Dealership sold me oil change package for My 2019 Escalade ESV, to set up an appointment for oil change is a challenge, they make it very difficult for a basic maintenance, wait time is unknown even with appointment! which could be 3 weeks out to begin with, booked loaner twice, department was out of cars Twice! what is the purpose to schedule an appointment 3 weeks out? They expect you to drop off the vehicle and come back by the end of the day hopefully it will get done type of attitude. I used one oil change out of the package and have no desire to come back to this dealership. On my way out called Cadillac Dealer in Rochester Hills was given multiple choices of days and time convenient to me, basic oil change tire rotation took less than 45 min and I was on my way.

The people at the service department are completely unprofessional. I went there to get work done on my car; was told the parts were back ordered. But I need to pay for them so that they can order them! I should’ve known right then that this was just to get my money! Well I paid...not a peep out of them for 6 weeks. Every time I called, I would be told I’d get a call back as soon as my “advisor” was available! I guess my advisor was never available because I never got a call back!So I call around to another dealership and not only do they have the part; they can fix my car in one hour!!! I called Cadillac of Novi to ask for a refund and they tried to give me the run around! When I went there; my “advisor” Ms. Dianne... didn’t even recognize me... this lady was so quick to take my money; wasn’t even bothered to apologize to me!!!!I’m NEVER going there again!!! Worse dealership ever.The “advisors” always talk with an attitude; are horrible at communicating and when you ask them questions they become aggressive!!!!Don’t ever go there!!!!

After telling me that they have no appointments until three weeks out I get there and get sent home because they were out of loaners. I didnt even get the option of leaving my car to get fixed without a loaner.

I was contacted by Mike regarding a negative review I posted a month before where he apologized about my initial visit to the service department and informed me Jesse would call to set up an appointment to make the repairs to my veh. Jesse promptly called, apologized as well and delivered a very nice loaner and drove my veh to the dealership where my veh was repaired and returned to me in perfect condition. I would like to thank Mike and Jesse for the very professional service and I will visit Cadillac of Novi in the future.
