I have to give Beth 5 stars. I needed a part for my sons hearing aid and called a bunch of places Saturday and she was the only place to pick up the phone. She offered to help me even though my son is not a patient of hers. She went out of her way to accommodate us. She was very kind and helpful. A complete lifesaver. If I lived near her business I would definitely go to her.
Beth does everything possible to help a person with their circumstances. She listens to personal information which ties into the accommodations necessary for success with hearing devices. At no time did she ever discount my history of struggle or current setbacks. Beth takes the time and care to understand and provide what is helpful. I will continue to work with her.
We were visiting from Hawaii and my boyfriend lost a piece to his hearing aid. It was early Saturday morning and we called every hearing aid shop we could locate. We left a message at every business and Beth was the only one who called back and she had the piece to fix it. Unfortunately she was 90 minutes away and we didn’t have a car. She was willing to wait for us but it was just too far away. She gave us a few shops near our hotel and we were able to get the hearing aid fixed. We were so grateful for Beth’s assistance to strangers she will never meet and never have a customers. I cannot imagine the service she gives to her actual customers. I would recommend anyone to try her service. Beth is very caring and concerned for others. Much mahalo to Beth for showing Aloha to tourists from Hawaii!
Beth Levine isn’t the same person she used to be. My husband who has been a long time customer he’s been treated extremely poorly since October. He is on his 5th set of hearing aides. She ordered the incorrect hearing aide for him which he had to pay an extra $250 she said don’t worry if you don’t like them I can return them. We tried & she never responded to any of his emails with that I finally emailed her she asked if she could call me I said yes. She didn’t call for a couple of days when I got a text at 8:30 at night saying is this too late which I took her call because it was the first response in months. The phone call lasted 2-3 hours all regarding her personal matters we accomplished nothing except to make an appointment 1 month out . Now February hits we go in after hours for another 2-3 hours she convinced him to give it another try. Still not very good results his old hearing aides seem to work so much better. At this point we feel something has to be wrong with these. We attempt to email months more with no response . He finally gets to a secretary who makes an appointment for June 21 at 10:30 am. We arrive doors are locked as usual no one answers. I finally text her saying we are waiting assuming she is trying to blow us off. She arrived at 11am don’t think that is great service. We finally get in & she says I will never refund you your money. She claims there is wax on his hearing aides. As a long time patient he certainly knows how to take care of hearing aides & knows when wax effects them. We told her we were not going to leave until we get our money back. So what do you think she did ..,, called the police because she was threatened. BUYER BEWARE ! Be careful extremely sad situation she didn’t even offer to split the cost she wouldn’t even answer the questions we had. When the police arrived she met them outside & cried. So who is the stable one. Police are very aware of situations as they arrive to a scene. Thank you for the kindness of the Norwood police. Although their hands are tied we will end up in small claims court. She does not put her customers first. I am a registered Nurse & patients always come first.
I have been a patient of Beths for a couple years now. I am in awe of the knowledge she has and the service she provides. I lived and worked locally to Norwood, MA when I became a client. Never had a problem with my set of ReSound LiNX Quattros until Covid hit! Like so many other hearing aid Users, the ear elastic on face masks became the enemy! I needed help 5 times over the last 15 Covid months. Beth worked with me to find a mutually agreeable time to service one of my aids in her office. I recently retired and became a Florida Snowbird. Twice during my 7 months in FL I needed hearing aid service. Beth and I communicated by phone, and email. Beth would have me send her close up pictures of the aid to help her diagnose the issue and walk me through resolution steps. Sometimes I needed to reclean my aids, or replace a wax guard. The second time in FL, Beth determined I needed service. Working with ReSound Customer Service, Beth located a couple Audiologists in my area who sold and serviced ReSound products. Im now back in MA for the summer, Ive already had an appointment with Beth for a tune up!! For next winter, based on my past issues, Beth is strategizing options for a fix it kit with instructions. Seriously, there are not many medical practitioners that provide such a high level of service to their clients.

Had a problem with a Resound hearing aid and called Beth to make an appointment to get it repaired. She was doing curb side drop offs but first asked me a few questions. Seems that wearing a mask all the time with the humidity effected my aid. She walked me through a simple process over the phone and the issue was resolved. Beth is the best.
I cant speak highly enough of Beth. She has been my audiologist for well over 20 years. I have gone through many different types of hearing aides over the many years I have been with her. She has consistently taken time to listen to any problems I may be having with my hearing aides.made appropriate adjustments and offered other options available to me. I never feel rushed when I am with her. Several times she made herself available after hours when I have had an emergency just so I did not miss a day at work or an important event due to a hearing aide problems. You will not get this quality of care from other big providers. I highly recommend her!
I have been going to Hearing Solutions for a few years now. As a person who is fairly young and suffers from hearing loss, comfort and relatability is a priority to me, and Beth provided just that! Beth has gone above and beyond to make my experience both stress and care free. It took me a long time to find the right fit for both myself and my needs, but I am confident in my choice. About 10 years ago I started to realize that I had a hearing issue. After two visits to a hearing specialist, one a major chain, I was so frustrated that I didnt care if my hearing ever improved. A few months later, I was referred to Hearing Solutions and was told they would be different. After meeting with Beth Levine for 15 minutes, I knew I had found the hearing professional that I was looking for. In 2019 I was fitted for my second pair of hearing aids. While I had a little trouble adjusting to the new ones, Beth was always there to make it right. I had a horrible experience here trying to get hearing aids for my Mom. Misinformation, misrepresentation, unprofessionalism. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Very confusing and disappointing.
