Acquired a set of 200 historical commemorative coins, in nice wooden box with drawers, and wanted to research them. I called the RUDE woman in customer service, she said I should check with a coin dealer.If Danbury mint cannot give you information on any of their items over 7 years old because they dont keep record longer than that, what hood are these Sterling silver coins, except to sell for scrap prices!?

Ordered a personalized necklace. Was told 3x that it would ship on a specific date. Order has still not shipped two and a half months later . Do not expect your order to ship when they say so … customer service claims that these are only estimates . My order was made a month prior so I could give as a gift . It is now two months past the special day . Horrible customer service and correspondence .

Very poor customer service, reps have bad attitudes and it’s been 3 weeks and still have not received my merchandise. Contact the company and they were very nonchalant and careless about my order they absolutely acted like they could care less whether I got it or not. I will NEVER do business With these guys again and if you’re reading this review I highly recommend you spend your money somewhere else

Stay away from this company.I ordered a necklace last November and received it. But they started sending me collection notice saying that I havent paid.Who ships out stuff without getting paid? Its a terrible company!

I love their products & customer service. Their products are high quality. I believe they are considered collectables, or will be. I definitely get my moneys worth. Ive had a standing order for a yearly Christmas ornament and never had to worry about it being delivered in a timely manner.

Super slow shipping. Received a tracking number on December 4 and 11 days later I have not received the order. After speaking with the post office I learned that the package has not even been shipped. The Danbury Mint has lied to me on two different accounts telling me the order has shipped but there is no original scan by the post office. I was later offered a full refund to cancel the order, but if they can cancel it then obviously it hasn’t shipped and when called out on that issue the representative just hung up on me. I suggest not wasting your time or money ordering from this poor company, I know that I never will again!

Another one of those companies who send things in the mail that one always just tosses in the junk mail until finally of their pamphlets catches your eye whether it be something for yourself or spouse or even something for the home and you say to yourself now I like that or that would like nice here at home. So you purchase the item and the next thing you know you are getting bombarded with offers it doesnt seem to quit then again you see another nice piece and you purchase it. Then youre hooked. Lol. Better stop now or they will reel you in over n over. All kinds of nice items to choose from. Im hooked...

Placed an order 10 December 2020; USPS accepted package 10 December acceptance pending and to date 29 December no package!!!! Stay away and dont spend your money to these scandals.......

I read the reviews and hated to call in fear of a fight! I do believe it could of been a fight but the costumer service person eased up and became friendly. I try to spread the message, “ kindness starts with me”. So I continued to be nice and this helped! I also believe that we have to stop being mean to each other! Kindness starts with me!

Jewelry come from China. One reason it takes so long.

Yesterday was my brothers birthday... he passed away about 3 years ago and today we got a flyer from this place that says my mothers name then says I loved you then, I love you still, I always have, I always will. (Brothers name) My mom is thinking of getting the necklace as if my brother sent it to her.

They sent my father a flyer selling one of their gold pendants with my fathers name and my grandmothers name on the pendant on the flyer.They somehow used my fathers personal information and my grandmothers information to learn that they are mother and son then used that information on to put their names on the pendant on the flyer. The pendant is supposed to have my grandmothers name on top then it says I love you then my fathers name.Basically my father is supposed to give this to my grandmother as a gift to show that he loves her. The only problem is we never gave them this personal information, they probably just bought the info from another company. and my grandmother is not with us anymore so its impossible to give this necklace to her as a giftSo one star for buying my fathers and grandmothers personal info and reminding my father that hsi mother is no longer with us.

If i can give no stars than i would. The customer service was horrible, very rude. My mother ordered a purse from them and received letters saying it would be in by April and also spoke with a gentleman to make sure it would be here by Mothers day.Well its May and we still have not received it. Checked online a week ago and it said it will be shipped 48-72 hours. checked today and now it said to call customer service. So i did and the 2 ladies i spoke with was extremely rude and unprofessional did not even let me get a sentence out. Unprofessional. Better get my money back or will be calling a lawyer.

The pendant and chain i ordered was $99.00 ..When I received it I could barely believe my eyes.The personaliation was SO small I could barely even read my and my wifes names. The chain was so thin and flimsy it looked like something from the Dollar tree and I wasnt impressed at all with the Savorski birthstones and gold plating. This necklace should cost about $29.95 at the most. Im going to try to get a refund but its a personalized piece so I guess Ill have to see what to do.You would think for over a hundred dollars it would come in an actual box to and not a velvet pouch. Not pleased at all.

They sell junk! If you buy a $1 from 1926 its worth $1 not $70 or even more... hilarious company. I would stay far away.

Buying something from The Danbury Mint was a mistake. While the product was fine, I am now on their mailing list and receive their junk mail on a weekly basis! They dont realize that every time I receive another piece of junk advertising my opinion of the company gets worse. I have asked them to remove me from their list but the junk keeps coming.
