The store is clean the employees are nice but not a big selection of items and to high price.

Customer service is always great at this location. The employees go above and beyond to help and spend a lot of time making sure I get everything I need. I always feel welcome when I enter the store and I’m greeted with smiles. Thank you!

Walked in with my wife to get both of us new sneakers. Music way to loud. 2 young ladies on their phones near the register area. 1 young guy near the back of the store holding up a wall. Sneakers against side wall. We were looking for a while. No customer service at all! Noone came up to us and asked if they could help us! They would have to get the sneakers in the sizes we wanted to try from the back room so Im guessing they could care less. This was at 11 a.m. Saturday April 3rd 2021. A pair of sneakers for each of us would have costed almost $300. I didnt know Eblens was doing so well they could afford to lose sales. After waiting a bit and noone asking if they could help us we left. As we were leaving the store I said loudly whatever happened to customer service . Will not shop there again.

4 workers in store leaves plenty of time to place items were they belong. I purchased a shirt on a CLEARENCE rack. Well ya cant return a CLEARENCE item!!!So I got stuck with SOMTHING I didnt want because some LAZY WORKERS DONT KNOW THERE JOB CRYTAL MALL STORE IS MUCH BETTER NORWICH, PASS. 🙏😎G.

They never have any good sneakers in. They never have new releases in. The only thing good is they have north face on sale

Workers here always greet you when you walk in. Ive had many many shopping trips here. Some workers act bothered by letting you look at the shoes before bringing them to the front. When Im paying 200plus for shoes I want to see them first!
