Great deals and nice stuff. Love the rewards program. Our cashier was super friendly and helpful with a few questions we had. Store was clean and well stocked in most areas.

I like the Big Lots prices! They have many grocery items including Bobs Red Mill products. They have home furnishings, area rugs, pillows. They have snacks, nuts and candy. They have some toys, cosmetics and holiday decorations. They also have some small appliances. The clerks are helpful and friendly!

They wouldnt take my rug dr 3 dollar off coupon from the website.

Hate furniture scattered through out the store

I had a GREAT experience here today! They had everything I was looking for! Ive been looking for totes, and everybody elses prices seem so high, but not here! I ended up buying 6 of them! I got everything on my list today. Plus, the store was so neat & clean. People are crazy if they dont give this store more business! They are so deserving of it! Get out there and see what Im talking about!

Disappointing lack of items high pricing things

I paid for an armoire in full on 11/28/19. Have been patiently waiting up until today. Every time Ive called Ive been given a different reason why i have NOT received my goods. Not 1 reason is legit. Its been 16 days & nothing. I guess its ok though bc nobody has any idea when Ill receive the armoire. Very unprofessional big lots. Nobody has a real answer. Whose job is it? Nobody knows? How convenient big lots. Your manager sucks

Lower prices on a good variety of things. Store is mostly tidy and clean. Often, pricing is not clear and there can be a wait to get through the checkout.
