I went to get my covid vaccine there and there was very friendly staff. They have a lot of beautiful things in there and as far as greeting cards, and a wide variety of herbal supplements and organic lotions and makeups. The gal there was extremely helpful!

By far my favorite Pharmaca location. Eric the manager is very helpful and the rest of the staff are too. They are always friendly, with a wealth of knowledge to share about supplements and other items they stock.

This is a wonderful Pharmacist who is not going to stress out your day! The absolute best in the business.

I use to think that Pharmaca in Novato was once the best kept secret - service outstanding . I have enjoyed all the pharmacists that have worked here and have found them to go above and beyond as professionals. I found the Pharmacist’s to be an extension to my overall health care. Unfortunately, they have a new manager who has ruined this for me and I’m sure for many in the community. She is neither personable nor does she reflect the standard I have experienced over the last 10 years at Pharmaca. The manager seems to have a personal agenda that in all honesty does not fit at this site. I’ve been patient thinking she needed time to adjust but after 6 mos - I think I need to find a new pharmacy. Reporting my multiple infractions to Pharmaca Corporate - hopefully they will investigate this management nightmare - my comments only directed to the pharmacy and not the retail.
