Seat ripped in my new ford explorer. Had that fix. When I received My car back I noticed they scratched the panels inside my car, didn’t put the wires under the seat back in and the seat fabric wasn’t tucked in correctly. They eventually fixed that as well. I called recently to have my transmission looked at. I was told the guy who looks at transmissions doesn’t have an appointment available for a couple months out. When asked how I could get my transmission looked at considering I just leased a brand new car from them. The lady told me to call someone else. I wouldn’t recommend buying a car or getting a car serviced here. Just creates more headaches.
This place is excellent- aboveboard, and their team works diligently to get you in and out as fast as possible. My vehicle developed a ghost of an electrical problem. They looked at it fast, and fixed not one but two issues that were causing it to leave me stranded. At every turn, I was kept up to speed on what was happening, and they made sure everything was fair when I left. I could not be happier!
Follow-up from the dealership response below - My vehicle was not touched as stated by your service advisor. Thus, how can your mechanics provide a diagnosis of my vehiclee needed repairs if my car was not even touched ??? You need to find out the facts..which is that other vehicles were repaired and not mine. If this is the case, then dont require customers to make appointments and just have a first come, first serve policy. This would save a whole lot of frustration and not set false expectations.If I could give zero stars as a rating, I would definitely do so as this Ford dealers service center provided me with the worst customer service I have ever experienced from an auto dealership. I made an appointment to bring in my vehicle approximately 3 weeks in advance and brought my vehicle to the service center at 8:00am today, as scheduled, They had my vehicle for the whole day, but I did not hear from my service advisor, Frank, so I called the dealership at approximately 3:30pm to find out the status of my vehicle. Frank had no idea of the status and had to go speak to the shop floor manager...after waiting on the phone for about 5 minutes, he tells me that my vehicle was not worked on at all and asked if i wanted to leave it overnight. Flabbergasted, I asked why they did not work on my vehicle, and he said he did not know and then went on to say that they had overbooked their appointments for the day. What doesnt make sense is if that was the case, and I had brought my vehicle in at 8:00am, then that means they worked on other customers vehicles that came in after me...so their excuse was a total crock of s**t!! I spoke to the manager, Al Brown, both on the phone and in person when I went to pick up my car, and asked him if he found out the reason why they never serviced my vehicle. His response was that he had no response and could not explain what happened other than they were overbooked. How is that for a customer service response, or lack thereof, from the service center manager!!! I wasted a 3 week wait for my car to be repaired and now must endure probably another 3 week wait to get an appointment at another dealership because of the incompetence and lack of care of this dealerships service center employees.I will not return to this dealership and would urge others to be wary of the BS treatment at this Ford service center.
Latest Update: Had to call to check up on part since I wasn’t getting a call about 3 weeks later. they ordered me the wrong part.EDIT/UPDATE: Received a call shortly after the review and a replacement panel is being ordered. I do appreciate the quick response to my feedback!Came in due to a faulty screen on the radio (pixelated lines). I’m always taking care of my car and it has only 3k miles so I was disappointed that the person working on it scratched up the dashboard when taking off one of the dashboard pieces.
Their motto should be Expect to be disappointed. Two years I have been waiting for them to do a recall and every time I contact them they tell me its just two more weeks. The NEVER have anything you need. Absolutely useless. Its out of my way but I will have to go back to Muzi Ford.
Update on my review. Jack madden is still stringing me along. My truck still is not fixed. They ordered the wrong part twice, the communication has been absolutely HORRIBLE. This has been my worst experience buying a new vehicle. They seem to not care to help me anymore.Can’t seem to get a call back from you guys. Bought a brand new f250 from you in January. It has already been in service for the modem that was supposed to be replaced from my understanding. They re programmed the modem instead and the problem didn’t go away. I had to beg for a rental car. They made it seem like a huge hassle for asking for a rental after I spend 50000 on a new truck a few months ago. Called to schedule another service to fix the modem issue first week of March, they said they’d call me back and never heard from them. Fast forward to now, the truck has 3200 miles on it and the problem is worse. I called to schedule to get it into the shop again and get this thing resolved. Once again asking for a rental was an inconvenience to them. Frank promised to call me back Thursday, haven’t heard from them since. Hopefully this review might get me a call back. Truck is pretty much brand new only 3200 miles.

I brought my car in for service at 8:00am on Wednesday morning. I told them that I needed my car back by 2:00pm as I travel between sites for work. They said no problem so I decided not to get a rental (no loaners from this place). I received a call from the Service Rep Isabella (she was very nice) saying that my car needed almost $3000 worth of work to the steering. Skeptical as I was, I still needed my car fixed. I agreed and said once again that I needed my car back by 2:00pm. Well, 2:00pm came with no call from the dealership. When I called they said they would need my car longer...surprise. So I canceled my other meeting and waited until 5:00pm before I called again. NOPE, they need my car until morning to fix it. So now I have to rent a car. Wait, Enterprise is out of cars now. Thanks Jack Madden for screwing me again. About 1 hour passed and thankfully Enterprise was able to get me into a car. Fast forward to Thursday around 11:00am. I called again, because they cant be bothered to call their customers. They will need my car longer because of Frozen Bolts (side note: this can be resolved with WD40 and 15 minutes of waiting for it to work) and it would take another FEW HOURS. I went to lunch and happened to drive by the shop and MY CAR WAS SITTING IN THE LOT AND NOT IN THE GARAGE!!!! OK, so around 2:00pm (24 hours after I asked to have my car back) I called again and now they need my car until tomorrow. So another day of renting a car and more money to spend. It is now Friday morning and I have a flight to catch, but I still need to pick up my car. Of course they did not call me to say it was ready so I just went to the shop. OH, my car is ready and you are going to give me a discount to cover the cost of the rental? Thats it, No apology, No coupon, No nothing. 36 hours to do a 2 hour job (according to 6 mechanics I spoke to). NEVER AGAIN JACK MADDEN FORD!!
This was the dealership that I choose to go to for my fleet vehicle needs. They were the ones that my company car got delivered through and the service dept continues to help me out when ever I need anything more substantial than an oil change. Ive only had good experiences here on what Ive gone here for.

I brought my car in, for an oil change, inspection sticker and flat tire. They also completed a Recall that was due, there were some initial delays due to parts availability. But the team step up, gave me a courtesy vehicle, so I can get to work, and kept me update of the progress. They turn what could have been a bad experience, into a Great experience. I went to see a Ford Edge ST. Jason Arsenault was not pushy and very helpful in making me realize I didn’t need an ST but could rather get everything I want in a Ford Titanium. Jason was also very available to help me figure out all the new gadgets and bells and whistles to my new car. I appreciate that.Also get poor Bethany a tablet so she doesn’t have to use so much paper!!

For such a huge facility that they are, servicing so many fleet and commercial vehicles, they still make me feel like the one Explorer I bought from there is just as important to them.I had an electrical issue with my car a few months after I bought it, and while they were at first going to charge me full price, I explained that the issues with the system must have existed before I bought the car, they agreed with me and all I needed to pay for was the new battery.

Somehow, the first appointment I made here for my car didnt get recorded, so my arrival was unexpected. This was disappointing, but everything else about the experience was great: they penned me in just a little later than my original appointment, service didnt take too long, they handled all the recalls on my vehicles, and they scheduled a subsequent appointment where I came back for the final recall. Theres a decent waiting space thats doesnt have that dinky Im a service station waiting space look, and theres free wifi there.
