This Stop n Shop is amazing! Fully stocked and nicely set up so you can find everything easily. A clean and pleasant atmospher with no horrible over head music asulting your brain.

This location, in Norwood MA is always clean, organized and well stocked. I had arrived late morning to pick up a few items, when walking by their salad bar, I just had to make myself a big salad! Everything looked so fresh, the area spotless and the variety abundant. Kudos to the Manager and staff for putting forth a great effort to make Stop & Shop Norwood a pleasurable shopping experience!

I like it because sometimes it has brands of things that other stores dont carry. I have been searching for grillos pickles everywhere, and they had them! Everyone always very pleasant, if you ask a question. Also the citizens bank is there also for convenience .

Its a grocery store. Prices are so so. The quality of the produce is often not what Id like it to be. Their organic selection is minimal. Its not Whole Foods though the prices are close.

Very simple to online shop and pick up order at this store. Its been my go to grocery store for almost a month. Prices reasonable and always on the loon out for coupons or sales going on in the flyer.

Couldnt find the pizza dough. I Asked girl at deli if they carry dough & where can I find it. She walked me over to where it was. Great service. ( I wish I got her name. Young girl, blonde it was around 130pm.)

I was impressed by the service l received from a manager who was on point. I was looking for Brazilian Nuts and he gave me the proper places to find them.

I have been shopping here for years. Staff is great. The Store is clean. But today a middle aged woman stood within 3 feet of me without a mask. I asked the manager about store policy regarding masks. He said they do not enforce it. What good is a sign at the entrance saying a mask is required if you still allow people to shop and not socially distance without one.

While I still shop here often the store seems to be picked over if u r later in the evening or early afternoon (on weekends). If you need assistance and can find an employee they are always helpful. The store suffers from its convenient location and high foot traffic.

Rude nasty worker saw i was heading into a checkout lane and she ran from behind me to get there first and have her groceries checked out first. Laughing about it and pleased with herself. I ended up walking back to a self checkout on my bad foot. Hopefully karma is real.

Despite the fact that I had to do with a very disgruntled employee... I managed to find another employee who was able to answer my questions and point me in the right direction.

This afternoon I had a disappointing experience with a cashier. Because of the troubles we are facing, going grocery shopping can be stressful but it should always be a pleasant experience. As we approached the register we weren’t greeted very welcomely by the cashier, Fran. She was complaining to the previous customer that “these people” like to buy a lot of food, and she gets tired picking up bags of rice (I felt a bit discriminated but I tried not to take it personal). The cashier, Fran at register 12 asked us how many cartons of meat we were buying, she proceeded to tell us we can only buy four per household. In response I told Fran that was fine, and that my mom will make a separate purchase to buy the carton of meat. She kept insisting that it was 4 per household and I told Fran that I understand that, but we do not live in the same household, I was purchasing my moms grocery’s together with my own grocery’s because of financial reasons, which I did not think that was something I needed to explain to her. After I paid for my purchase, it was my moms turn to pay for the groceries remaining. Fran asked my mom very aggressively if she had a stop and shop card, my mom replied no because she didn’t bring her set of keys with her, but again that’s not something I thought we needed to explain to her. Fran continued to roll her eyes and sigh loudly, being rude for no good reason. Like I mentioned before, I truly understand how hard times are right now, personally I’m a hospital worker, and I try to minimize the amount of times to go to a grocery store in order to keep my community and my self safe, therefore buying necessities in one trip is important for me. In times like this, kindness is needed, and I did not feel that was expressed at all, instead we were met with hostility. Thank you guys for all you do always.

This Stop & Shop is so clean, well stocked and the staff are great. I have been able to get items here that were not available in the Stop & Shop near my home.

One of the nicer grocery stores Ive been in. Quite a large store, huge selection. Every department well stocked. Clean store, friendly helpful employees. My only complaint is the store is quite cool inside walking around.

Great place for a quick stop. I think it is a little bit pricey, but you can sign up for their card and that will get you some discounts on certain items. Overall, they have a variety of goods. Fresh vegetables and fruits.

Clean and airy, the produce selection is terrific. The deli, fish and meat shop areas are great, with very helpful staff. Bakery selection is very good, but I rarely see staff there. Parking spots are always available and well marked. Knocked off a star because I cant always find someone to help me reach the top shelf items.

Most people were following the rules by following the arrows in the aisles. Everyone was wearing a mask and someone was counting how many people entered and left to stay within the guidelines of capacity.

Love how it allows customers to do self-service: weigh a produce item, enter the name, and print out a price sticker. The same thing goes to self-checkout: no need to worry if a cashier punches in a wrong item number, and shoppers can bag groceries the way they wanted.

I love shopping here, amazing prices, and my price goes down after my card goes through, and the stock is getting better now that the virus has calmed down, overall great experience!

The deli and meat department are horrible, the hamburger meat red on the outside, brown and smelly on the inside, deli department could careless about quality and customer service. The prepacked deli meat I would avoid because you dont know what your getting till you get home so are you willing to take that chance Im not again after what I opened up. Today is June 28th at 8:45pm the gentleman that answered the phone said he was incharge of the store and had a bad attitude and should be retrained. I would definitley go elsewhere for your deli meat and meat.

Nice store, good location. All Stop & Shops seem to have very high deli prices. One packaged meat/cheese is probably between 3-8 lbs and they charge about $10.00/avg for a lb, so each of those packages is worth $30-80; no wonder they can hand out free samples. I dont think they have much waste. Coupons are helpful.

Store is okay managers work with what they have could be better treat long term employees better. One great carriage guy out if the bunch one thats more concerned about finding lottery tickets that have been scratched see if there are winners does not talk to anyone always seems to be busy doing absolutely nothing. Bathroom is disgusting. Must be a game among some employees how gross they can get it. Cashiers are great so there are things they can improve on.

Stop and Shop has competitive prices, quality deli meats and cheeses and the staff is generally helpful. The produce is looking better. Food quality is certainly a step up from Shaws. I wish S&S would move away from the tired cookie cutter store layout model, and bring the bread milk and restrooms to the front of the store like Wegmans.

A decent enough grocery store, the parking situation is usually pretty crazy due to the way the lot is laid out. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable. The produce could be fresher but perhaps the turnover rate isnt very quick. I wish there were a larger selection of organic and gluten free items, especially those sold in bulk. But a fine place to run in for one or two things. And they do sell their own brand of kombucha now which is exciting!!!

This place seems expensive compared to Shawss and Big Y.It took 5 minutes to get help at the self checkout. The employee who was behind me didnt know how to use the Gift Card at the self checkout and walked away, without getting someone else to help me.I dont like this store. It seems like the employees dont care and are not interested in helping customers. They were more interested in talking with each other.They dont have a good selection of produce, but the meat and fish looked pretty good.

Adequate store, I had never been to this store before. It was acceptable, nothing outstanding!

This is a nice supermarket with all kinds of groceries. Large collection of veggies and fruits. Also good for fish/meat/poultry.

Im more of a fan of Market Basket myself, but this is close to my office, so perfect for stopping in quick after work. I like the fact they are open until 11, helps out on late nights at work for sure. They can be pricey on stuff compared to Market Basket, but better priced than Shaws. Sometimes you do get stuck waiting to check out, and they might be out of certain items, but again, this is more of a place I visit as a time saver, and not my usual grocery store.

Deli apparently doesnt know the difference between roast beef and boiled ham. So I got to pay twice as much for a product I didnt want, thats always fun

Unknowingly bought and drank expired milk in late July, reported to Stop & Shop and never heard back. Gave another chance a week ago and all of the salad was brown with a best buy date from days before.

Guy at deli didnt know of app oder ahead .....So deli wasnt ready......But I expect that and rarely give it any thought of any service industry. If u expect perfect great,good you LL be horribly disappointed in our era.
