I love ShopRite! The bakery is A Mazing! Gotta have a glazed croissant, my fave! The employees are Friendly, courteous and helpful. Clean, stocked well with a diverse selection if produce and products, not to mention the best prices in the area! Glad I have one so close to me on Connecticut Ave in Norwalk!

In the store or delivery. The delivery service ; ordering online is better than Stop and Shop due to Coronavirus Pandemic, I have to order online. Every time I have used their service . I received every item I ordered and follow along on my phone with my shopper. I feel like I am shopping with out going physically to the store. They are fantastic!!! I hope these working are receiving my tips for such a great 👍🏾 job they do.

It’s a nice place I go to get my groceries, they got everything that I need, even organic food. Clean, always with enough cashiers and self check out, so I don’t have to wait for long to get check out. Lot of parking lot so love to come here to get my stuff at a great prices.

The best ShopRite in the neighboring areas in terms of food quality and stock, however recently during this pandemic it is entirely for too crowded and seems like there is no control over spacing. Please fix the latter issue, as it is of dire importance, and Ill be happy to push this up to 5 stars.

We had fried chicken today from SR and the consensus was this was the best fried chicken weve ever had!I like the way we can order from the deli as we enter the store, and your produce is the best anywhere. I have never seen radishes as big as yours. Your staff is always helpful, and the food from your hot bar is always delicious! Thank you ShopRite.

Best grocery store around. Far better than the Stop & Shop across the street. Good selection of staples and uncommon products.My wife and I needed an unusual cut of meat for a special event, and no local butchers were able to source it for us. In a last ditch attempt, we asked at the Shop Rite butcher, who said it was no problem and he could get it for us in a couple days (and if I remember correctly, it was for a very reasonable price).

I make a special trip to your store for 4 things that are very different than any of the area’s grocery stores...#1 “Wholesome Pantry” Shrimp... it comes in a bag but it’s better tasting than any shrimp In the area and they cook up differently ...#2 the other thing I buy are your “Pasture Raised Vital Farms Eggs” that come in a black carton, they are brown eggs which are usually better tasting anyway, but these eggs are uniquely good... I can taste the difference in my eggs and these have no funny taste to them, and they are a really clean tasting egg if there’s such a thing...#3 I very rarely buy ground beef these days but when I do, your “Shop Rite Angus Beef 85% lean”, which is prepackaged, is really good and doesn’t taste fatty or greasy, and it even tastes leaner than 90% lean I’ve bought in other stores... and surprisingly it’s not that expensive.... and it’s as good if not better than butcher shop... and#4 your Wild caught Salmon from behind your fish counter... steaks & filets... its expensive but it melts in your mouth and always super fresh... huge difference in taste from everywhere else in area I buy salmon... even the fancy places, there salmon isn’t as good...

Do not feel safe shopping at this store!!! In COVID-19 world, all stores have one way shopping. But not here! Its a free for all!!! And not one employee says a word, including the manager. Too many other stores, not worth the risk!!

Got what I needed quickly and self checkout was good.

It was a big Shoprite, it was clean, they practiced social distancing. They also had a nice size fresh department. They had a pretty good sale, I was in a hurry so I was in and out have to visit again.

The place is always well stocked. The best managers also. Thank you.

Why doesnt anyone pick up the phone? Ive been on hold three times and nothing.

I was in the Norwalk store yesterday and a lot of the workers especially in the baking department were not wearing masks or were not covering their noses with the masks.This message is to the management. It is not safe for us to shop in your stores if your employees are not consistently wearing a mask properly. It should never come off in the workplace and needs to be worn properly. Your employees are setting a poor example for the customers as well.

I lost my license a month ago, I had to make an appointment at DMV which my appointment was for the end of this month. And I received a letter on the mail from Grade A and was my license!!!! CHECK ALL THE DATES! Three times Ive bought stuff you wouldnt normally would think to check dates on and Ive bought expired items. One was a bottle of vitamins that were a year past its sell by date. Another was fruit cups, also a year past its date. I should have double checked the yogurt I bought and that was also 3 weeks past its expiration.but besides that the produce is good and as long as you check the damn dates youre fine.

This is a great supermarket. All departments are very good beginning with produce but thats just the start. Its solid across the store and blows away the produce (and just about everything else) at Stop and Shop across the street.

Needed some desserts for a Christmas party on sorry notice. Lemon, pecan, and chocolate chocolate were perfect. Also discovered a longer of artisan bread including semolina Italian. Great bakery.

This is the closest supermarket that has great prices and a lot of deals on a lot of the products that I enjoy. However sometimes I even come here just to snack on their premade meals. The chicken that is rotisserie is really tasty and the mac & cheese is a perfect way to enjoy your lunch.

Wonderful experience at ShopRite in Norwalk! Everything was super easy to find, and prices compare favorably to other grocers in my area. Busiest grocery store in town! Our cashier was both kind and quick, in and out in just a few minutes! Definitely recommend!

Produce and meat are better than my normal store but eggs, rice and cleaning supplies were scarce

The store was nice and well stocked but the self service registers weren’t working well and the staff was not attentive. I prefer actual cashiers over self serve. Especially when people using the self serve registers don’t know what to do.

Its okay only when they have sales it used to be my number one place to shop but after the recent changes its more of a hassle to shop there a lot of products are no longer be carried by the store which is great disappointment I still go there but I never spend as much as I used to this ShopRite seems to use a lot of trickery to force customers to buy products that theyre over overstocked in I no longer see them as a store that is trustworthy. I lived in Norwalk for 54 years I shopped at ShopRite for over 20 years why would they rearrange the store its like why would they fix something that wasnt broken that was a very bad decision nevertheless its okay for odds and ends but I do my main chopping now elsewhere where its more convenient for the consumer and less convenient for management

Be VERY careful here!!!! I have noticed on MANY occasions the old bait-in-switch trick.... For example: a 12 oz box of cereal is on sale for $1.99 & there will be visible signage posted & theres probably 20+ boxes cereal on the shelf (right above sale sign) but IT IS NOT for that 12oz sale item they stocked that shelf with!!! But instead- they are the 15oz boxes that ring up full price. Ive brought this to their attention many times & tell them how terrible it is because there are alot of elderly people who go there. And I ALWAYS get that sorry & its outta my hands look & a shrug.So I know when i go here i have to DOUBLE CHECK everything....
