The Norwich Sherwin-Williams has been in our community for decades. I believe their customer service, product knowledge along with the quality of product is the reason for the business has sustained. It is the only authentic paint store remaining where the employees are knowledgeable. If I am putting in the time and money to paint something it is because it is important to me. I would not trust a big box store to provide a quality product or offer the knowledge needed for a high end result.

I wish I could give this particular store a better rating but after a recent visit I am very confident in giving it 2 stars. My husband and myself are looking to re-paint our children’s bedrooms and were looking for some helpful suggestions, advice and to possibly purchase some samples earlier today BUT I didn’t even get as far as a “Hi, welcome to Sherwin.” and a few “I am so sorry, I will be right with you.” because the young girl working was already bombarded with other customers waiting for paint or help themselves. We looked at the color selection for well over 45 minutes before we decided to leave. We saw a few other people come in and walk out as well while we were looking over the colors. I wasn’t disappointed at the employee whatsoever because she was defiantly hustling around trying to keep up with customers but I am in awe that a store like this would only have ONE employee on the floor. Shame on you.

The man behind the counter was friendly and knowledgeable about different types of paint for my projects. He was able to look me up on the computer, which will be very helpful if I need paint for touch ups

Norwich Sherwin Williams is my home store, excellent products and great service.

In general I would love to shop at this store because it is closest to my location and my experiences with Kristina and Fallan have been wonderful but in the past few months I have noticed shortness in staffing, too hot to be comfortable in store (thank god they have free water). I have been coming here for years and now I feel my time is best benefited at the Home Depot. Also the only two people I see working are fallan and Kristina, do those girls get a break? even when it seems they have help they are the only ones helping me while also helping the people behind me in the store and everyone who is calling the store and finding exactly what I need on their shelves. In short fix your ac and hire more staff.

Ive used a lot of different brands of house paint over the years but Sherwin-Williams definitely stood out as the best. Covers good and flows out smooth.Staff here are very helpful.
