You definitely need their app to try and save money . Selection on some items is very limited ie: baby food .

This store is always busy. The store personnel are always working hard, but never too hard to take care of customers. For an older store, its still well kept up. They might not always carry what your looking for, but they do have a lot of specialty items from local providers. Their prices are a bit higher than big box stores, but it is a less stressful environment.

Love the grocery store, employees are all so friendly, know its hard to get new employees, so hopefully the reason, easily spend close to $400 a month there, about to drive elsewhere, there are cigarette butts on walkway in, been there at least 3 weeks, carpet as you walk in, disgusting, with covid, heck without covid, I want to buy food I intend to eat, from a clean place!! Sorry, love the store, Schilds MUCH CLEANER!!! ABOUT TO SWITCH STORE!!!

My husband and I went to Miller’s grocery store to purchase a few grocery’s and captain Morgan while at the checkout I realized I forgot my id. While my husband had his and provided the cashier Debra with his she said with a hostile attitude “YOU ARE BOTH ON CAMERA SO I NEED BOTH OF YOUR ID’S”. We are well into our 30s with 3 children !!! We did not receive a Hi how are you. Did you find everything okay? Like at any normal grocery store Just “ I NEED YOU and YOURS ID” I understand if I needed to show my id also, but there is a respectful and kind way of asking. Not the nasty totally disrespectful way she was treating us from the first second!! I had my mother in law drive my I’d across town to show this Debra cashier. While I walked it back into the store to show her she starts screaming “get out of the store or I will call the police”. Totally confused Im completely embarrassed at this point because of this Debra cashier screaming it so the whole store can hear her like I was stealing or destroying the store !! My husband called in to talk to the “store manager” she refused to give her name and stated Debra told her I cussed her out! I am a nurse, kind, empathetic individual that has worked through this pandemic !! . I would never in a milllion years treat a individual the way I was treated tonight!! Debra was lieing to justify what she did when she had no right to throw me out of the store for doing absolutely nothing !!!!! I feel targeted from the beginning !! I have never been treated the way I have been treated at Miller’s ! I will never do business here again and having multiple family members in Norwalk I know they won’t either!!!

Excellent experience. Only thing they need make more doughnuts and muffins on the weekend. Also cake scraps i missed. Salad bar excellent. Wings look.good

Super friendly staff who are willing to help. They can be kinda pricey but typically always have good deals.

If youre not from around here like me the best way to describe this place is its almost identical to Hannafords or Brookshire Brothers.

Great store dont gauge the customer

They are a hometown grocery store where the employees know you and treat you decent. Be aware of expiration dates, I bought way to many products that have expired.

Millers is a great grocery store. They can be pricy at times but I love supporting local. They offer fresh sushi and monthly offer fresh seafood.

Great store, friendly people, competitive pricing. Best of all they have cashiers and enough of them that you dont have to wait in line or check yourself out.

Nice but to high priced

Love their sushi bar, but they tried to ring me up for 3 containers of sushi instead of just the 2 i was trying to get. Then they couldnt understand why I wouldnt pay for the extra sushi roll even though I wasnt even trying to buy it. I was being very calm trying to get the situation handled but they kept staring at me like I was speaking a foreign language. The whole situation felt very bizarre and uncomfortable. Idk if I even feel comfortable coming back here.

American Express has an offer to spend $10 at a small business, and get $5 back. I just needed some corn and a couple of cards, why not?Well, they dont have a section of corn in their produce. I didnt see any associate around, so I went to the deli. Three associates, not one had their nose covered. One had their mask down around their neck while they were crawling into the prepared food case. So, no thank you. We saw a corn display on the way out, but of the 30 ears of corn (we need 25), maybe five looked decent. $5 off isnt enough to make me shop here. If they cant wear their masks when crawling into the prepared food case, what are they doing in the back?

I am bicycling across America for Veterans And Their Pets when I decide to enter Millers Grocery for a donut and yogurt. I was quickly singled out, a most discriminatory act, and told that I may not enter the store with my valuables bag, a purse of sorts if you will. I will take my business elsewhere. Shame on you Millers and management.

To the worker there who says ITS A LAW for everyone to wear a mask, you are mistakenly wrong. Anyone under the age of 10 or who has a health condition does not have to wear a mask. And its not a law, its a mandate, get your facts straight. Youre losing business because of your ignorance and can easily have a lawsuit on your hands by offending people with actual health conditions!!!

I have been shopping at this location for many years. Today was the first time I have had a bad experience. There were 2 sales people who were rather rude. There are many other stores to shop at, so it will be quite a while before I return to Millers.

I enjoyed shopping at Millers today. Their store is always stocked well. And I actually found a great deal on meat. Some products are a little higher than say, Wal-Mart, but Im tired of shopping there, and not being able to find what I need, when I need it. Im staying with Millers!!

So, so very sad that Millers is no more. Great atmosphere, awesome staff, including the owner who always has a smile and a kind word. Ice cream is homemade, and the place is iconic, and is an old favorite from my many years of working at Girl Scout Camp Timberlane. As a camper we had hiked there down Green Rd for the sweet, cold cone of ice cream waiting after a long hike. Camper and counselor a total of 21 years, and Millers always a constant. Through the years, often when going to camp for an event, would wind up at my favorite ice cream place. Loved it when a bunch of old staff would all go there together. It had graduated to a full restaurant which meant ice cream ALL year round! This was under the most recent owner who has now retired the store. Sad to see it go, but appreciate all the almost 40 years of memories wrapped up with my girl scout memories. Thanks!
