Rented concrete grinder for garage floor.1. I called and asked about their equipment. Was told that they had a 30 amp electric grinder. I asked if I could run it off of a home outlet and was told yes.This is on me for not knowing the typical capabilities of home electric. But from looking into it after the fact it seems unlikely that a home would have a 30 amp socket ready to go.I rented the electric grinder, got to the home I was doing, and it ended up the max amperage the house had was 20. Returned that grinder and rented a propane powered one. I think the salespeople should have known and rented me a 30amp generator.2. Rented the propane grinder at 5pm on Thursday and returned it at 10 on Saturday. They charged me for Thursday night. I do not think I should have been charged for Thursday night as whats the difference if I pick it up Thursday night or Friday first thing in the morning.Will be trying other rental places in the area, do not expect to return.

Can not say enough about the professionalism and quality service from their lawnmower repair department. Not sure of his name, but squared away is an understatement.My mower looked detailed and ran flawlessly.I know where Im taking my machines.

The worst customer service you could possibly deal with. Rented equipment from them that got to our site broke down and they left it there for 2 weeks. I did business with these people for 12 years when I complained about their inferior equipment broke down they took money out of my account for rental of of broke down equipment. The credit manger actually They knew I was unhappy so they Figured it would be appropriate just to take money out of my account without checking with me Absolute worst customer service Ive ever dealt with I cannot believe anyone would treat their customers this poorly.

We have spent lots of money here and I will never be back. Deliveries are never on time. Ive waited weeks for parts and service on my chain saw after I was told I could get it the next day. Ive driven down there to pick up parts they said were in stock and when I arrive theyre no where to be found. Theyve only managed to stay in business because theres no one else in the area.

Tim and the crew there are great people I do a lot of business with them and they respond quickly to and issues, and if they can not get out to fix s piece of equipment right away they make up for it with extending the rental agreement. Although some of the larger pieces of equipment are getting old and very tired.

Everyone was very helpful. The prices on the rental was affordable and I will continue to use them when need arises.

Equipment is not well maintained. Gave me a piece of equipment that was ceased. Lack of effort to inspect equipment before loading into my truck. Wasted my whole day of work that I had planned because of a lack of effort to try equipment. They gave me no other alternative but to go to a better company.

Needed a new Stihl chainsaw, called to see if they had the one I wanted in stock, they did and when I picked it up it was ready to go. I’d have to say excellent service!

Rented a drop trailer from them recently and low and behold, lights didnt work on about half the trailer and the battery was dead, so I had to use my truck to jump start it to use it.
