Very nice and clean store. Friendly staff and they are all wearing masks to comply with Covid. The only thing that Id did not like is the miss inventory. The app said certain items are there and we could not find them.

Went today to trade in a switch. Amanda was there and she was incredibly helpful. She went out of her way to help us through the process and explain everything to us. I had questions regarding new games I wanted to play and asked for her advice to which game she enjoyed more out of the two I was asking about and what her opinion on them was. Amanda gave me super detailed reviews and didnt try to sell me on one game over the other based on prices, but rather which game she felt I would enjoy more because of what I told her I played. I have to say she has by far been the most phenomenal GameStop employee I have ever met! I wish I could give her 5 stars because she is the one that made the experience so great.

Very unhappy with the employee named Elizabeth!!! With NO respect for Elizabeth spoke to us in a manner that just turned my stomach. This is in regards to wearing masks. My family and I were unaware that we needed to wear masks even though vaccinated. Instead of saying “ you can’t be in the store with out masks” in a rude tone, a nice gesture could have been “ due to COVID-19 we are kindly requesting all customers vaccinated or not wear face masks” . Is that so hard. Maybe u should reconsider the customer service line of employment or if u don’t like ur job, quit.

Had is issue with Brian he like to act like a “toy police”There just Toys man!!! I called to see if my funko pop came in.. he tell me the person on the account will get the phone call not me since my name is not on the power up reward.. not the first time I had an issue with him.. this would be about the 3rd time he give me attitude about my funko pops..

Almost Every Time I come to this location Game Stop Im happy with what I got because from what I seen is nobody buys this Funko Pop Roman From Harley Quinn Birds of Prey, It was $5.00 I bought and had a $5 Coupon from my membership used it and got it for Free.

They are a great store.Central location. Great staff.Just wish they would stop trying to upsell the pro pass... Im too cheap to renew, can you just put that in my profile? LOLBut I digress, I got a good deal on 3 games during their cyber Monday sale and was able to pick up in-store, very convenient option.Buy 2, get one free sale is unbeatable.

Did a online Delivery@Door pickup order. Called the store right as I parked and no answer. Got out and to the front of the store called 2 more times and again no answer. Looked inside to seen 2 employees sitting on chairs behind the counter. When I knocked on the door all of a sudden they disappeared. 5mins later one of them came to the door with a attitude. Ask for the name on the order and the last four numbers of the order number. Went back in got my order and with a rude tone ask for the numbers and the name again. Very poor customer service will NEVER come back to this store EVER again.

They always have great clearance stuff. I do most of my holiday shopping there all year long. Its great. My kid goes in and plays for free. Its the best deal ever.

Its turning into a game pawn shop . i remember when i was able to trade in a game and get another . now you are lucky if you get anything higher then 50 cents for a $60 game when trading in . but it keeps up with all the current games and has nice workers

I was pretty pissed off that we drove out of our way to go pick up a used game that we specified, an Xbox version only to arrive 15 minutes after hanging up, to find that they sold the last copy they supposedly were holding for us to the party in front of us in line. The employee set aside a PS4 version, thinking that was what we wanted. The employee on the phone just did not listen, very frustrating and a huge waste of our time. Will never use this location ever again.

I have nothing but good things to say about this particular location, but PLEASE BE CAREFUL what you do and say at ANY GAMESTOP as the employees are forced to aggressively push bundles deals and rewards typically costing you money without saving you enough to matter. For instance they sell XBONE X and PS4 Pro bundles that cost about $125 more than the individual items that come in those bundles.
