Its pretty much like any other, Starbucks. Im sure the employees see & wait on alot of people. For myself... When Im working I make certain that I address the people Im talking to, to use their name & remember that name & what is their particulars. But, thats just me. 🤷‍♂️

Nice staff. Good mocha but the wifi doesn’t work, which was the main reason for me coming in tonight (10/5/21). Barista said it’s been down for about MONTH. Said someone came out to fix it but it didn’t work. Manager needs to get on it, post a sign saying you’re wifi is broken before someone orders something.

Ok... I just moved to the area and had to wait for a few hours (2.5) car service at Costco. The person serving me the coffee was very helpful. Unfortunately, when I enquired about the non-functioning wifi, the staff was totally dismissive... no jokes! It seems that they e disabled the wifi intentionally. Luckily, I was able to use tethering which is much slower than standard wifi.

Very fast very friendly excellent service customer service is superb youre in and out of this establishment within 5 to 6 minutes Ive never gotten my order wrong Ive always gotten it right they pay attention and pay attention to the customers needs I highly recommend this establishment

The baristas are all friendly, kind, and quick. They are Covid-19 safe as best as I can tell, masked, floor marked for distance. Coffee is reliably good.

No more Miles. Some new crew members good ok some clueless on Sunday how to make my drink.. Frustrating becomes costly. Hopibg for better efficiency

Starbucks is still the best coffee in Marin County theyre currently doing phone orders only from 5:30 a.m. till 6:30 p.m. they will only accept orders up to 6 p.m. close at 6:30pm.(4/6/2020)Starbucks (4/6/2020)

Always busy, always friendly, and consistent on their drinks. Even though its busy they are usually pretty quick with your walk up order.

Dobke star day is great!! Just got my free Mocha Frap.

First I waited in line, then I ordered a green tea frap and they gave me a green tea ice tea. I proceeded to wait than they finally listened to me when I said “green tea frap” after that I then waited 10 minuets to get a drink, yup a drink. After that I wanted to have whip cream on my drink the guy then proceeded to come out and ask me would you like to have whip cream on your drink I said yes I got the drink and there was no whip cream on it. Very bummed out I get Starbucks a lot from you guys hope you I see better improvements next time I come.

I visited this Starbucks twice in the last two days. Im visiting from out of town. I was super dissapointed with the service both times. I ordered my usual drink, that I have ordered at least 100 times before. The staff was unfriendly, rude and acted like I didnt order the drink correctly. Ive never had such a difficult time explaining my order before. And the barista that helped me today unfortunately displayed a less than kind attitude to say the least. Im a starbucks fan, but i will never be returning to this particular store.

TL Starbucks needs remodeling & address acoustics. The exterior pavement needs power washing.Novato Starbucks is great and should serve as the model for all Marin Starbucks. Hope this helps.

Not friendly employees. Took my drink order wrong and all they said was sorry. The drink end up being in the trash.

I was in there two days ago and I got a Venti tea and I was the guy that was working call why male approximately 32 years old I asked him to change the bags on my Tea any charge me but he never change the bags I got home and it tasted like water and I was wondering what was going on!!!Im not really not sure what happened but all I know is that thats the worst thing that can happen to a customer.

Third world dial up speed wifi

Passing thru coming from Napa. Placed a large mobile order (12 items) and 2 items were missing. Waited for the missing orders...by the time I got back to the car my coffee and hot breakfast sandwich was luke warm.
