I had an amazing experience at the Mom and Baby Shop! Joy was a pleasure to work with and made renting the hospital-grade Medela pump so easy. I highly recommend shopping with them even if its a bit of a drive for you. I cant say enough good things.

I worked with them to get my breast pump though insurance. They were very helpful, and prompt with their response. When I first called, person who spoke to me was very nice and took some time to explain me everything I need to know before I ordered including things to consider while ordering. I would recommend them to my friends.

Joy is absolutely amazing! She helped me pick out my pump, measured me correctly for my flanges and followed up for replacement parts 3 months later. I would 100% recommend for all your mommy needs!!!

Have been trying to reach the shop for over 3 months to order a pump, as my friend recommended them. My doctors office has even been trying to reach out several times last week and just today to get a script over to them. Can not get a hold of anyone. Not a way to do business.

Nothing but a wonderful experience. They helped me pick out my breast pump over the phone as I was in the hospital and then checked in on me. I would get texts to see if I needed more breast pump parts which was so convenient for me. They would also send the parts right to my house. If you need a breast pump and want someone to help you through the process this is your place!

We are currently using Mom and Baby Shop for a hospital grade breastpump rental (Medela Symphony). Joy was incredibly helpful in going out of her way so we could pick up the pump on the same day as our hospital discharge. It was nearing the end of the day, and she made arrangements to meet after hours. Thanks to Joy we did not experience any interruptions in our breastfeeding/pumping journey. Would highly recommend for rentals, and happy to support a local business!

I ordered a Bjorn bassinet cradle on Tuesday and it arrived Thursday morning ! The customer service was stellar ! I love to speak to someone personally when I have questions. They were prompt and completely accommodating I love the bassinet and it was easy to assemble lightweight and I love!!! that it is made with organic Materials and green certified / non toxic

I was in need of a medical grade pump and the Mom and Baby Shop made it the easiest transaction ever. It was easy to pick up, keep for as long as necessary, and easy to return. Communication was excellent. Highly recommended!

Purchased a $2400 medical device described as brand new and the seller shipped a broken seal open box. Seller blamed the manufacturer. Manufacturer denied the seller’s claim. Seller refused to pick-up calls or issue a full refund despite being at fault. Seller does not care about mom and babies and bring stress to their family by making it difficult to deal with them. It is a rip off. Seller has bad reputation on BBB and Amazon. Save Time, Stay Away.

I honestly cant get over how I had never heard of Mom and Baby Shop until recently. When I came in needing some cloth diapering advice, the employee was extremely helpful, and with the advice and product I received, my daughter is finally waking up dry again!When I came back I ended up having a conversation about breast pumps that I also found super helpful. The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. Its a pretty small store, but they have a pretty large variety of items.From the road you wouldnt know that theyre here, there isnt currently a sign. You turn into the parking lot for Novi commons.

This place has just about everything a mom might need to help care for her baby. The owner is always in the store helping customers and answering questions; they even accept insurance for some products (especially breast pumps). If you dont see what youre looking for, she can help you find it. Check it out, you wont be disappointed!

Product ordered paid for and never received will not awnser calls or messages it has been 5 days past delivery date. Do not purchase from this store, they claim i want free stuff i just want my stuff on time when I order for something to come in by Friday and its now the next Thursday and still do not have it or have a update its upsetting. Dont buy online this company thinks its a joke to complain about not getting a product in a timely manner.....
