If I could give zero stars I would. Please never take your car here. They do not honor their posted pricing and they treat you like a second class citizen. They make it seem like they are offering you a discount but then gain the money back by jacking the pricing up. When confronted, they tell you, were not making any money off your service and we offered you a discount. However the prices on their website do not match what they charge you. When I brought this to the service reps attention, and tried to show him where on their website the prices were listed, he had no time to look at it. I was waiting for the follow-up how did we do email, but it never came. It seems like when you dont have a good experience, they forget to send you the review request which keeps their ratings high because they dont give you the opportunity to voice your concern. They are a horrible dealership to work with. I purchased my first Infiniti from them and swore I would never return after the sales manager forged my signature on a document. Thought Id give them another chance when management changed but unfortunately they are the same rude and dishonest people who could care less about customer service. I will stick with Infiniti of Hanover. Even though that dealership is a longer drive for me, its worth not being talked to like youre an idiot. Save your time, your money and your energy and go somewhere else.

Best experience ever! We recently bought a certified pre-owned Infiniti from Infiniti of Norwood. The car was listed online at a fair price and looked immaculate. We worked with Michele, Adam, Adam G, and Mike. Michele was extremely responsive, negotiated the price without handing me off to multiple people, and coordinated a test drive. Adam brought the vehicle to us for a lengthy test drive. The car did not disappoint and Adam is the best! He thoroughly answered questions and demonstrated all of the cars features. We were not pressured to rush through the process or buy add-on services. When I asked for pricing for an extended warranty, Mike in Finance provided a better deal than we could negotiate with a third party. The bumper-to-bumper warranty on this pre-owned car is more extensive than warranties for new cars we considered. Michele was scheduled out of the office the day I was ready to purchase the car but, she coordinated with Adam Goldstein, the general manager, to close the deal. Currently looking at an infiniti gx50 lux edition. Out of three dealerships, Infiniti of Nashua and Kelly infiniti, Infiniti of Norwood was by far the highest leasing option yet. Before going to Infiniti of Norwood, shop around you will save a lot. For the amount they wanted for the lux edition on the first numbers given we got better numbers on an autograph edition from Nashua. Let that sit in! First number they gave us was 581 with 2500 down on a 36 month lease. After we told them that wouldn’t work, they said with 4500 down it would be 431. ( of course this was after we told them Kelly was 429 a month) What a jump in price. Don’t waste your time and play there game.10 mins after this review, manager called my gf to have the post taking down.I will update this review when we find the best deal!In response to manager Adam Goldstein, never did I say I was treated with disrespect or without professionalism. I am giving an honest review of 3 dealerships in which you guys came in the highest by a long shot. In addition, there was never any deal agreed upon so I am not sure if you were misinformed or just felt the need to respond to a negative review. Focus on thanking those customers that gave you a five star review.

My wife and I were upgrading because our family is growing fast. We went to look at one car and it wasn’t the right fit. Adam was our representative and told us about a car they just got in. He was extremely helpful, finding us the perfect car. We were asking for a lot because we needed it before we headed out on vacation. He was able to get the car completely detailed, handled our trade in car and all the financing in place prior to our trip. At one point it was late in the day when it was almost complete and he offered to drop it off to us(25mi away). Luckily we weren’t in that much of a rush, but we were appreciative of the offer. The day we went to pick it up, we were running late and he stayed behind after the dealership closed for 30 minutes just to make sure we had everything we needed. To say we were pleased with the service is an understatement. If you’re looking for an Infiniti or any one of their pre-owned cars ask for Adam Gianan. His customer service was exceptional.

My experience with INFINTI of Norwood started with Michelle Nella. I filled out a forum regarding the trade in value for my wrangler. Shortly after, I received a call from her which led me into the dealer ship. There I met Adam Gianan, one of their sales and leasing consultants. In short, he was a pleasure to deal with. When I first entered the dealership he was awaiting my arrival and greeted my family in a kind way. I went into INFINTI of Norwood with a Q50 in mind so Gianan quickly let me test drive one without hesitation. This gesture was very appreciated and sparked my interest in the Infiniti brand. These cars really speak for themselves. Adam was really patient with me along the entirety of the car buying process. I noted that INFINTI was not the only manufacture I was looking at and then helped me make a decision. After finally picking out a car, the process was very smooth. It was until I met John. John was in charge of finalizing all the paper work since their main finance associate was not present that day. John did a good job until he made his way to the optional insurance documents. I opted for tire and wheel protection in which john explained coverage of ALL WHEELS. I later learned that this was not the case as the contract specifically noted coverage of alloy wheels only. I found it very misleading as John pitched the added protection in a way to make me purchase the insurance that I didnt necessarily need as I planned to add titanium wheels in the future. In conclusion, the car was beautiful. Adam was quick to fix minor cosmetic issues on the car that came from the previous owner. Following the repairs, the detail team made the car look gorgeous and to my liking.

Went in with my wife to check out an SUV that was advertised online. I Was a little bit skeptical because I had previously been told that they would not accept our pre-approval for an auto loan from our credit union. To both of our surprise we were able to get a lower rate from their finance team. It is obvious that their staff receives plenty of training on providing superior customer service. Shopping for a new or used car in this challenging time that affects us all can be, well challenging. This past weekend I visited INFINITI of Norwood to look at 2 used INFINITI QX50’s which saw online. I was greeted at the door by Victor Vieira and we exchanged a COVID 19 elbow bump. I explained to Victor what I was interested in looking at an minutes later he produced the first car, sanitized and ready for my test drive.I returned to the dealership after a short test drive and Victor was ready again with my second choice of cars. Again, another short drive and back to the dealership where I told Victor I was interested in purchasing the car.My wife and I were welcomed into Victor’s office where he took time to listen to my wife me and I answering all my questions on the car, financing options and the best way to get my soon to be new car registered without me having to go to the registry. At no time did Victor make me feel pressured to buy the car in fact we spent more time talking about family, the weather, where we grew up, the people we knew in common than we did about purchasing the vehicle.We made a deal and in-between the necessary paperwork and signing continued to have a thoroughly enjoyable conversation. I was happy with my purchase felt good about buying a car from Victor, simply put 100% satisfied with the experience.Inside the dealership I found the space to be bright and clean with staff constantly cleaning the space when a customer encountered any surfaces. The staff were all wearing masks and hand sanitizer was stationed throughout the sales floor and office areas. I just purchased a car this past weekend and was so surprised at how seamless the whole process was. I scheduled a test drive online and when I showed up the car was out front and wiped down. There was no pressure to return after a short bit, so I felt like I really had time to figure out if I liked the car. When I returned back to the dealership, I worked with Mike, who could not have been nicer. There was no haggling....the car was reasonably priced from the start, they offered me a fair price on my trade, arranged financing, detailed the car while I signed the papers, and I was able to drive the car home that day (with a full tank of gas nonetheless!) Honestly it was so easy and I would 100% return to this dealership for any future purchase!

Adam Gianan was very knowledgeable! This was the BEST and MOST EFFICIENT experience for me, when leasing a new car. He made it the transaction smooth and hassle free! He was professional and took his time making sure I was familiar with the features and functionality of the car as well as the loan details. Do not use the service department! They are horrible. I am sitting at Infinity as I write this review. I called last week because my driver side wind was malfunctioning. I arranged for an appointment. While waiting for my appointment, I then needed an oil change. I called again and was given a price. When I arrived the price was $20 more and they would not honor the price even with the paperwork they told me to show. Seriously, how do you get away with that? Pathetic! I have come here for the past year and a half and it has never been a pleasant experience. DO NOT USE THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT HERE!Adam, lets be clear. You did NOT honor the discount and price given over the phone! The only discount that was received was $10 off my total. There was nothing additional given or asked for.

Mike Howard was a fantastic salesman and took good care of me. Everything was done in a timely manner and I drove off with the vehicle the same day. I would definitely recommend them!
