Totally disappointed with the customer service at this location, no one should ever experience such rudeness the woman who attended my girlfriend and I was as such. Not to mention I felt like she and none of her co-workers wanted to help us because we are Puerto Ricans. My girlfriend has in fact visited a couple of other locations and also felt the same vibe. We ended up buying a dinning room set only because my girlfriend and I liked the table and been searching for months if not I would have not purchased anything...

Its closing soon, so anything I say will not be important in a week or two. Come pick its bones while theres still time.

If your looking for something elegant and different (in my opinion) this is the place to go! And their prices are very reasonable

I had to replace my old Xmas decorations. All the staff was helpful and enjoyable. Live all my new decorations and appreciate the skillful way I was assisted

I am sorry to say that I didnt have my credit card from pier 1 and when the girl typed all my personal information she said that I was giving the wrong information.My birthday seems to be a problem, being that I was born in leap year. And its happened 3 x times I am embarrassed all the time so I guess I am not going to use my card no more.Only in pure 1.

As always the staff was helpful and cheerful. I wasnt ready for all of the spring items that were predominant in the store. Its only January 19th for goodness sakes!!!!

Came today to shop around with my baby and my family.e and my sister had my son in the little shopping cart they have but just for fun and to take him a picture. The store manager came and with an attitude and says you cant have him there thats not for kids. I tell her is there a policy that people cant do that? She says im the store manager here, heres your child isnt he !. I felt like she was being rude and racist . I dont recommend this place to anyone, plus everything so expensive home good is better .

Wow great finds and bargains

Today was a great experience for me because of Dylan... So yesterday I had purchased a 48 inch round table glass top and a Simon X Table Base, at a great price (for both pieces $225). Ive met with the Store Manager (whatever the hell his name is) told me that the glass top cannot fit in my vehicle (sedan) after he mesured it. So I ended up bringing the base home, left the glass top at the store because the store manager told me that and I QUOTE Ive been doing this a long time, Im not an idiot. Its not going to fit in your car So to save myself from an argument I left it at that since its a fragil item... mind you that idiot didnt have the initiative or make an attempt if the item will actually fit in my vehicle. And the associate (Leah ) who was extremely helpful to me in the beginning didnt know any better to not try and see if itll fit. I didnt want to pay for delivery charges to begin with, so I began to pondered how this gonna work.So today, I decided to go back to the store to get the glass top will fit in my vehicle. Upon arrival I met with Dylan he remembered who I was and went out back to get the glass top (he is such a sweetheart). He asked me if I gotten a bigger car, I told him no! and that I really want to take this item home with me today, theres no other options. Dylan was so nice enough to help me try and fit the item into my vehicle. And guess what? it actually fit! That damn Store Manager is really lazy to help his customers. I can honestly say that Dylan (Assistant Manager) is a very important asset to this store at Pier 1. In my opinion Coporate should have a swap job titles... Dylan goes above and beyond for his customers in any possible way he see fit, thank you Dylan, youre the best! Next adventure...the chairs LOL! :)

Terrible workers, my daughters and I (ages 10&7) where purchasing a table and the people working wouldnt carry it out for us. I was told that my daughters and I could do it our selfs. Meaning pushing it out and picking it up. They did not even come to the door to hold it open for us. Mind you that the table is farley heavy.
