.Products: I bought some economic furniture to suit my need. It is important to note that I got my money worth.Service: It is second to none. Despite I only ordered a queen bed, mattress set, a small dining table and two chairs he made two deliveries. First time he delivered every thing except the queen bed on the date that I requested so that I have a bed when I arrived. He is nice enough to loan me a bed frame because the bed is on the way. On the next week, he delivered the bed in time. Any other furniture stores would not have arranged this kind of service for a small order.I made those purchase even after reading some bad reviews. I would recommend Rock Bottom furniture !

Just had our kitchen floor redone by rock bottom. The workmanship was awesome.We are very pleased by the flooring contractor they use. Our old floor was impropertly installed (we knew before they started) and the tile cracked with in three years. They took out the old flooring - tile, rebuilt a stronger subflooring and installed the new flooring. It looks flawless. The pricing for the all of the work was the best price we received - about 30-40% lower for the same exact quote. I will be using them for other flooring projects.

I ordered beds for my boys room a while back - they arrived and were delivered quickly. Later one of the beds broke - Walter at Rockbottom took care of the issue and fought it out with the manufacturer. He just delivered new beds (totally different ones that I picked out!). They look even better than the first ones! Rockbottom went above and beyond. I have ordered a couch,, chairs, end tables, a coffee table and these beds. This is the only place Ill go for furniture now!

Dont be concerned with the clutter, they will get you what you need.

Our experience started off nicely enough, but our carpet is weeks behind schedule and we cannot reach him to get a status or request a refund of our deposit so we can go somewhere else. Very disappointing and I am concerned they will go out of business and we will lose our money.

I had the kitchen flooring done ( Vinyl ) and all the hardwood floors redone.I did not find what I was looking for but Walter showed me a better product and it looks great The work was excellent ..all done in a timely fashion and good budget..great people...highly recommendable

Good for carpet remnants when your diabetic dog keeps having acvidents

The owner is very irresponsible, he wants you to pay half or any big amount then he calls you the next day to let you know the waiting is one month, after the month he tells you the waiting can be much longer. We purchased carpet from him, the experience was terrible, he didnt even order the right amount of carpet and he is the one that came to our house to measure (very unreliable!), and his Hispanics workers are very rude, and behave very suspicious. Plus the carpet was placed in different directions that you dont notice until you vacuum: the hair of carpets is set in different ways, meaning those workers dont know how to do their job. The whole experience was below average.It has an F- on Better Business Bureau!

Love the couch. Cheapest price we saw for this model anywhere, and we were able to get it delivered next day!!!

The website stinks, and the show room isnt much but Walter gave me a great price on the same exact dining set I saw in the competitions store for a way better price! If youre a bargain hunter, Definitely stop in and take a look.

Purchased a dresser online, out of state (I thought they delivered nationally considering it said in-home deliver). Received a call about a week later by a man from the store saying they dont and that my refund is on the way. A week passed before i called back and talked to the same man who told me i needed to call Ashley, which makes no sense. He told me to call back at 5pm to talk to the manager, ive called and left a voicemail twice and havent heard a response? I still dont have my money, its been a month

The owner Walter is a crook.2 months later I still havent received my lamps nor have I been refunded.You pay for what you get,and what you get here is screwed over.Stay away from this business at all costs!
