Everyone was wonderful and went above and beyond. Dealer told us the rear defroster didnt work but unable to fix it. Tech said they could change out the glass but may not fix the issue. After looking at the wires he noticed antenna wire was loose and fixed it. Due to this he saved me money and unnecessary work. They also fixed a chip in the windshield while I was there even though that wasnt part of initial appointment. Highly recommend Henderson Glass in Novi. Knowledgeable staff and easy to work with.

Had horrible experiences. Stay away from them if you can. Had replaced auto windshield. Found A-pillar molding popping up after days driving. Ask them to fix it because this happened after windshield replacement. I showed them its loosen by pushing and touching it. But they claimed me popped up and make it loose myself and virtually attempted to set me up as its my bad. Had small fuss. Finally one tech replaced the molding and its fixed for good. The customer service lady had no word after seeing its their bad job. Not recommend this shop.

4stars for the quality of work. The technician did not clean dashboard and seats after replacing my cracked windshield. There were tiny glass pieces all over my seat. A quick vacuum would have been nice for a customer who waited 2hours already.

Very helpful, accommodating and competivly priced.I had hinges on rear lift gate glass corrode and break off. Collision shops wanted to replace the entire glass and hinges. Henderson said the glass was fine and only needed new hinges. They took the glass off, applied plastic to rear and taped it up. Stored glass while back ordered hinges were ordered. They then searched and found aftermarket hinges that were available at less expensive price and more importantly, weeks earlier.Totally satisfied with cost, service, and integrity

Time saver and resolution to a cracked mirror.Great service, I picked up some great glass cleaner on my way out by the gallon.

I had the unfortunate luck where a large softball sized stone from a construction truck struck the front windshield glass of my 2018 Equinox.My co-worker referred me to Henderson Glass and I have nothing but good praise for this Michigan made company. I called the Novi number and was able to talk to a representative from the Novi office (Kaela) and she walked me through the process. Big positive that I was able to talk to a in-house rep.... some of the competitors of Henderson Glass will outsource your call to someone from a different state or country..Kaela was able to talk with my insurance representative allowing for the claim process to be seamless.My scheduled appointment was in-house at their Novi location and took roughly 1.5 hours.I would definitely go back to this location and Henderson Glass company as a whole.

First time using Henderson and can’t say enough good things about this company and specific location.On my way to work on a Friday, I had a random object strike my windshield. Not sure what it was and after finding out my insurance had a higher deductible than an out of pocket windshield replacement, I called Henderson. My husband used them for a windshield replacement as well so they came highly recommend. I called the Novi location and was able to get my vehicle in the next day (Saturday).The cost was definitely affordable as it included the labor. I also opted for their windshield warranty which covers you for 20 months or 20,000 miles which was only $40. Small price to pay considering our Michigan roads are a total nightmare. This warranty also covers even for stone chips in the windshield.Their Saturday appts are drop off only, so I had to drop it off the night before or take it in between 8-8:30 a.m. and pick it up by 1 pm when they close. I was so happy to get in the next day so this worked out great for me. My vehicle was done by 10:45.The woman who was working the front desk was very nice and my vehicle came back with a clean and beautiful windshield. They even managed to take my parking garage sticker I had on the old windshield for work and save it so I could still use it (not easy to get off mind you).I was very impressed with the quick turn around time, price and customer service from Henderson and especially the Novi location. And highly recommend them if you ever need a windshield or glass repair!

Friendly service. Quality work.Had them replace the windshield on two different cars. First was a Toyota Corolla. Second was a Tesla Model 3, which has well-known supply issues for windshields. They took care of hunting down someone from Tesla to order from, dealt with the insurance, and kept me up to date.

Got my windshield replaced after a chip that they had sealed cracked through completely with the weather change. They very nicely rolled over the price of the repair job into the windshield replacement, and also had a reasonable price on new windshield insurance.The job was done quickly and appears to have set well without any weird wind noise. The windshield they replaced it with was made by Fuyao which is probably what the original one was too, but this was a fraction of the price!I did have to have them wipe some excess glue of the headliner, but they were very apologetic about it. To be honest, I wouldnt mind if they charged a little more for labour if they took their time more....Would definitely recommend when compared to the nation brand stores as they are all very nice workers at Hendersons. Overall good experiences.

Great first time experience here! My mother-in-law‘s windshield molding came loose after multiple repairs elsewhere. Brought the car here and they repaired it properly in 15 minutes and explained what was not done and what was done this time around. On top of all of that they didn’t charge me. I am very appreciative and will be back for all my windshield needs. I would definitely recommend!!

Placed an order for some cut glass pieces for a home improvement project. Was told it would take several days but that wasnt a problem. A week later, started calling the store to check on progress. Wasnt in a rush, but just curious. Could never get through to the store, call was routed to corporate office every single time. Tried calling multiple times per day, same result. Finally, after several days of this game, I got testy with the corporate person who put me on hold to call the store themselves. Even THEY couldnt get through! Finally had to take an hour of my day to drive up there, which is ridiculous, and cancelled the order. Not because I was in a hurry, but because I was tired of wasting my time. There was no evidence the order would be done anytime soon, I couldnt call for updates and had no reason to think they would call me when it was done. Bye!

Adam went out to my car to look at the chip and explained the process and what to expect when he was done fixing it. I couldnt be happier with the service and friendly staff. I highly recommend the Novi location.

This business has been around for a long time AND for good reason. I chose Henderson to replace a windshield based on the reviews shown and my experience was excellent. Its great to find a wonderful business like Henderson Glass and Ive already been spreading the word. Thank you to Renee for the professional pleasant help and to Josh for taking the time to explain some potential issues because of the age of the car, which turned out to be workable and result in a job well done!! Why I chose Henderson to repair the chip on my BMW:1) Quoted 1/2 the cost of the company with the TV funny commercials.2) Easy to call the direct line and talk to the people in Novi (rather than wait on hold for a national phone bank). What iced the deal was their level of professionalism when I called.3) Chip repair always has the possibility that the crack will grow during the repair. When that happens, the funny commercial people automatically charge you for the repair anyway and tell you that it goes towards replacement, which then locks you into their services. Hendersons approach to this situation seemed much less draconian.In the end, Im completely satisfied with the repair and they way they helped with the insurance claim. If it ever happens again, Im sure to come back. Thank you Henderson team!
