My husband had bought a truck a couple weeks ago and we were told they ordered new seatbelts which would arrive within 3 weeks and he couldn’t drive the car until the seatbelts were installed. They refused to give my husband a loan car which most places do. When we called 2 weeks later to check up on the car, it was impossible to reach anyone, we were not able to reach the man who sold us the car, or the manager or the owner, nor did they call us back. We waited 4 weeks and finally got a call that we could pick it up the next day, When the next day came, we called before leaving and were told that there were waiters infront of us and that it probably wouldn’t be done until the next day, after begging for it do be done today, we were told it would take a while and possibly be done today. At 3:30pm I called to check the status of the car and they said they were just cleaning it up. Well they kept us waiting until 5:15 pm which didn’t leave us with a lot of time to get there and make sure everything was in place since they closed at 6:00pm. When we got there, we instantly saw a bunch of scratches, white paint spatters that had not been there before when we saw the car the first time. Now in my head I’m confused why the car would be in such bad shape and look worse then before since they told us they were cleaning the car since 3:30 until 5:15 when they called. The Manager told me and my husband we were lying and that it was like that when we saw it the first time. I have good vision and so does my husband and any sane person would see a difference in when we first looked at the car to what it looked like when we finally picked it up. When I showed the Manager the pictures of the car before we bought it he told us this probably isn’t even the same car in the picture, that pictures don’t pic up scratches and paint, however when I retook of picture of the car once it was ready, all the scratches and paint spatters showed up in the photo, imagine that. The manager was raising his voice and making 101 excuses, Meanwhile, this is after my husband wasn’t able to work for 4 weeks waiting for the car. I went to the paint spatters and tried to see if it would come off, luckily it did, but the fact that I showed the manager the paint spatters that were coming off and he brushed it off as normal. He gave the excuse that when they clean the car, scratches and things you may not see will come out and be seen, I have never heard of this. Overall My husband and I are disgusted with the business they held at Infiniti Suburban and advise anyone reading this to find somewhere to buy your vehicle.

I would like to thank Mr. Richard the new service manager for demonstrating a true customer service and delivering a prompt solution to the issue i was having. I will definitely keep servicing my car here now that this location is in good hands !
