Great shop, most places give you a hard time about bringing your own stuff to have installed because they want to sell you new subs/amps but not this place. Very professional and knowledgeable. If you want audio/video expertise go there theyll take care of you

I have been to these guys for two stereo installations now and can say they level of skill and customer service is the best around. They arent aggressive about getting you to buy extra equipment and their prices are fair. They only thing I can say against them is that you need to be flexible with your schedule because they are always busy. I was there when they opened the store and there was at least 4-5 people looking for service. Dont take that the wrong way just know that it means they treat the customers really well and people are happy to pay them for their service.

Have always been a fan of GreatScot Ive purchased stereos, remote starters, and windows tinted. Always a pleasure working with Brian.Recently I went to get a price on a stereo installed, a guy came out, didnt recognize him. I wanted to show him my car for a stereo install. He barely wanted to talk to me. He said they are very busy..and couldnt do it for a long time ??? and then said the owner is actually so busy he would have to look at my car but sounded like he didnt want to do the job.I told him then Ill go somewhere else and he proceeded to say if you cant get it done then try us back ???Brian never would have told me this and would have made a sale then and there even if it took a couple of months.No idea who this guy is but he lost my sale .

The stereo in my Dakota RT was fried and Brian was very honest with me after listening to me in what I wanted out of a new stereo. I came in as a walk in and am so thankful they started installing my new stereo right away. Go here for a new stereo, not the condescending competitors elsewhere...

Ran into issues with my Nissan. They insisted that I remove the entire system. They wanted $150 to do that. No charge at Great Scot. They have the very best customer service and the warranty on their products is Amazing. Long story short that wasnt the issue and I will be calling them today to have it put back in.

Great Scott is dedicated to stereo and audio equipment they have the knowledge in the correct people she not only pick out the devices but also how to install them. Unlike Best Buy I found out the hard way so my recommendation would be to skip Best Buy and go straight to Great Scott!

I have been coming here since 2001. I had them upgrade my 8 cars that I have gone through. Whether its tinting, audio receivers, navigation units, amplifiers, remote starters, and sometime just odd audio related stuff,they are always welcoming (ok fine, sometimes it can be weird with new staff) and have taken care of my family and their cars. No matter how many years go by, they stand by their products and services and give reasonable solutions as needed.They have shown me the value of their skills and have made me a customer for life.

Been dealing with Great Scott for many years. They built the trunk set up one one of my cars, and have tinted my last 5 vehicles. Always quick, friendly and very well priced.

I lost my remote for my car starter and needed to order another one. After waiting for about 1 month (shipped from Canada) my remote was in and needed to be programmed. Unfortunately the original remote that came with the starter was no longer produced and a compatible model was sent to the store, however, that remote was unable to be programmed to my starter. They told me they would contact the company and get another remote that would work with my starter, which is fine, but I live in Northern Massachusetts and had to drive 1 1/2 hrs one way only to hear that the remote doesnt work and I would have to wait possibly another month for a replacement remote from Canada. Feeling my frustration, the good people at Great Scot quickly looked for a solution. They had a couple of old unusable remotes from previous customers that were the same as my original remote. They got one to work, programmed it to my truck, and it worked! Also, there was no charge and they still put the order in for a new remote. This is an example of great customer service and how business SHOULD be done! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Great Scot for all of your car stereo solutions!

Amazing People. Service/professionalism is phenomenal.

I went to several car audio installers nearby and not only did Great Scot have the best price(charging half of what the competition wanted and no installation fee if I bought all parts through them) but their customer service was second to none. Tom in particular was excellent to deal with, very attentive to what I was looking for with none of the car salesman antics.

Brought my truck in for a remote starter and a amp for my factory radio got both although when it was returned to be my gearshift indicator was way off and my driving lamps no longer work, my schedule is so hectic I can’t wait another week to go back on my day off so I’m gonna have to end up fixing it myself.
