What is the importance of Lysol cleaner and who makes fifty trips just to find the right type? Use some rubbing alcohol, liquid soap, or bleach. Life will go on. Pandemic boredom...

I have to hand it to the nonjudgemental staff for just leaving me alone with my many coming-up-empty walk-ins for Lysol cleaner. I finally got one after at least 50 trips in while Ive done Safeway trips etc. during the coronavirus pandemic. The way to find Lysol is to keep on looking.

After years at another local pharmacy continually unable to come through with my family needs we made the switch to Rite Aid. We liked our other pharmacy staff just as well, but it was about having necessary items on hand when needed. We love Rite-Aid and their pharmacy staff. If you call ahead they always have it ready. If you have to wait, it isnt ever very long plus theres ice cream up front! Grab one of those itll make the time go by like nothing :)

The automated system for the Rite Aid Pharmacy to order refills doesnt work. I was all set to pick up medication at a set time butI still had to wait over 15 minutes and there were 5 clerks behind the pharmacy counter! An arrogant clerk handling the register passed me over to assist someone else. I just had a question about automated ordering. I finally walked out . Pathetic service and very unprofessional at best...

Horrible service. Incredibly slow and disorganized. Regularly misplaces faxed prescriptions and then lamely blames the doctors office. CVS is far and away the better pharmacy.

Personal and friendly service at the pharmacy. Was picking up for someone elseand I forgot his insurance card-they were willing to work with a texted photo of it. Prescriptions arent ready lickety-split, but they are way faster than most Walgreens. Plus they have fun merchandise to shop besides the usual drug store stuff. Downside is their very limited hours. They dont open til 9 AM and close 9 PM, and that can be hard for people with intense day jobs.
