I bought my Ford Escape here about 4 years ago and thought the experience was great THEN, they blew me away this time. A friend of mine recommended I try them when I mentioned wanting to trade in my car. She worked there recently and referred me to Luis as the salesperson to work with.Not many look forward to buying a car, I know these experiences can be something we dread with all the double talk, waiting, test driving & other issues that have been aligned with peoples thinking about car dealerships. But they took great care of from start to finish- Day 1 they couldnt find the car I wanted but promised a purchase of a few options the following Monday & while they didnt acquire exactly what I expected they went above & beyond and delivered the exact car I was looking for that they had in inventory & worked with the numbers to make it work!Keeping close communication with the salesman, sales manager & internet sales manager leading up to my purchase I was able to get everything completed today within about 2 hrs & Im driving off now with my new car.They were efficient, friendly, knowledgeable, professional and took excellent care of me. I recently purchased an SUV at Girard Ford. I had been shopping around for a Lincoln MKX and found one I really liked. Bob and the staff I encountered made my experience pleasurable. Horrible experience. lost my business and anyone I know. I now understand why I as warned not to drop my truck off here a buddy told me it was a nightmare even ror basic services like a quick oil change. To book an appointment I called three times before I got through and was answered by a rude woman. Off to a horrible start when booking an appointment the woman I spoke to was not helpful and I felt like I was disturbing her/not helpful with basic information. Came in the same thing, stood at the counter for a while before someone even looked up or put a phone on hold to take my keys. I needed basic service and the oil change took over 3 hours even with booking an appointment. I have a feeling they forgot me, I called in to see if I could pick up my truck and they told me it was almost finished and then never let me know when to pickup. The guy in service went through a huge amount of repairs before I had to stop him because I had just had some of those repairs done. Wrong paperwork. Wrong person/vehicle entirely. After finally finding me in the computer He informed me I had open recalls on the truck. I am not sure why they didn’t call me and do the recalls the same day he said they can do them anytime. Then went through a whole sales pitch for my tires and brakes. All well and good but he didn’t have any prices ready for me. Then they couldn’t find my damn keys. I was warned not to use this shop so I suppose this is my mistake. Will go to Colombia ford or drive down to OS instead. Good luck.

I stopped by the dealership to pick up a company vehicle that was delivered to Girard. They didnt need to sell me anything as all I needed to do was pick up the auto. However, Maneck made sure I knew the ins and outs of the vehicle before driving away. He could have given me the keys and said, see ya later. But instead he made sure I knew all the car features, signed me up on the FordPass app, and answered all questions before leaving. Although we werent able to work out a deal. I have nothing but good things to say about this dealership. Everyone was friendly and straight to the point. We never felt rushed or pressured into buying something or paying more than what we wanted to. Morgan was the first contact I had and she was very timely and friendly with her responses via email and was the most helpful internet manager Ive encountered. We worked with Nick in sales and I cant say anything negative about the experience with him. He understood what we wanted and was able to do the best he could to try and get a deal for us. Aaron the finance manager also did an amazing job to try and get a deal for us. In the end werent able to get the deal we wanted on an explorer. But Id go back here in a heartbeat when we are ready to look again. Worked here. Was illegally underpaid for about a month . when I was promoted to internet sales manager. They gave me a new pay plan that made my salary somewhat legal while cutting my commissions. 2 weeks later I was called into talk to the general manager Doug. Where I was basically told that I had to resign from internet sales and be a sales consultant and take a $350 pay cut in salary... Or lose my job completely. The reason they made me a sales consultant is because the last guy wasnt making enough to feed his family and quit. Also if youre trading in a vehicle youre being screwed. sell it privately. If they go back to call store for price on their used cars I would stay away completely. Because the internet sales managers job is to get you down to the store by giving as little information as possible. I was also harassed by an employee and when I called HR they told me that being on my cellphone at work was against company policy. Companys full of scumbags. Youve been warned.

I wish I could go in to the whole story that brought me to Ford but overall, Maneck, saved me! He worked with me in a way I’ve never seen someone care so much about someone’s else rut. I came in with a leased 2019 Altima upside down for a couple reasons, looking for help because due to Covid, I also had to find employment elsewhere rather than the 10 miles my previous job was as I got laid off. I was so stressed out, Nissan didn’t care now or even the few months back ago that I had called looking for help so I didn’t have to be in this situation, and the miles were adding up faster than I could keep track of! I knew I needed to make a change and it was to finance but I also knew if I financed, I would have to get something more appropriate for long term to keep with my children. Well, it’s just about a week later and I’ve had time to feel this car out with no regrets! Maneck was able to get me into a BEAUTIFUL Ford Explorer XLT that I am more in love with than my Altima! I’m saving money a month not only on my car payment but insurance too but I no longer worry about mileage and can enjoy my job even more with a happier ride to and from!! It’s been amazing!!I didn’t know I could love a car more than my other one. Outstanding work Ford!! Maneck was the main one helping me out with my car and he was truly excellent, if you have an issue he’ll handle it and make sure you’re satisfied. I dropped my car off to Girard Ford on a Tuesday morning for a service check and because my engine coolant light was on. I was told that my engine coolant was fine, and the light went off. The only problem was that I needed a transmission flush. I declined the service at the time. On the following Thursday, my engine coolant light came back on. I called and they said to drop it off Friday, so I did. I asked them to let me know about my car and if it wasn’t able to be fixed that day, to call and I would pick it up and bring it back another day because I needed my car for the weekend. I never received a call so I called at 5:15, and was told very rudely, “that no one there could help me, and to call back tomorrow”., because the service desk was closed. I’m not sure who it was that I spoke too. I called the next morning at 9 and was told they had no notes on my car and that he would call me in a hour. I received a call at 11:45 being told that there were no notes about my car and that someone would call me Monday. I tried to call the service desk back and nobody answered, then they were closed for the weekend. I was without a car from Friday to Monday. I’m not typically the type of person to complain, but I thought this was super unprofessional. I’ve been a loyal customer to Girard Ford since I bought this car.

My partner and I recently purchased a Ford F150 from Girard Ford. He, once again, was able to fit my mother with the perfect vehicle, despite us not really knowing what we were looking for.My mom is so comfortable in her low mileage, used Kia Sorento. Junior was able to get my mom into a larger, more comfortable vehicle within her budget. They gracefully handled the small repair of the windshield, and brought us to lunch while we waited for the paperwork to process.I said I above that I would recommend Junior of Girard Ford to my friends and family. Well, I put my money where my mouth is and Im overjoyed with thw result.

Luis and team were very helpful. I am happy with the pickup, the price, and the financing terms. Everything was straight forward and the process was reasonably fast. They also had a little play area for my young daughter who chose to tag along.
