Clean store & Friendly staff. We found some great deals. They have a huge pet selection. We were happy with the pet toys. Great buys on cereal.

Good prices but sometimes product goes out of stock. Usually because of the good prices.

Two employees were standing right next to me making fun of me, they also were suggesting I was going to shoplift. Its 1020pm and yes I may not look my best-but Im not dirty or not inappropriate looking in any way- Iam in sweatpants and sweatshirt.Ive never shoplifted anything ever and it was so rude for them to let me hear them.I left my cart right where it was, I didnt say anything-when I gave the women a dirty look another employs just said guess shes mad while they 2 female employees were laughing.I am in Walmart 3-4 times a week-i buy everything here and am so beyond insulted and mad-i will drive all the way to Waterford so I dont give another cent of my money to this one

For some reason there was no milk and the workers seemed a bit bothered when asked if they could get more from the back.

Pleasantly surprised. This location could easily be used as a model store for the company compared to all others Ive been through. As someone that used to have to evaluate various retail locations in the past, I dont make that statement lightly.

Ehh, its Walmart. Nothing special. Ive seen some neater looking but its not bad and they usually have what I expect them to.

They have a very limited supply of food. Most of the shelves were empty and there was nothing in the back. Ended up going to the Big Y next door

Normal walmart, you will find most of the things you are looking for. You can also order things online and pick them up here.

Ok. I was able to get some of what I was needing. The lack of variety and selection was not even competition for Lisbon CT!Very disappointing when you want to support the store in your town. Loyalty is American! Happiest Memorial Day Weekend everyone. God Bless them all ❤

Customer service desk went quickly. Fitting room attendant friendly. Plus sizes inventory seemed ok however womens had some empty tables. Caffeine pills out of stock after it took me 15 min looking thru vitamins found em with aspirin? Strange I thought...but ok

My husband goes here often. Masks are required and the staff is helpful. The store has handicapped parking, access to enter and leave, bathrooms, and electric carts that can be used. The store is clean and well organized. The staff is helpful. Money orders can be purchased at the courtesy desk, if the machines are working.

Better then most. I’ve gotten lucky the last few times I’ve come in to shop I’ve found Clorox Wipes. They seem to be hard to find these days. Toilet paper is a hit or miss. As are paper towels. I like purchasing my occasional case of bottles water for the days I feel lazy and don’t want to use my water filter system and a cup. —they offer gigantic 32 sized cases of water. I wish they sell smaller ones. Not everyone has that much space kicking around to store so much water. Ample parking. Registers get busy but move quickly. Wish there carts were smaller. No need for such a gigantic shopping cart. Taking turns proves to be different I such cramped quarters.

Shelves not fully stocked. Plastic bags so thin they rip easily. Should be stronger now that we have to pay for them. Pharmacy staff were very friendly and helpful

Lawn & garden staff were less than helpful. Hard to get their attention. VERY confusing on the check out process. No one running the inside register in the lawn and garden dept. Department felt very understaffed. This was on Thurs, 5/ 6 around 4 p.m. At the Norwich, CT store.

Got what we needed quickly.

I do not like this place even though I still shop here. On numerous visits it would be busy but they would only have a few registers with a cashier. But all of the working self serves were open and this only required two employees to cover them.

Purchased eye glass for $500.00 for my wife when pickup sales person refused offer seat for adjust the frame even no one others customer in the area. I understand is covid-19 limited person visit but why? And the service is pretty bad.

What you would expect from a big box store.

I went to get mulch from the garden center. The registers are not open there and they want you to go up front where there is generally one register with a live human at it. The pallets of mulch was empty and the next one was still shrink wrapped. The store doesnt seem to want to invest in customer service anymore. I really miss Bennys.

The parking at this Walmart always seems awful. Once inside there are typically no greeters and you have to know where to get a cart, which is up and around the corner, because it isnt marked well. They dont have a lot of options as they are trying to mimic a super Walmart has but the store is so much smaller.

I cannot believe when you go into Walmart with something to return and theres a line with six people in it six feet apart and the people are reaching down to the restroom you think that the cashier at the returns would call for help.I never seen anything so ridiculous. They need to be retrained because they sure do go slow.

Great customer service and clean place to shop.

Walmart has had some amazing deals in the past few weeks some of which I wish I had taken advantage of right after Black Friday. However I did buy a Merkury smart bulb really inexpensively and got it to work over the weekend.

The store closes at 11 pm, but customer service closes at 7 pm, so there is no one available to help the consumers for the last 4 hours the store is open. Makes no sense.
