I called Michael on a Saturday during the holiday. He not only picked up but he stayed on the line and helped me resolve my problem with my Sony widescreen TV. I’ve been using these guys for years probably 10 or more now and each and everyone of them are knowledgeable professional and friendly.

I was fortunate enough to take over this great family business that was started by my father over 40 years ago. As I read these reviews, I find it interesting to see that the complaints of a few are strictly based on the fact that we are a Small business. We unfortunately don’t have lots of employees to accommodate a lot of people simultaneously nor do we wish to. We pride ourselves on always putting out a high-quality product and service and are not willing to sacrifice that goal. Sometimes you may have to wait, but I assure you it’s well worth it.

Great job delivered on time and on budget. I asked for a marine installation that would respect the classic look of the boat. They delivered. It looks subtle, but the system is absolutely fantastic. Great range and power. And the installation was meticulously neat and clean. I could not be happier with the end result.

Great local shop! Its good to see places like this still in business. I just moved back to the area and happened to drive by to see if they were still there, after 35 years to my amazement, they were. I met with the owner Michael who had since taken over for his late father. Still a top notch Audio shop with a ton of knowledge. My issues were easy it seemed compared to what they had going on but they served me perfectly with my 2 channel set up. You will be in good hands at Audiotronics!!!

Family owned business for over 30 years. They installed a home theater for a friend of mine and he is in love with the work. I went in to get a remote start done and i am very happy. I am writing this review because they spent more time than expected and didnt even charge me.

Very high end-equipment, but hard to demo anything without a fairly slow, involved demonstration from the one or two employees there. Went in to hear Sonos sound bar playing TV, and has to wait almost 20 minutes to hear it and have a simple question answered.

Sometimes you do have to wait for exceptional service. Known these folks for 40 years and have never been let down. Michael (the owner), his father was a great guy. They will sell the best equipment you can afford with a perfect match for your room and budget. Bought a system from them in the late 90s that is still amazing and relevant today. Of course technology has changed, the quality of the system has not, and still blows my mind. Jim (Michaels father) was a great guy, and will be missed. Im sure Michael runs the business in the same manner, as i have known the family so long. You get what you pay for, but this family business will not upsell you something you dont need. I have found this particular store to be sub par in their customer service. I was told, when I was convinced to buy a piece of equipment, that if I didnt see any difference they would give me my money back. I didnt like the equipment, brought it back and my money was not returned. I had a DVD player put in my vehicle, instead of laying the player flat, it was put in standing up, which resulted in returning a few times to rectify. Go to Best Buy!

I brought my car in on my birthday and was told they had overbooked and probably wouldnt get to my car. I made the appointment a week earlier. This place runs a perfect model for how not to run a business. The customer service is awful, I had been told I would be called back about 5 times when trying to make the appointment and never was. Overall this was a terrible birthday surprise and if I could I would rate this place 0 stars. I only went here because years and years ago it was a fine establishment. Things change and so does my business. F

Mclintosh Mc 2300 fixed by a great certified tech service and a C-32 Mclintosh pre amp and a power amp both brought to specifacations and good to go another 35 yrs with klispch Korner horns this system pumps air in a 160 sq. room . Thank you for great service.

Michael and his team are wonderfully professional and extremely knowledgeable, which is something you dont get at Best Buy. I have been patronizing Audiotronics since the 90s and I would never use or recommend anyone else.

Just had them wire up another car for me!!!! super...Bill has also programmed remotes and done in wall wiring for me.

A real HI Fi store with a service dept !
