Dads been a happy custoner for years and Ive just moved back here. Took my senior mini cooper for ac service and oil change and couldnt be happier with the detailed service provided. A complete inspection was performed and a couple of important safety issues identified WITHOUT any hard sell or hysterics. Prices are reasonable, but its the service thats key for me.

I showed up at Napa auto parts to purchase a new battery for my car. When they opened it to test the battery the battery was actually on fire and smoking they immediately took my car in and replace the battery and did a full diagnostic check. They were extremely professional friendly and very reasonably priced for the service. Will definitely be returning for future work.

Took my 96 Acura Integra for clutch issues in 2001, and Tony adjusted it over three years before it was time to replace it. Continued with our 02 Passat, .05 BMW 325i, 88 Ford E-250, 12 Ford E-250, 10 Pace American trailer, 16 Ford Transit 150, and several of my in-laws cars. These guys are great!Theyve helped me out a few times with a couple of different cars, and each time their service was top notch and prompt. They have a shuttle that runs during the day which has been super helpful for me to be able to leave my car during work hours, they get me to work, and I catch the shuttle back to pick up the car when its completed. I trust them and I know my car(s) are in good hands when I leave it for them to fix.

I had a problem with misfiring and we discussed the problem and concluded the car probably needed new spark plugs. They found issues with the car during the change over and went to great lengths to discuss the problem with me and we worked out a more economical solution than simply replacing everything. Hi Tony you know I am a loyal customer however when I brought my 2013 Dodge Grand caravan in for a diagnostic it was an unrewarding experience. The option presented was replacing the $1, 000 tipm module. Scott realized that this was not a good option however he did not do the YouTube research for a simple fix. When I got home I did the research and found a $25 cable that will solve my problem of the relay for the fuel pump. I paid $200 for the diagnostic. I would have gladly paid for the installation of the relay had that been an option however this was not presented.

I brought my car in a few weeks ago. The engine light had been on for about 2 weeks and the night before I brought it in the abs light came on and the steering wheel got like really stiff. They said that the lights weren’t on when they turned it on which was weird bc the engine light had been on consistently for two weeks at that point. I new it needed oil so I asked him to change it while they had it. That’s all they did is a change to the oil And told me that’s probably what was causing the problem and they charged me $250. It was driving fine when I picked up but they next day some other light came on and the steering wheel got stiff again then that night when I went to start it it wouldn’t start. My friend came and looked at it he thought it might be the battery even though the lights and the radio were working he replaced it and it’s been running fine ever since. They should have seen that the battery was corroded. My friend figured out what was wrong with it I five minutes and bought a new battery for $100 less than I payed them to plug it into the computer and gather no information and put some oil in it.

Love this place! Once again they saved my old car! Been a rough month for it!!

Great service. They got me in and out for an oil change and overall check up on a 2006 used car I bought on a same day call. They gave me an assessment and clean bill of health with some suggestions of what I might want to pay attention to over time. I like that I didn’t get the add on service sale prediction of doom and gloom of multiple repairs that I honestly wouldn’t really know if I needed or not. Their upfront assessment was refreshingly honest such that I will use their services when I do actually need additional work done.

Ive only gone to these guys twice, but they are all very friendly and you can see they value their customers. They did a great job on servicing my vehicle. My only complain (and I mean the ONLY complaint) is that both times I got my car serviced there, they left my engine dirty. Its not like they break the engine. In fact, my car has never run better! Its just that they leave the engine (the cover, battery, etc.) covered in what looks like something from the battery. If they didnt dirty my engine, or at least cleaned it up after making it dirty, I would very easily give them 5 starts. As it is now though, 4 stars is the best I can do.Regardless, I still plan on going to thses guys whenever my car needs to be serviced.
